These guys came the day after I called. They were courteous and professional. They did the roof repair I needed, and in a way that saved me money. They even took care of a gutter and soffit issue very effectively, and their account was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of TJ Vandale and his crew. Best Quality Roofing replaced our roof after the Kelowna Fires. They had to do a very complex roof (45degree pitch with gables, dormers and ridge venting) replacing all the tile and the plywood sheeting while coordinating their work with an insulation company. There were vaulted ceilings - the Sheeting came off, the insulation company replaced the insulation, then the sheeting went back on and finally the water barrier and roof tile. Through this massive project TJ communicated with us on all the steps answering all of our questions and concerns which alleviated the obvious stress of having the job done right. Even better, the cleanup of the surrounding of the building and property was amazing. We had just had our roof done 10 years earlier and the place was left a war zone!! The BQR team inspected my roof after the traergic fires as we had hot embers land on our roof. Fortunately no lasting damage was observed/detected. While inspecting, several areas surfaced that needed repair. Their complete estimate with covering photos was professional, impressive, cost effective and was very evident that the repairs were necessary. Without their inspection we would not have known. We used Jay and his crew to fix the gable ends of our house after a raccoon tried to get into them. Him and his crew were able attach new mesh on them. He was the only roofing company that I contacted that would fix it.

Very organized and professional! I was content and relieved with the work Kendle and Nico completed on my torch-on roof. I’ve been trying to solve the problem for longer than I’d have liked and the two of them pinpointed the issue, developed a plan, and resolved the problem. They were respectful of me, my time, and my property. I highly recommend!

I had a leak last winter and needed a new roofing system. TJ was able to squeeze me in. Mark came out and worked extremely hard as they were short handed. TJ came and built a cricket in front of the chimney that should have been there in the first place. Mark completed the job in record time and the workmanship is second to none . Jason came and put the finishing touches on by completing the flashing around the chimney.
I highly recommend these guys for their knowledge and exceptional workmanship. Cleanup was done every day

I’m a welder / fabricator of 23 year . I know I know what to expect when it comes to quality. JT was always available, prompt, honest, and very professional. Out of the 10 roofing companies (which were very hard to get a hold of, let alone get a quote out of) that I had to deal with, this is the only one that gave me a quote on time, always answer the phone, & willing to answer questions. I’d recommend these guys 100%, to anyone who needs roofing repairs or an entire roof done.

these guys responded quickly to an ice-damming incident and followed up with an inspection of the roof. their quotes for repair/replacement were well laid-out and the certainly seem to know their stuff. But…a couple of months later when we wanted to proceed with some repairs, they disappeared. Total silence. Too good to be true. Find someone else.

They came out the next day and did a fantastic job, even though it snowed during the night. They blew off the snow and fixed the affected areas and secured other areas that could be a potential problem for the future. Very professional.

We had BQR inspect our roof vents and we are glad we did! They discovered that the vents were all cracked and sun damaged. Water leakage into our attic was eminent.
