Let’s just say I got 5 quotes for my roof some twice their price and some a bit less but no one was as thorough in the evaluation as they were. They explained possible extra cost due to wood damage and venting to help my attic. They gave me multiple options for shingles and warranty. It was a rental so I wanted the most warranty possible on labor. 25 years they will fix it! Top of the line shingles and a vent that went all across the ridge. I couldn’t be happier with the work, time line and communication. I got picture updates and called to update the project. I would highly recommend their company and their work. 10/10 for sure!

It included pictures and a description on each one outlining the work to be done. They arrive on time and finish the same day, as they promised. I hired Alpine Roofing to do a resurfacing job on the flat roof of my carport. At the beginning, there was a misunderstanding between the quoted scope and what the on-site crew and project manager were aware of, like repairing the drainage slope to prevent water pooling. As a result the first installation didnt meet my expectations or what i had initially asked them to fix.

This is where Alpine set themselves apart from other conpanies: they owned it completely. Once the issue was brought to their attention, they didn't deflect, argue, or stall. They apologized, removed the initial work, repaired the slope properly, and reinstalled the entire roofing system in order to do it right.

This wasn't a simple touch-up. They exceeded expectations to ensure the job was done the way it should have been done in the first place. That level of accountability is not common and it speaks volumes about the company's values and character.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how someone responds when they do. Alpine proved they stand behind their work, their word, and their reputation. In the end, I’m satisfied with the result and confident in their willingness to do the right thing even when it costs them more.

Every aspect of our new roof replacement was spectacular! Sal and his guys we fantastic very clean and professional from the initial tear down to final touches on both the asphalt roof and my new TPO flat roofs and the clean up job is something to be said. They left my property cleaner than it was when they showed up ! No doubt in my mind my decision to choose Alpine for my new roof was the best one I could have made both quality wise as well as financially. The 0 down 0% financing for 12 months makes their already very reasonably priced product easier for most anyone to attain . Alpine Roofing just completed our roof. Despite running into bad weather, rain and high winds, they finished in a timely fashion.
The crew protected our landscaping which was a high priority. They kept the place clean and final cleanup was amazing. Our house and yard looked better after they left than it did before they got here! Katya was very very responsive and kept me updated via text when we had the weather delays. They actually answer their phone! Hard to find a business that does that anymore.

Sal did the walk around with me. He was very nice and addressed the very few concerns I had. All in all, a way better experience than what I expected. I give Alpine Roofing my highest recommendation.

Short answer: Alpine roofing is hands down the right choice is you want exceptional service and quality work.

Long answer: I bought my house in October is 2024 knowing my roof would need to be replaced, I wasn't expecting the roof needing to be replaced 6 months later. I took my time to research the roofing process and wanted to get bids, I reached out to Alpine and a couple other companies. From the moment I scheduled a walk through, Oscar from Alpine called back less than an hour later and asked if he could swing by for the estimate. Oscar was very professional, did a thorough walk through and openly and honestly walked us through the process. After getting the bid from the other companies and receiving conflicting information from other companies I decided that Alpine was my choice. The office staff was very responsive and Katya was exceptional, she communicated the process from beginning to end and kept me updated on the status of the roofers. During the process the crew was very repectful and made sure to clean up any debris at the end of the day. The kicker is, when Oscar told me it would take 3 days from start to finish and I mentioned that to the other estimator I would get laughs or a "that's not possible". It was recently that I learned that when Alpine tells you your roof can get done by a certain time, they mean it. From start to finish the job only took 3 days. Finally, Sal the project manager was a truly professional, he was communicative and respectful and was with us every step of the way. My take away from this is, replacing a roof sucks but Alpine makes it easy. To anyone needing a roof, do your research, get multiple bids and make a decision that's right for you. With that in mind, choosing Alpine Roofing is going to be the easiest decision you could make.

They scheduled the job and crew showed up and they went to work. Only pause was because our city only has one inspector so they had to wait on him. The crew worked hard, did both roofs in a week. Be careful with this company. I went back and forth about writing this but people should know. They will take advantage of you if you are a new/young homeowner. The roofing guys were so rough that they caused damage to my pipes. When i contacted the company to tell them about the leaks they caused they denied it without even talking to the roofers. There were girlfriends of roofers sitting in my backyard while their boyfriends worked. Find another company or you will end up spending more than necessary.

I cannot say enough good things about Alpine Roofing. We recently had a leak on our roof and I had to rely on online reviews to choose a roofing company. I read many good reviews about Alpine Roofing so I called them. Myra was very kind when I called and scheduled someone to come and see what the problem was pretty quickly. Sal came over and found the problem immediately. He also found a couple other areas that needed to be addressed so we didn’t have future leaks. He was very professional and explained everything. He assured me that the problem could be fixed quickly and although it seems terrible to me, it was a pretty straightforward repair. Within an hour, I received an estimate from Myra and they scheduled the repair for a couple days later. Shawn was the repair tech and he was very professional and friendly. He went to work and got everything fixed. The whole process of working with Alpine Roofing was easy, fast, efficient and positive. They have exceptional customer service. Everyone I dealt with at Alpine Roofing, including Ben after the work was complete, was awesome. It will be time to replace the shingles in a few years and I will definitely call Alpine Roofing to do the job.

Alpine did a great job workers were very professional and got it done in a timely matter and cleaned up. Took 2 days to take the old shingles off and install the new ones. I have yet to find a nail in the yard or around the house so cleanup was great! All in all 5 stars! Definitely recommend

called this company seeking assistance with my roof, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, the phone just rang and rang with no answer and no voicemail option. Additionally, there was no alternative contact method provided. This lack of responsiveness left me with no choice but to seek help elsewhere.

Alpine roofing did great. They gave us a very reasonable quote, stuck with the quote and did the job the right way the first time. Friendly and professional. Would recommend.

More shingles blew off my roof so I called a couple places. Alpine had an inspector out here in 1 hour, he noticed several other issues and I got a quote with multiple options 30 minutes later. Two or three hours after selecting "option 1" Another Alpine truck arrived and the shingles were replaced promptly. Ben, Sal, and Sean we're a solid team for alpine. With efficiency, quality, affordability I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't use them to replace my entire roof when the time comes in the near future. Thanks Alpine!

If I could do partial stars, I would give 4.5 stars. Prior to the work starting I was asked if I have kids or pets, because if so they would do a more thorough clean up to ensure there were not stray nails and debris. After they had left, just walking around, I picked up 10 total nails (the pic showing a few) and other debris. I have two little kids, so the fear of them finding something they shouldn't or getting hurt while playing outside was a major concern for me. I called them, and they said they would send someone out to do a more thorough job. After a few scheduling hiccups to have a worker come back out, it did finally get taken care of and I was pleased with the clean up they did. I just wish it had been done initially as I understood.

Besides that I would definitely recommend working with them!
