Bob’s Repair responded quickly and Adan, the technician was great. Very professional and proficient. The repair was done without any issues I am thankful to say the least.

We were having some problems with our AC unit Making a loud bang when it would start. I had recently seen advertisements for Bob’s Repair AC & Heating they had very high ratings so I decided to give them a try as I was not happy with my current service.
Our technician arrived within a half hour, his name is Ron Simbulan, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable he addressed our problem within minutes of being there and replaced a part in minutes.
Their price for the repair was very fair (unlike the company I was currently doing business with) I decided that I wanted to do business with them and signed up for their maintenance program and scheduled an additional service with them.
They were readily available, very good and had much better prices for the same services performed by my other company.
I would recommend them to everyone.

We wanted to write a quick review of our experience with Daniel Johnson. Daniel came out to our home today to take a look at our HVAC and knocked it out of the park with customer service. We have had other people come out to take look at our unit and Daniel by far was more professional, honest, and listened to everything we mentioned that happened with our unit and also gave us his input on what was wrong with it. It has been hard since moving to Las Vegas to find good and honest people to do services but we can promise that anything AC and Heating we will be using Bob's! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Mathew gave an estimate to replace the HVAC units in our home yesterday. He was nothing short of knowledgeable, courteous, and professional at all times. Being a tradesman myself, I know the difference between truth and B.S.. Mathew was straightforward and honest. He did not try to sell us anything extra or pad the estimate.

My mother is 89 years old. Her past plumber destroyed the home and took her money and ran. I live out of state and my cousin had used Bob's Repair before and he called them they were at her house and handled the situations immediately. We had so many issues at the house there is too many to list. Service was quick, professional, and HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY and FAIR PRICING. The Techs went above and beyond to take care of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and outside issues. I work for a water mitigation company in another state, so I am familiar with plumbing issues in homes. We’ve used Bob’s multiple times for different HVAC issues, and they’ve always come through. Jordan installed a zoning system for us, and it works fantastic—like having two separate systems. The coverage throughout the house is so much better.

Earlier this evening, our HVAC system stopped working. It’s an older unit, so we were dreading the possibility of needing a full replacement. Jordan showed up again, quickly found some old wiring that was shorting out, and got the A/C back up and running.

We don’t trust our HVAC system to anyone but Bob’s.

My Air went out at noon on a Sunday. I phoned Bob's at 2 pm after my attempts at repair failed. By 3:50 pm it was repaired. Ron was the Tech. He knew his stuff was very courteous and I can't thank them enough. Great work all!

Highly recommend Bob’s A/C. Everyone is very friendly and professional, from the person that answers the phone, to the techs that come out. My ac broke and they were able to get me in the next day to replace the whole unit. On top of that they came by the same morning to install a temporary portable ac unit so I could still survive in my house in this Vegas heat. The dispatcher/on-call person is very rude and unprofessional. Their technician even did not come to my door, much less to see my A/C unit allegedly the technician saw another company vehicle parked in front of my house. The dispatcher wanted to charge me “diagnostic fee” for doing nothing to diagnose my AC system. I have used this company twice for routine maintenance. Their technicians always quote high price for any services. This ridiculous charge went too far. With this unpleasant experience, I would not use them again and I will NOT recommend Bob’s to anyone.

Have been very satisfied with every contact we've had with representatives at Bob's Repair. We requested a quote on replacing our 24 yr old electric air/gas heat package. They've provided excellent customer service, been responsive, on time & out of 3 quotes, theirs was the best all the way around. Today, 7/15/25, a day before installation is scheduled, a representative came by to perform a checklist to ensure they are fully prepared, and gave us another chance to ask questions.

I had an issue with my AC after a power outage. They sent me Kyle and he was awesome! informative and direct. Nothing needed to be done to my unit ( fortunately ) but I would have paid regardless to get it fixed when its 110 outside. I was asking him questions while he worked which he did not seem to mind. I know sometimes that can be annoying while somebody is trying to work but as a homeowner I also want to be informed of whats going on. Very approachable.

What i was worried was a major issue turned out to be minor. Adan was extremely professional and did a thorough inspection of my hvac to make sure it was minor. Very happy with the service.

Bob’s did a summer tuneup on my AC at one of my rental units. The technician was on time and did a great job.

I wanted a local service to replace my AC that was 27 years old. I did my research and picked Bob’s repair three guys came out. They were all careful respectful and on time. Did the job cleaned up everything and explained my new thermostat completely it was the best experience truthfully I’ve had with a company here. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job of replacing my 25 year old HVAC system for my house. The price was fair compared to other companies that I had gotten quotes from. The crew did a great job of installing and cleaning up after completing the installation. The only part I do not like is the smart thermostat they installed, I would have preferred a Trane smart thermostat that's easier to program compared to what they installed.

Jason came out for the post installation inspection. He did a great job! He checked the air temperature coming out of the vents and then checked the units out. He had to complete the refrigerant hot charge since it was too cool in November to do so.
