BN Covered Exteriors

My family and I have been needing a new roof on our home for many years, so we called BN Covered Exteriors. Jordan and Luke came out to our home and were so extremely helpful, got us a good deal, and made sure we knew what we were getting into. 5 out of 5, would absolutely call them for all of my future needs.

Brandon and crew were extra nice very professional. I asked Brandon to help me replace my old ac unit Iordered new one from Lowe’s Moses lake. Brandon kindly picked it up and had one of the crew set it up for me. They also rehung curtains vacuumed cat fur that was under sofa. Took extra things by to trash. I am a two strokes surviver and have no help formovingitemsthat are heavy. They all were very respectful of me and furniture covered thing with plastic wrap it was very hot day they stayed hydrated. It was nice that these young men listened to oldies music!

Jordan and Luke were absolutely wonderful, Explanations and details when answering our question were great, Can not wait to start our project!

Andy and Jordan were great company, they where very transparent about the condition of my home, I would recommend BN Covered Exteriors if you’re looking to remodel in the future!

Both guys were knowledgeable, finishing or continuing as needed during the pitch. Joshua was very open to our invasive pets, pushing through the presentation during being inspected! Jordan stepped in as needed for work calls Joshua accepted (and apologized for). If the replacement of the windows has this kind of service, this will easily be one of the best home improvement projects ever!

My adventure with BN began when two delightful young men, Tyler and his partner, showed up at my door. Usually I send sales people packing immediately, but these two were so enthusiastic that I thought I better find out more. Before I knew it, I was visited byJoshua and Andy. I was very impressed.These men really know their business. They were able to answer every question I had, and fill in details for questions I didn’t know I had. They Inspected my house and gave me advice that made sense. I’m getting new windows! I got this far in the process only because of the four men that I’ve met so far. I am hoping that the installers are as knowledgeable and competent as Zack and Andy. Thank you, BN.

Jordan and Andy where very polite and respectful they did a thorough inspection and didn’t find anything wrong with my home, they where honest about the condition of my home and left me with information for the future!

The initial appointment with Jose and Jorell was incredible. They did a fantastic job looking over everything and gave us detailed explanations for every question we had and were more than willing to go in depth. They worked the scope of project and financial situation to match what we were able to do, and were very accommodating and not pushy. Our cats also loved Jose, and they always say you can trust the judgement of animals.

Luke and Jorell were very intelligent on what they were talking about. They spent time explaining everything that they would do; and how everything was going to be done. They took the extra time and looked at our windows and explained everything that was wrong with them. They treated us with respect and wasn’t pushy on getting money for the company. They spent time talking about themselves and talked about sports. This company is not like other companies that we dealt with in the past. Yes we decided to go with them on getting our new roof. Update: After installation I can't help but be pleased. Gutters came out looking great and it only took about an hour and a half to install. Very professional and efficient.

Had an appointment today with Jorrel BN and have nothing but good things to say. Super nice, talked about more than just the roof, he got us lunch was like having a friend over. Not pushy like some reps are. Being that the home owner is in a fixed income, there were what felt like a million questions to ask, he answered everything for us

Jorell came by to give his assessment of what jobs/upgrades to do on our house. He was great at talking us through some of the issues on our house and recommendations without being pushy. Great learning experience.

My husband and I were looking into having our windows replaced and wasn't sure about how the process worked. We contacted a couple of companies to get an estimate and decided to go with BN Covered Exteriors.
Josh came out to explain everything and was a great help in making our decision. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the windows, with the samples he had and how they were made was very important to us knowing you're getting a product that's worth the price. Josh worked with us and our situation, he was very understanding even though at this time we could only get half of the windows now and will get the others at a later date we didn't feel pressured into buying all of the windows which we appreciated. I can't wait to get the windows installed and am looking forward to working with Josh again. So if you're in the market to get new windows and are not sure where to go we highly recommend BN Covered Exteriors and ask for Josh, he was amazing.

Our new doors were installed last week and we love them! They look beautiful! And the front door lets in so much light which is a nice change and the sliding glass door is such good quality! Terrible company to work with and for. Shady businessmen who spilt from a shady company (Now remodeling). Terrible management and this company takes advantage of their customers through ridiculously low cost of labor and materials with a HUGE profit margin. They make people think they’re getting a great deal through classic sales tactics.
