Best Quality Roofing delivered what they described in the contract.

They did a roofing job where a piece of edge siding approx. 8’ x 2’ fell off and struck my car causing significant damage to the passenger side. When contacted repeatedly, I was finally told that they would have someone contact me to at least reimburse me for the insurance deductible. I haven’t heard from anyone since. The last call I had made when I received this promise was in August of this year. They are a dishonest business incapable of accepting accountability for their shoddy workmanship.

Do not use this company. We had a roof installed 16 years ago with a 10 year warranty on the labour and 30 on the material. At the time of install we had expressed concerns with how the roof was installed, they told us this is normal and to give it a few weeks. We have now had 3 major leaks and each time have paid out of pocket for repairs. The roof is in such bad shape it needs to be completely replaced, the shingles have fallen apart and the plywood is rotten. When we expressed the level of damage to the roof Best Quality Roofing put the blame on us for not having done yearly maintenance on the roof (this was no where in the contract that we still have) nor was it told to us to complete. In fact my father had done twice a year maintenance on the roof but the insist it needs to their roofing team. No apology was given, no solution provided. ZERO SUPPORT. Please save yourself the headache and do not use them for your roofing needs.
