James came on to the project 8 months after it had started. He was initially tasked with correcting things found on the blue tape walk. My dad will tell you I’m the most difficult customer to make happy because I’m a perfectionist. With that being said, James exceeded my expectations in every way. James was meticulous with every detail, making sure everything was not only done right but done beautifully. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and treated the project like it was his own home. He consulted with the other people who had worked on the job previously to make sure he knew what the concerns and issues were so he could address them. He researched the unique things I had done (like the black doors) and provided helpful feedback. James never once made me feel like I was asking for too much or being difficult (even though he had every right to think it). He made sure everything was done perfectly before he left. Unfortunately, after he had just finished we had another minor flood and James had to come back. Once again, he restored everything to an even better condition than he had before. The baseboards have a lot of corners and it looks seamless. There isn’t a single flaw I can find.

On top of his incredible skills professionally, he was wonderful to interact with personally. James was kind, funny, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond in the customer service department. When he would arrive, he made sure to interact with my nervous dog so she would feel comfortable with him and know he was there. If he left on lunch he would ask if he could bring me anything back. He even brought his own batteries from his house for me so I didn’t have to make a trip to the store. All of these things he didn’t need to do but he did and they didn’t go unnoticed.

James is a true asset to BELFOR and the finished product speaks for itself. My only regret is not having him from start to finish for the project.

Belfor did a great job with our restoration repairs! We feel like they went above and beyond to help make sure everything got done in a timely manner. They really put us as the customer first. Our house looks ten times better than it did before, and a lot of that is thanks to Belfor and the initiative they put in to make sure we had quality finishes on everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our home was recently devastated by water damage which required remediation by the Belfor Company & it's Quick Responce team of professionals. In particular we appreciated the masterful work of James who installed new sheet rock & required painting. His finished work is a remarkable example of customer satisfaction done by the Belfor Company & their exemplary group of professionals. It was a comfort.

While there were a few delays with the cabinet shipment due to the order being placed just before the Winter holidays, James and the team handled it professionally, and we understood the timing was out of their control. Belfor Property Restoration, this is an amazing company! This is just the company you need when you are in need of home repair. Part of my ceiling was removed due to a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Modesto was diligent and paid attention to detail which I greatly appreciated. He was kind, caring and respectful. I would highly recommend Belfor and definitely recommend Modesto.

We had water damage and some mold in the drywall and baseboards. Felix at Belfor worked with our insurance company and made the restoration as painless and quick as it could be. Jason, the on-site manager was great too.

Sergio was assigned to our house to hang drywall, tape, texture and paint. He was a great guy! Personable, polite and very competent at his job. As an amateur DIY'r, I asked a lot of questions, and he was happy to give me some good tips on the proper way to do things. Our MBR and MBR closet (where the leak was) has been repaired and it looks incredible. Better than before. His pride in workmanship was apparent.

Today we had a Belfor representative - Joseph, we called the company because we suspected a leak in the shower. We had this problem before and we were very pleased with the professionalism with which Joseph did his job and how patiently he answered all our questions and concerns.

I’ve had the bad luck of being involved in 5 water leak events at my home and my in laws condo. But I’ve had the GOOD luck of having connected with Belfor for these mitigation and construction events. From a small event to a leak affecting my entire downstairs requiring moving out of our home, the Belfor team has provided a solid team of remediation techs, back office personnel / schedulers, and also construction people. They’ve always had plenty of fans, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers for any size job. And if I needed clarification on the repair strategy, air quality testing, etc I received timely replies. I highly recommend this company.

Do not use, ever! First, they can’t give you a schedule, we say with our garage torn apart for months while they said we were waiting on permits. When I finally reached out to the city, they said they just applied for the permit the week prior. They would randomly call and say, “we are coming tomorrow “ as if everyone is just sitting home waiting for them for weeks. When they did get going, they tried to leave things out, give you cheaper things than you paid for, change their quoted prices and on top of that, they did terrible work. Had no idea how to hang over garage shelving and the worst epoxy floor I’ve ever seen. It chips away if I wipe it, it’s tough and sloppy. Stay far away from this company!
*to update based on your response so everyone understands what you are getting into: this is exactly the type of run-around response to expect and not true! Our insurance company was amazing and quick, as a matter of fact had to push you to get the proposal right to approve - you wanted to clean doors, garage door, hot water heater and they wanted them replaced, had to ask many times to change it and add cleaning of vents. Once approved, you quickly came out to get the check endorsed & drop a dumpster to demo on Halloween - demolished the garage and there it sat, for months. Wasn’t done until St. Patricks day. We finally had to tell you to ignore and forget about adding a simple water line for a fridge & plumbing for a sink next to the hot water heater because the belief that it would be easier while all the walls were open was thrown out the window when you quoted many thousands of $’s. We will just handle it ourselves later but not until after you used it as an excuse for a month. I had to chase you down to give you paint colors and as for the over the garage shelving, if you didn’t know how to install it they way it was when you demoed it, you should have found someone that could or taken pictures! I had a handyman in here for 5 minutes to tell me why they were incorrect and now have to do it on my own money! The final straw and why I wrote this review is that in addition to flecks coming off when I sweep the brand new epoxy floor, the whole thing is so rough that it shredded the swiffer pad when I try to clean it. To get it fixed would be to take everything out of the garage, again, to put a smooth coat on top.

