I have used them twice once for repair of a previous different roofer’s poorly done job and again complete replacement of an aging roof on my house. They were very fast, fairly priced, communicative and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Just had our 27 year old roof replaced by Eminent Roofing Inc. which is located in Richland, WA.
I am a professional buyer and did a very thorough review of the three bids I went out for.
All three were competitive, but laying out what was offered between each for their Good, Better & Best options I felt what was offered by Eminent’s better option was comparable the the best options of the other two roofing companies so that was what we went with.

We recently underwent a siding and roofing remodel on our 1906 home. Hector and Ignacio listened attentively to our vision and concerns. I had several companies provide estimates/bids for performing the job of reroofing my house. Eminent roofing provided a similar format of service offerings as most of the other companies I had provide bids/estimates of work (3 tiers: good, better, best). I was originally interested in a standing metal seam roof, which Eminent does do, but for this job was ultimately not the appropriate/right choice. I ended up going with their middle tier offering of alphalt tile material.

Although Eminents offerings were not the cheapest of all of the contractors I had provide bids, they certainly ended up being the best. Part of my decision to go with them was their workmanship and manufacturers warranty, as well as the roofing ventilation system that replaced many of the ugly old roof vents on my roof.

I had a short timeline to get this job done and Hector and Ignacio were able to squeeze me in a week after I provided my initial downpayment. They were communicative, and held to the schedule they set out once they communicated what that schedule was, which I GREATLY appreciated. I even threw at them some additional work on some damaged soffits, and they were able to accomodate this additional work with no issue and did a fantastic job on it. When the initial work was completed, I had a few documented concerns about the work that was performed, I called Hector directly and he came out and we literially walked and talked through each concern I had until they were all addressed. Things that were noticably incorrect were fixed almost immediately and things that were non-issues were discussed in great detail, and Hector reassured me that if any of these concerns ended up being problems down the road, that they would fall under one of the two warranties on their workmanship and materials and that they would come out and address any issues for free.

Having worked with many contractors over the course of my ownership of my house, I can say Eminent falls into a category of exceptional business practices, ethics and workmanship, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing/siding needs.

Eminent showed up on the date and time they said they were coming. Our roof looks great. Communication was prompt from both their office and foreman. Highly recommend.

We had a pesky leak in our roof that was not resolved the first time by another company. It caused a significant amount of water damage inside due their lack of either knowledge or ability. We were referred to Eminent Roofing. They found the source of the leak and and fixed it. Prompt response and repair last December. We appreciate them immensely and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Eminent roofing folks were very professional and efficient. The employees were very nice and the clean up of re-roofing was amazing. We love our new roof and how the finishing touches look.

Extremely friendly, courteous, and fast crew. Removed the old roof and started installation of the new one on the first day. Finished installation halfway through second day and cleaned up thoroughly. All this while using great products, providing the best price, and assisting us in getting a warranty adjustment refund from the original roofing manufacturer, not the same as the new roof.

We did our homework when looking for a fair price and quality work for having new siding put on and chose Eminent . Ignacio made the hour plus trip to our house, did a free estimate and left us a few samples plus a color chart. About three weeks later their team came out and started residing our place. The two of them were very professional and efficient. Each day when they left you couldn’t tell they were there , they cleaned up nicely without any scrap or nails/screws laying around. The two were there for about a week and did an amazing job. When they were done , we did a walk around and couldn’t have been happier. Amazing work, fair price and the team ,from Hector down to the work crew were so easy to work with … honest and up front with the cost, and timeframe. We couldn’t be happier with our new looking place!!!

I called Eminent for a quote on a complete roof replacement. He walked me through the work they would do, the options with venting, the options with shingles, trim, etc., how the calendar would work (I called in winter to get scheduled early), and anything else you can think of. I was notified when the job would start about two weeks ahead of time. They arrived on schedule and went straight to work. Over the duration of the job I made a few queries and Hector was always responsive. Eminent is highly recommended.

i had an appointment to repair the roof on 4/29. the repairman showed up on 4/21. no phone call to let me know of the change. He went on the roof without knocking on the door. he left without telling me he was done. That is no way to do business!

My dad needed to replace a roof on his garage and wasn’t sure who to call and I wasn’t sure either.
I knew Hector a little bit from a coworker and heard that he started a roofing company so I decided to give him a call. He came next day ON TIME to look at the roof. Estimate was ready next day. The guys did excellent job and got it done in one day. My mom and dad are very happy and don’t have to worry about the roof anymore .

couple weeks later after my dads roof was replaced we had a big wind storm. Next day I noticed few shingles missing from my house. I was like oh no. Luckily it was few not to many.

Fantastic experience, pretty much everything you want from a roofing company. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable pricing (especially given the quality work done), and honest. to our surprise we found that our roof was in desperate need of being replaced. I use the word surprised because our home was built in 2006. Hardley enough time to worry about re roofing anyway. The contractor had cut corners and purchased less than quality shingles for his subdivision project. we were told that there was a warranty covering the shingles and if all the criteria were met that they would cover up to 50% of the cost. I'm not good with measuring roofs for sq.footage and filling out paper work. Eminent roofing took all the hassel out of it for us. They did all the measuring and filling out the warranty paper work and got us approved for the max amount allotted for our roof. The work was done in a professional timely matter and when the crew left I didnt have to do any clean up.
