Bouchard Cleaning & Restoration

Hired for a mold clean. Techs left the bathroom a mess and when asked to clean the project manager explained it wasn’t his problem. After speaking with the general manager it seems there project managers are not following IICRC standards and are not knowledgeable on what they are doing. A project manager was extremely rude.

Hired Bouchard Cleaning & Restoration for water mitigation and mold remediation. They failed the job 3 times despite having the mold expert (hired by me) telling them exactly what needed to be done to properly remove all mold and pass inspection. I therefore fired them and went with someone else who passed first try.
5 months later they contacted my insurance claims department and tried to get paid for a false invoice. Thankfully my insurance company informed me and with my security video evidence proving they did not provide services being billed for, I did not have to pay.
They are crooks, insurance frauds, and incompetent of mold remediation.
My recommendation: do not use Bouchard and hire a mold expert (Tiffany at Inspect All Maine was a savior!).
