Daniel and his team renovated our downstairs shower. The work was completed exactly as per his detailed quote and our conversations - no surprises. He was very responsive to inquires by phone and text. Will certainly consider him again for future projects.

We had Rosen contracting out to help build a new deck for our home, as our other one was falling apart. Daniel got back to me within days, worked well within the budget, and overall was very friendly and professional. His worked all showed up on time and were a lovely group of people. They answered any and all questions I had while making me laugh! Highly recommend Daniel and his crew and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Daniel Rosen completed two jobs at my house at the same time. He installed new flooring in my basement bathroom (with molding) and hung a barn door. While finishing my bathroom, another part of the crew cut three 8x8 support pillars to my deck and braced them to concrete...(adding at least two feet of cement footers)…which braced the pillars. It took the Rosen crew about 2 days to complete both projects. Fast and efficient. Each day they were on time and didn't waste time. Daniel, was very professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the time he and his crew worked. I will be hiring him again for other projects around my house.

I would be extremely careful before deciding to hire Rosen. They were paid $1500 in FULL in May 2018 and have YET to complete the work. Currently going through a lawsuit to recover my funds. Very lousy employees and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Nothing but red flags. You’re not even worth one star. Joke of a company. Half of the five star reviews are family members so again be careful who you trust.

After meeting with several contractors we decided to go with Rosen and we are glad we did. The job was done on time, they were there everyday and stayed within budget. The work was good, and the guys were easy to work with. Master craftsman Jack was great. Rosen did exactly what was in the contract for a very fair price. I would recommend them for anything from an addition to a custom new home.

Garage work from ground level up, 30 x 40, all work done professionally and timely given horrendous weather conditions and interruptions from soils soaked. Communication easy and timely to work out design questions along the way. A light gravel front area was inadequate first time tried but added more with different type, problem solved. Another project involving a lift in a separate garage was innovative and solidly constructed. Small issue with pulley fixture remedied quickly. Unit makes entire second floor of other garage fully accessible with heavy things now.

All said and done, great people to work with, all work done on spec. and on time, handled professionally. Crew is polite, capable, experienced and most of all in a gravel driveway environment, tidy. I did not have to sweep the area repeatedly for metal and screws, etc. as one often finds necessary.

Daniel and his group did a great job on the new roof for our sanctuary and education wing. He kept us informed about the start date; started promptly; worked consistently; had a fair price; and completed the job in four days. The roof looks great and we don't have any leaks. They did a nice clean-up job too.

I have nothing but Praise for this company. From the Roof to Every room in my House they done Fantastic Work. They came up with some of the Best ideas I would of never thought of.
