My roof looks great. Great job!!! All Big Bear employees were very respectful. They made sure they respected my home at all times and did a great clean up afterwards. Very satisfied with Big Bear Roofing would recommend highly.

Working with Big Bear was a breeze, the roof was changed in a few hours, also, their sale people and managers are true professionals, also the crew picked up all the debris on the ground, to the last nail. I've actually recommended them to some of my neighbors.

Very satisfied ! We have a fairly large home three bedrooms two full baths living room dining room kitchen laundry room sunroom so the roof is fairly large they did it in ONE DAY ! They did a great job on cleaning up everything I found absolutely no nails in my yard I was worried about that because I have a riding lawn mower but they did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone ! In the fall of 2023 I happened to be walking with a friend in a nearby neighborhood and noticed the Big Bear Roofing truck. I knew we would have to replace our roof in the near future as it was getting older and showing signs of wear. As I snapped a photo of their contact info, a voice from up above (the roof of the house we were in front of) shouted down, "Ask for Adam McNamara!" I put Adam's name and contact info in my phone and then forgot about it.

However, after some strong winds just a few months later, we had damage to our fence, roof, and a gutter. I had asked some friends who recently had roof repairs completed who they used and would they recommend them. All said a company and that they would NOT recommend them, in fact, stay away from them.

Then I remembered the note in my phone. Before calling Adam, we checked the reviews and were pleasantly surprised they were all 5-star. So we called. Adam answered right away and was extremely responsive. Neither of us had ever submitted an insurance claim and were unsure how to proceed, especially since there were multiple kinds of repairs. Adam quickly stepped in and helped us navigate the entire process, sitting with me while we called the insurance company. Big Bear even has their own former insurance claim adjuster on staff to be there when the insurance adjuster comes to ensure that nothing is missed.

Adam is available and responsive via phone, text and email. When a meeting or the repairs are scheduled, everyone shows up as planned (there was one sub-contractor for the fence who didn't show up and Adam made sure it was taken care of even though being on vacation). The roof was completed on one day.

Big Bear acted as our general contractor on all the repairs even the ones that were not roof-related. Adam personally got up on the roof to ensure the repairs were completed fully. HE had the painters repaint our garage ceiling when he didn't think it was up to par. All repairs were done within the parameters of the insurance claim even including an upgrade to an architectural shingle from our original 3-tab shingles, at no extra cost to us (just our deductible).

We HIGHLY recommend Big Bear Roofing and Adam McNamara and their team. Thank you.

I had three reputable roofers give me estimates on my roof replacement. Big Bear was competitive in the market. Although they were a shade above the lowest estimate, I was impressed with their professionalism and chose them. The job on my large house and detached garage was completed in one day. I was stunned with the energy of the crew and the quality of the completed job. I was also surprised with the site clean up. I expected that there would be some little pieces of debris left, but I was wrong. I couldn't find the least small piece of litter. I recommend using Big Bear for you roofing needs.

I couldn’t have anything better to say about these guys. I saw their booth at the fair in 2023 and happened to be in the market for a roof replacement. I went to the booth and noticed they had a raffle for a free roofing system! I figured I’d try my luck and enter the raffle. Adam McNamara came out to perform a free inspection and quote on the house, he fully agreed the roof was in pretty rough shape (20+ years old, missing shingles, hail and wind damage). I got my quote and between the professionalism from Adam and his presentation, to the fact that he wasn’t pushy on selling the roof, I was happy to proceed with Big Bear. I started saving up and let him know I’d contact him when I was able to go through with the repair. Fast forward and he showed up at my door step a couple weeks ago, saying I won the roof! After the shock passed, we sat down, picked a color and a date. Still shocked honestly.
When Big Bear came out to do the roof this week, they came in ready to work. Adam called me during the job and filled me in on progress as well as pointing out any concerning spots on the underlayment, fixed as necessary. I noticed they prepped for mess before even stepping foot on the roof and they did a great job with clean up. I did a sweep after them just to verify and I couldn’t find a single nail, a scrap of wood or piece of junk shingle anywhere.
Post repair, I was completely satisfied with how the roof turned out. Satisfied is an understatement, really. It transformed the way the house looks and we just couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re looking for a roofer, stop here. They were fantastic from first interaction all the way through making sure I was fully satisfied. (Yes, I did win this roof, but I can confidently say I would’ve been happy with my purchase had luck not been on my side). Thanks to Adam and all the staff that were a part of this repair!!

Typically when salespeople come to your door you get very irritated. Tony Martinez was very professional and didn't seem sketchy. Especially since we had a lot of storms in the area. I took his card and waited about a year. When I did finally reach out he was attentive and acted accordingly. The process was pretty straightforward and easy. The worse part is dealing with insurance depending on your situation. Ours was good. The company works fast and hard to get the job done right the first time. The clean up was efficient and the after completion they came back to check.
I would 100% use them again. I also suggest get everything on paper and understand the entire contract and warranty. I didn't give them 5 stars as I expect if I pay you to do the job you should do the job. They are very good at what they do.

Adam McNamara is absolutely amazing. Only reason I chose Big Bear Roofing to replace my roof from the 10-15 Roofing Companies that stopped by trying to get my business. Big Bear was here during the inspection process with my insurance company and handled all issues with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. The materials arrived right on schedule, and the crew actually started at 7:AM on the dot. All the crew worked seamlessly, no wasted time or effort. When I asked a question I got a good answer, from workers and management (Josh Garner actually stopped by the site to check on progress). Everything they promised, they delivered. The final result was an excellent new roof, just as I'd hoped. I recommend this company without any reservations. A great crew, a great roof, and a great company to do business with!

