They were friendly, efficient and explained exactly what to expect.

Daniel did an excellent job and explained what the cleaning entailed. He also inspected the ducts and verified that the insulation in the attic was adequate. He found one of the ducts needed replacing and found a way give me some discounts to make it affordable for me.

Called Sunday afternoon and they had a repairman out Monday morning. Unfortunately it was the compressor on our 22 yr old air conditioner that went. Not a surprise. But they replaced the unit on Tuesday when it was 105 degrees. The guys were great and it was so hard in the heat of the attic. Did a great job and we would definitely recommend them again.

Alex and Noah were excellent, from first impression to job completion. Very professional and finished in a timely manner. We have a lot of collectibles in the house, and they were very concerned and attentive to be as careful as can be. I will be using Bob’s for all my HVAC and ductwork needs in the future, 5 stars all around

Daniel was, like, way-way nice; and while we can't confirm what everyone is saying on the streets (that he is a hell of a kisser), we can confirm that he is hardworking, thorough, and definitely improved the function of our AC unit.

Good tech but said his partner was sick so it was just him; also that he didn’t have the right ladder. Called and got those issues addressed. Was quoted as a 5 hr job but he was done in 3.5 as one guy. Didn’t feel that I got the value that I deserved so left a constructive not great review and got called back the next day. Let them come back and they sent a much more thorough tech that explained everything and did a great job. Company leadership stopped by too—hats off that he cared to fix it and did so with class.

My dryer vent has never been cleaned in the 20 years I’ve lived in this house. I was happy to see Bob’s Repair when I searched for vent cleaning on the Internet since Bob’s had done a great job installing a new HVAC unit for us this summer. Daniel did the work on the dryer vent today and he did an excellent job. I was impressed to see the big clumps of lint that he vacuumed out of our long vent pipe that has two 90% turns! Victor did a good job. The air feels fresher. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also, I found Bob's Repair AC very responsive, which is particularly valuable in the extremely hot (and sometimes dusty) weather we have here in the summer.

KYLE was great he was here on time and very courtesy. Made evaluation and fixed the problem, ever changed all air filters. Great service and I will always be calling them again.

Our technician Nick took the time to explain all the faults that our systems had and was able to quickly find and fix an entire outage in 30 minutes. Additionally he stayed on the phone with SolarEdge for the duration of troubleshooting and was able to get a new inverter sent to our address for the acting instillation company to fix.

Logan was very nice Professional he didn’t mind that I was watching him work. He really explained everything that he was doing and I really appreciate that.

Kyle came out quickly to assess our equipment failure and didnt upsale us toward a full Heating/Cooling system when we didnt need it…. Just the cooling needs replaced. They install Trane Systems which we love snd he even could provide us with pricing and if needed financing on the spot…. No need for more appts. We were very imoressed!!

I have to give it up to you guys, late on a Friday night Louis came went over every last option and price to help me get a unit or get me back up and running. Unfortunately wasn't approved for the unit but no matter how disappointing it was for the both of us Louis diagnosed my issue withn 5 minutes and fixed it in another 10 and tuned up my system. After 2 days in this heat with no cold air I'm so happy to say it's ice cold now. Thanks to Bob's and Louis.

Came out a few hours after I called them on a 117 degree day, replaced an AC condenser fan motor for a reasonable cost. Thank you

Adan showed up on the early end our scheduled timeframe. We'd been without a/c since yesterday, the house was miserably hot! He was polite and considerate. Gave us a quote close to what we'd expected. Within an hour or so, we had cool air! Thank you Bob's Repair for being open on Sunday!

Bob’s Repair came to our house and was able to diagnose the problem with our furnace. A new hot surface igniter was needed. Ron was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He explained the work that he had done to get the furnace going again. He worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling Bob’s Repair again for future services if needed. My wife and I are very satisfied customers.

Very nice and quick. My only issues is they didn’t go on the roof to clean the roof vent. They cleaned the upstairs dryer from the inside.

Bobs repair did amazing work and arrived on time to flush out our ductwork. They also took the time to clean the coils that needed to be done as well and saved us a ton of money compared to other companies. Both technicians were incredibly courteous and worked quickly and efficiently together to get the job done. They were thorough in their explanations on what the plan for today was and provided education for the process so we knew what to expect every step of the way. They also sent us before and after photos as soon as everything was completed. This is the second time we've used this company and will absolutely be calling them again for future services.

I contacted Bob's Repair because i had a small leak in one of my vents. Not only were they reasonably priced they were able to get my service completed within the next day. I had the pleasure of having Fransisco as the tech that came to my house. He was very knowledgable on the service he was providing and gave me information on things i should be aware of in the near future. Daniel did an awesome job cleaning out the dryer vent. He also gave me a quote for what it would be to clean out the vents for the whole house. Very nice guy and made sure I was aware of what was cleaned and how it looked before the job. Very thorough. Would recommend these guys to anyone and I’m a real estate broker/salesperson. People call me all the time for contractors, cleaners, and many other businesses related to homes and these guys are on their game so will be letting others know.
