Customer reviews indicate a significant divide in experiences with Brothers Contractors LLC, leading to an overall cautious sentiment. Many users reported severe issues with communication, delayed responses, and poor craftsmanship, often leaving them dissatisfied. Various customers expressed frustration with the installation quality, citing improper setup and lack of accountability. Conversely, a number of positive reviews highlighted efficient service, professionalism, and satisfactory outcomes, particularly regarding fence installations. However, the serious complaints from several customers about communication failures and job quality overshadow the positive experiences.
- They were efficient, professional, and thorough during the entire build.
- The crew arrived as scheduled and within a half-hour had my old fence removed.
- They did an outstanding job and certainly cared about their work.
- They started and finished within a week of us getting the quote from Lowe's.
- The cleanup was professional and beyond what I expected.
- They clearly are quick, cheap labor and are extremely difficult to communicate with.
- They finally reached back out to say 'we are not coming to look at your issues/complaints.'
- They showed up unannounced 7 days after they were scheduled.
- They never once called me back to schedule an installation time.
- Lowes said they were pulling their contract with them because of so many complaints.

I would never recommend this company to install a fence. Lowe's hired them recently to install a white vinyl fence for me and within months, a few posts have already been damaged. Another local fencing company assessed the damage and said the fence posts were not properly installed. They clearly are quick, cheap labor and are extremely difficult to communicate with as well. Their lack of accountability is very disappointing but I'm sure they are used to it.

Wish I could Give less than one star they are absolutely awful. We had a complaint about the installation and overall poor craftsmanship. After almost 6 months they finally reached back out to say “ we are not coming to to look at your issues/complaints, the fence was installed correctly.” For $5K I guess I assume they will take pride in their work and complete finishing touches that are industry standard but they do not. They measured the gate wrong to our driveway and GOOD LUCK pulling in or out if you have anything else than a mid size car because you LITERALLY CANT. Also, they made every cut for the top of the fence ( dog ear pattern) by hand and nothing is even , all edges are ragged and unfinished looking . We have reached out to them multiple times and had Lowes reach out to them multiple times and they either do not respond or say “ it’s installed correctly.” If I hadn’t of already paid I’d refuse to pay until it’s fixed. But they got payed so I guess they’re done. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM- I’d rather let my 5 year old install a fence, he would do a better job. If you want to decrease the value of your home and have a huge eye sore that you’ve paid thousands for then this is the company for you. In all of my life I’ve never had such a bad experience. These guys are awful. Go anywhere else- literally anywhere.

How these guys have any bad reviews baffles me.
Where do i begin. Oscar the owner was very wonderful to work with. Gave me ideas i didnt think about and did everything my wife and i wanted.
We had them install new siding, a new roof, and build a covered deck and a covered porch. They worked non stop to get the work complete. They were there every morning 8 sharp and even worked on saturdays to get it done.
The pictures speak for them selves.
Hire these guys and you will be more than happy. The best thing i can say is they quoted me way cheaper than anyone else. And i mean way cheaper.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