We are satisfied with Belfor restoration, especially James, he helped us restore the bathrooms back, he is great at what he does!!!

Both Felix and Joseph, are the most wonderful gentleman ever your company is very lucky to have them, they have a very warm heart they take care of what needs to be done immediately. Immediately they touch my heart they feel like family members, and their work is excellent!!!!

Belfor just completed restoration from flooding damage to most rooms in my house. Roberto Santoyo was assigned to the project. I can't say enough good things about him. I finally found a person more particular than me. His is an artist, craftsman and perfectionist. He took the time necessary to make it as near perfect as is humanly possible. The drywall repair, retexturing, painting and baseboard painting/installation were done to perfection. There were some abnormal tricky situations but he found ways to solve them. He was friendly, informative, upbeat, and a pleasure to have around. Belfor is very lucky to have him and you will be too if he is assigned to your project.

Francisco (Javier) and Belfor did a excellent job rebuild my condo after fire destroyed almost everything with only exterior walls left. This was a massive and complex restoration project and they finished exceeding my expectations. They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they are doing and did a great quality job in every step of the rebuild. They genuinely care about their customers and customer service is exceptional. Communicating to Francisco or calling to office to talk to Carolina or Alexia always get my questions answered or my concerns resolved. Thank you all!

The ONLY reason we did not give 5 STARS is because most of the male technicians, they had no communication skills and that was a bummer. Everyone else was AMAZING, helpful and knowledgeable.

Francisco and his team did an amazing job after an accidental flood in our brand new home from a sink. We were originally quoted 4-6 months by multiple restoration companies but they completed the job in 7 weeks. Although they are such a large company it felt like we were their only customers. Very grateful for them during such a stressful time in our lives.

Javier Esqueda and BELFOR in Las Vegas provide a great services. Javier’s has met my expectations as a customer. He communicates very well and follows through from the moments he starts a project until the end. He is great on providing options and real-time updates.

I have nothing bad to say about this company. Their professionalism and responsiveness were impressive. Angela, Jason and Felix all worked with me and my Insur company to complete repairs due to water damage from water heater. And then to add another problem to the mix, my AC system had to be replaced in the middle of these repairs. No problem, they also coordinated with my AC company, Black Mountain Air. The communication in itself was nothing short of amazing. And the work was done to perfection. It looks better than it did before the water damage. Amazing customer service. Thank you Belfor!

Belfor employee James Deschaine was always on time and did the work in a timely manner. He always announced when he was done with work and always communicated when he needed to go leave to get items. Once he finished, he even went ahead and put items back that he had taken down in order to do the work and cleaned up any mess left over. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. Would definitely recommend this business to friends and family based on how open the communication was with Dalis Boehm and how well the staff worked.

I had a leak in the bathroom and needed potential water damage to be assessed quickly. I worked with Anita King who was great. She made the arrangements to get Darren out to my unit very quickly and he was very responsive with the results of his testing.
Anita was also great in working with the HOA to get the inspection completed.

We do not even know where to start. On June 16, 2021, we received a dreadful call that our sister/sister-in-law in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina had passed away. The estimated date of her death was May 29, 2021. We live in Las Vegas and we didn’t even know where to start. We had no keys, were hundreds of miles away, and had no idea who to call. We were recommended to Belfor by a friend and placed a call to them. Patricia answered the phone and was able to get the ball rolling immediately. After the locks were changed on her home, Belfor went in with Mike Millen at the helm.

The job that they did was outstanding and we were able to enter into the home within 10 days of the notification of her death.

We stopped by the Belfor location in Myrtle Beach to find that the staff was in a meeting; however, Patricia came out, followed by Mike. It was so comforting to us to put a face with the names of the people we had dealt with during the past 10 days.

The exceptional customer service, compassion and kindness went above and beyond what our expectations of a restoration company would be like. The condolences that Patricia and Mike expressed both calmed and reassured us and they should both be commended and applauded for the way they handled the most devastating situation we have ever faced.

Wow! This company has been awesome. We had damage on our roof from the rain and our entire roof caved in. They came into our home and fixed it perfectly. The entire Belfor team was highly professional. From Lucas and Abby and especially Roberto and his crew were outstanding. We highly recommend.
