The staff are very friendly. They got the camper fixed in a timely manner and fixed it right the first time.

Russ was absolutely amazing. Contacted Blue Compass about our roof on our Grand Design and he was able to get with the warranty people and have everything taken care of with in a few days. They picked the camper up and delivered it back. (Thank you so much to the delivery guy).

Al and his staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and budget conscious . We had several issues w our RV and Blue compass fixed them correctly and came under the quoted price. This team is the model of excellent service . I highly recommend them and plan on using the RV service again .

I can't say enough about the service provided by BJ, Al, and the service personnel. Here is how it went, August 7th I reached out to BJ, one of the awnings was not working at which point, He explained what it could be and how to do some simple tests before bringing it in. On the 8th I did as he mentioned, appeared we found the issue. Scheduled to bring in on Sat the 12th. Arrived on Site, BJ completed a series of tests to confirm what was wrong. Then as we were discussing things I brought up another item which was not sure would be covered by the warranty. BJ said he would do the best he could, taking lots of pictures and doing a great job of documenting the issues. Aug 24th I reached out to check on the warranty approval status. Everything was approved!! And parts were ordered. Sept 14th Checked in with BJ, parts had arrived. He said he would need a week to get the repairs done. Sept 16th delivered unit to shop, while there we discovered an other issue they needed to look at. Got notified the original repair items was completed on the 22nd. And would work the additional item following Monday. Sept 27th, received message 3rd issue was fixed. Will be picking up Unit on Fridays 29th. I am very pleased with the service we received. Considering everything involved, equipment inspection, warranty approval, scheduling the repair, and completion of repairs. Very satisfied with what I consider fast service. Thank you!!

After our camper was delivered from the manufacturer damaged and with a water leak, BJ and the guys at the service center got us in, fixed the issues and got us back on the road in a timely manner. They are very busy and stay booked up, so make sure you call in advance. They did a wonderful job and made this stressful experience much easier. Thank you to BJ and his team!!

My 5th wheel was at the service center for quite awhile for warranty work due to difficulties with getting parts during covid...I couldn't be happier they are very professional and did everything and walked me through all the repairs even fixing items I had yet to noticed yet...I highly recommend these folks for rv repairs it's very refreshing to find a facility that does what's needed without being upcharged...thanks

I am so pleased with the sales and the service I have received from RV Outlet. I am almost a year into my new 5th wheel that I bought from them. They beat everybody's price, it wasn't even close. Dawn was our sales rep and she is fabulous. The service manager is BJ and he is the best. His knowledge is second to none and he is super friendly. Customer service is outstanding in both departments. Highly recommend them!!

Had issues with Furnace, fireplace, and a few odds and ends. Josh and Al were very good at keeping me updated about whats going on.. When id call I would get a status report. I had asked them to do a few extra things outside of the warranty work and it was all accomplished. Pick up had Josh do a walk through with me going over each repair and answering any question I had. Was more than Pleased. this repair shop is a Hidden Gem and I plan on using them again anytime I need work, even if its not warranty work. Well worth the extra drive for the attention to detail that you get!

Fantastic Customer Service!!!. My RV refrigerator went out just a few weeks before we were scheduled to leave for a trip to the Florida Keys. Even though I bought my fifth wheel from another dealership, the RV Outlet Service Center came to my rescue. Once they had diagnosed the problem, they immediately ordered the replacement parts (even before warranty approval) just to expedite the process and then quickly got it repaired as soon as the repair was approved. The staff is friendly and professional -- especially the manager BJ, who really understands customer service. They kept me informed and got the work done quickly, and even fixed a few little extras for me that we had not scheduled (a toilet seal).

I highly recommend them. They will always be my first choice for RV repairs.

These guys do a great job. They try to remedy problems without trying to charge an arm and a leg. Al and BJ give customer service a priority.

Will give 4stars and update when work completed. Called and gave make and model of trailer and they were able to order the awning arms. Original dealer has had the work order and insurance money since 1August

BJ, Brandon and Al are all great customer service ambassadors for RV Outlet USA. The work was done quicker than estimated and I was advised of the progress. BJ provided excellent technical advice on another issue and it was very informative. Great place to take your unit for repair or service. Highly recommend!!

I worked with Tracy in sales to purchase a new RV. I live 2 hours away. She was great to work with and very quickly responded to my phone calls and emails. She took my deposit because I needed a few days to get my financing together. But unfortunately i was unable to secure the financing. I called Tracy and told her about the situation and that I was sorry but I would not be able to move forward with the purchase the RV. But I did tell her I will be back in two months and I would be able to complete the deal. She was very professional and understanding and she refunded my deposit. Because of her customer service she has a customer for life and from anyone I know who looks to purchase a RV.

Very friendly staff. Quick, quality service. Had ac unit replaced, a switch fixed, and electric Jack replaced (a slight snafu on the lot but was handled very professionally). All repairs took about 3 hours and I was on my way home. Call in advance to get on the books. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend their services.
