We have a handful of properties on the east bay and have been using Bristol Home Improvement to cost effectively make upgrades to our rental properties for 4 years now. From painting and rot repair to flooring and masonry repairs they have proven to be reliable and flexible. I would recommend them to anyone that has property to maintain.

These guys killed it!!!!! They came up with ideas and solutions I could have never come up with on my own. Realistic budget that they stuck to. Made me feel like my job was their highest priority which was super helpful as I got ready for my open house. I plan to request their help with my next home & I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, knowledgeable, hard working group of professional tradesman. I hired Bristol Home Improvement to pain the interior of my apartment after another painter gave me a quote and disappeared. They came in, did the job, did it for less and did it earlier than quoted. If you want professional service and work, hire professionals!

I have had the opportunity to see many of the renovations done by Bristol Home Improvement and I truly admire all their work. Brian and Dave can look at a room or a home and they have vision of what it can be. I’ve never had that ability. Wherever they can maintain the historical part of a home they do but, they also known when an upgrade is warranted. I highly recommend this team.

I am so happy with the Bristol Home Improvement team! I reached out to have them power wash and paint our house. Brian got back to me quickly with a quote which was very reasonable. And while I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to do, Dave stayed very patient with me and made all my decision makings a lot easier! They did a great job, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use them again!