Thanks to Big Bear Roofing after 5 years and numerous attempts to have my roof replaced with various contractors and a very stubborn insurance company I was able to have a new roof installed . Adam McNamara and Paul Schowald are the best. They came into my situation with a professional, knowledgeable, and thorough approach. Paul spent over an hour inspecting the roof, siding, deck, and other yard items for storm damage (hail and wind). This was by far the most detailed inspection I have received from a roofing company. Adam was fantastic, he was positive and honest with his approach. He handled the insurance company and the contractual matters so smoothly, we were very pleased. We had tried other contractors who lacked the thoroughness and reliability, they did not even show up when the insurance adjuster came for the inspection. The job itself went extremely smooth and the crew did a great job of protecting our property when removing old shingles. The clean-up, they left things better than when they came. These guys were above and beyond. Joshua knocked on my door and asked if wanted a free inspection and was told I had hail damage from storm that came through in late June. I had not idea I was not home on that day. They took charge, contacting my insurance company, to meeting the adjuster to get insurance approval to replace the roof. They handled all communication with the insurance company. The roof looks awesome. The crew was in and out in one day. Thank you to all the guys involved. Rep Jon Reid helped me with getting my new roof. On his initial visit he found wind and hail damage. He took time to explain everything to me thoroughly about the process, reimbursement, etc and answered all of my questions so I understand what to expect. Eddie Moreno helped me thru the process of having a new roof put on because of wind and hail damage from a recent storm. He was excellent from start to finish. Eddie took care of contacting insurance adjuster and made the process easy. I love my roof and am 100% satisfied. Big Bear roofers did it all in one day (very hot day it was) and someone came back next day to check it out and sweep for any remaining nails on ground. Did next day inspection of roof. They worked with my insurance company to get everything covered. Came out within a week to replace the shingles. It was not a "need quickly" job. But, they scheduled it within a week. Completed in one day. Cleaned up after themselves. Eddie came back the day after just to check on things.

I worked with Will and it was so much LESS stressful than I would have ever imagined!! He met with the insurance adjuster and everythung!! I could not be happier!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

Listen do not knock on doors during the week in the middle of the day. It's 2023, a lot of people work from home myself included. You guys may do excellent work but knocking on my door when you could've just left the door hanger ensures, I won't be doing business with you.

After contacting B.B. Roofing to check our roof for wind damage, everything was okay. Six mts. later Ms. Sarah made contact with us for a courtesy check. Will (Thor) came out, and showed us proof of storm damage. He did an insurance claim by phone right then. He was very professional and most definitely knows his business! Very quick turnaround. Their hard working crew also did a great job. Best service ever!

Danny (Craver) and his team (Xavier) did a great job for us on our roof repair. We had damage from the recent hurricane and lost shingles as well as some underpinning. Danny was very professional and his team did a great job giving us updates during the scheduling process. The roof and underpinning looks great! We hope to use them in the future for a roof replacement.

Xavier has been very helpful and responsive throughout our install process. A home accident created a hole in our roof and a recent storm caused water to start seeping into our master bedroom. BBR was the ONLY company that was responsive and willing to help us immediately (this happened over the weekend). They came to our home and put a tarp on our roof until the storm passed, assessed the damage shortly thereafter, created two options to resolve the issue, helped us complete paperwork to satisfy our HOA, and then arrived when they promised to drop off supplies and to start the project. The day of the install, Xavier kept in touch throughout the day and even physically came to check on us and the work being done on our roof. I asked him for other none-related things and he responded every time. His approach is attentive but not pushy and I appreciate him and his crews for the work they did. Definitely a 10/10 and we would recommend them over any other roofing company.

Eddie was my go-to person for this project. We had a tornado that brought in wind, hail, and tree damage. When my insurance company wanted to just pay for a patch for a small repair, Big Bear came back out to meet with a second insurance adjuster to point out the major hail damage on the roof. Because of their thorough examination and expertise with working with insurance companies, we ended up getting a whole new roof. They even worked with the electrician who fixed the power pole attached to the roof so it could all be done in one day. I am a Realtor, and I am used to dealing with all kinds of contractors. I've never worked with anyone as patient and reliable as Eddie and Big Bear Roofing!! As soon as the claim was approved he set the date for installation of a new roof and stuck to it. There were no delays, excuses, extra charges or surprises. They were careful not to drop nails and shingles from the old roof into my yard and driveway, which is a major problem with OTHER companies. Time after time I have had clients call me about roofing nails LEFT BEHIND BY OTHER COMPANIES causing flat tires after they have bought a house. I was actually expecting to get a flat tire or two, and I'm happy to say we have not. Thank you Eddie and Big Bear roofing for completing this job and surpassing my expectations. I have already referred you to a friend for their new roof and I will continue to refer you to clients for their needs.

Samantha from BBR was amazing. Not only did she inspect my roof and give me options with itemized quotes, she also walked me through every step of the process. She dealt with my insurance claim, had a coworker walk my roof with the adjuster, explained in detail each item of paperwork from both her company and my insurance, and offered to help me research other company bids. She did all this just to be sure I was satisfied with my outcome, whether or not I planned to have her company do the roofing work. We had a great experience with Big Bear Roofing! We were unaware of the damage done by the hail storm until we saw the images taken by Big Bear’s drone. From the images, we could see that there would be leaks soon! They worked closely with our insurance company to make sure that we were able to get the best quality roofing materials.
