After he gave me a detailed quote about the renovation, we were satisfied. Every day, the crew worked quickly and competently to finish the job. I love the new plaza, its lighting fixtures, mirrors, wooden ceiling, and marble work. I highly recommend this company.

One great company to hire for house renovations and remodeling is Eyes and Lees Construction. They remodel my bathroom in just 24 hours and charge a very reasonable price. They installed a vanity with cabinets to store my hair and skin care items. The beautiful bathtub was placed with the shower booth as well. The lighting gave it very aesthetic vibes. I was very impressed.

After we hired them, the team created an open floor plan for our main floor. They destroyed the load-bearing walls, creating a spacious, open area that serves as our kitchen, dining room, and living area. They also installed a sliding glass door and a window that connects our backyard. Our appliances, floors, worktops, and cabinets were also replaced. Their level of experience was exceptional.

They did a terrible job with the floors in my Bowie townhome. Extremely poor professionalism. The floors are terrible and messy. There are glue stains on the brand new floors, the planks don't join and aren't level, they pinch when you walk barefoot or you "kick" them, they glued the edges instead of removing the baseboard and cutting the planks directly to the bottom wall; some planks have "air pockets"..and it goes on. The crew left early one Saturday after showing up at 11am and left at 2pm "because it was Saturday AND they wanted pay! I had to always go buy the materials OR pay upfront so they could go buy them. They did 2 levels and did an extremely poor job for the $6000 I paid. I asked for a partial refund, to repair the areas OR do a room and hallway as recompense but I've been avoided and the company has vanished. I DO NOT recommend his company! I will have to do everything over at my expense. Just take a look for yourself!!

I would not recommend this company due to continues late and no show for services provided. When they did show up 2 out of 5 times, they didn't have all necessary materials needed to do ish the job and went to the store or asked me for the materials. They didn't even give a courtesy call saying they wouldn't be available on the days agreed upon.
