Colton is very easy to work with and great at managing difficult customers. :) Always available, great work product, got the project done quickly and quite painlessly. He did a first floor master addition and an attached garage. Endless compliments, especially on the bathroom. Also just a nice guy - miss having him around! Highly recommend.

Colton did great work on a renovation of our basement. I contacted Swift Run Renovations concerning new kitchen cabinets and countertops. Without obtaining hardly any info, the guy told me it would be between $15-$20,000. Should have realized then that I shouldn't pursue it. But thought I would give it a shot. So we made an appointment for about 2 weeks away. The day and time arrived and he did not even show up. I called, he remembered me but said he did not have the appointment on his calendar. He did not seem apologetic and did not offer to reschedule. So glad I have found someone else to do the job.

Swift Run Renovations miraculously transformed our living room! We had a dark, wood panel living room with a popcorn ceiling and speaker wires sticking out of the walls from the previous owner. They did an amazing job ripping everything down and rebuilding it just how we wanted it. Colton constructed beautiful built-in bookcases on both sides of our fireplace, installed new picture lights above them, rebuilt all the trim, the mantle, and the windowsill, and brought our outlets up to code. He did very high quality work and it took a much shorter amount of time than we thought, even though we had a hold-up on our end! Colton is easy to work with, good at communicating, and fairly priced. He does not cut corners. I would definitely recommend Swift Run and will be using them again for future projects!

Swift Run Renovations performed work in our attic to create two conditioned storage spaces, involving framing, insulation, electrical, and drywall work. Like many others during the Pandemic, we had several home projects that we wanted completed. We worked with a slew of contractors on projects ranging from installing a fence, pouring concrete for a patio, and office built-ins. For our Home Theater project, we were lucky to find BY FAR the best Contractor out of everyone we dealt with in Colton from Swift Run Renovations! Colton was very responsive and timely, especially during the Pandemic when he had other projects going on at the same time. We were impressed that he developed a timeline for project milestones, and always coordinated with us when a subcontractor was coming by, or had to change schedule. His quality of work is top notch, as he pays extra attention to detail, and makes sure he executes what the customer wants. The project was an expensive undertaking for us - we knew what we wanted, but didn't know how to get there! After meeting with Colton, we felt even more excited about him and his company, and the direction of our project. He even went the extra step and took over coordination with our Audio/Visual contractor to fit them into the timelines he established. We can't say enough about the Professionalism, Quality of Work and Vision from Colton and Swift Run Renovations. We have been so impressed with his work on our Theater, that we have recently reached out to him to take on another set of projects throughout our home. We used Swift Run to install a large-sized cabinet to serve as a pantry in the kitchen. He brought great ideas for how we can make it happen and was professional and responsive throughout the process. The cabinet looks so good with all the finishing touches just right. I used Swift Run Renovations for renovations to my home. I found Swift Run Renovations online and was very happy with the results. I used Colton for remodeling a bathroom in the master bedroom, painted the bedroom and laid new flooring. He also laid new flooring in a guest bedroom. Painted and installed new inside doors. Installed a shower door, toilet and shelving in a hall bathroom. Gave clear instructions and quotes. Very please with the renovations. Will use Colton again. Very personable young man.

Can't recommend Colton enough. After admiring recent work done on a friend's house, they shared Colton's contact with us for our upcoming flooring project. Colton was quick to respond to our message and promptly scheduled a meeting to discuss our needs. We were looking to have flooring installed in two bedrooms but adjusted to include an extra bedroom at the last minute which Colton gladly accommodated. We felt heard in our needs and appreciated Colton's advice, which made the project go smoothly. The project was completed quickly, with minimal disruption and Colton was a total pro through all of it. We definitely plan to connect with Swift Run Renovations again for our next project!

Colton was able to take our vision of expanding out deck and accommodate the future hot tub we had purchased and made it a reality. Fantastic job and a very fair price considering lumber went through the roof thanks to covid. We will definitely reach out when we have any new projects!

Colton has done a number of projects around my house. Including a partial bathroom remodeling and replacing the trim on my exterior front door. There have been a couple other small projects as well.
