Luis and Gerardo fixed water damage and mold in the garage. They were quick, job was done well, and explained everything satisfactory

Our apartment was one of many apartments in our complex that suffered water damage from this past winter. After having our bathroom walls installed with new drywall and sanded, we had Indigo Nordhof over to install and fix up our baseboards in preparation for painters. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and had above and beyond attention to detail and consideration for the work he was doing. In the end, not only did his work look great, but he recommended further steps our painters could do if we wanted additional cosmetic improvements. And to top that off, he spent extra effort mopping the floors of dust and debris left by previous contractors that has been in our bathroom since restoration began. Thank you Indigo for the outstanding work!

Indigo Nordhof worked on fixing my bathroom after it suffered water damage. He was very courteous and understanding of specific requests and showed great adaptability in the environment. He seemed new to the company but took care of the work he was there to do and went anove and beyond by cleaning the mess the previous contractor had left behind. I have never experienced such professionalism as I did today with Luis Gonzalez and his team…….My basement flooded because of my sump pump. Luis and his crew came in explained everything so I could understand and quickly went to work……they were quick quiet and very efficient!!!! We rent a suite in the Hilliard Mill Run area. There was water damage from Christmas. We were the suite with the least damage. They are still coming to fix the walls and floor molding. The supervisor is blind and does not know what he is doing. The owners of the building has to show him each area that needs fixed. In the contact they are paying extra for the supervisor that is not on the job sight to supervise. Our wall has been spackled and painted 6 times and still have air bubbles in the areas they fixed. They spackle but never get the air bubbles out of it and the NEVER use any primmer before painting. Our walls are only being painted where the damage was down not the complete wall. You can clearly see the differences in the colors of paint. We are doctors offices and I know they would never do this kind of work to their own properties. They have been working since Christmas, yes I said CHRISTMAS. I would NEVER higher them to do any work. I hope the owners of this company read this and will investigate and fix this problem quickly.

Gerardo and Indigo came backed to do all the repairs to the walls, ceiling, and baseboard and it all looks great. They were very curtious and informative on what their plan was for the day with updates on how it was going and they really care about how good it looks not just to them but us too. Matched the color that we were going to paint the undamaged area and gave us the option of them finishing it for us. Dougie Fresh and Bell came out to remediate surface mold in my basement. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They explained the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I appreciated how respectful they were of my home to avoid any unnecessary damage. Met one of the technicians in Florida helping with hurricane Ian, who was super helpful, Worked really hard and extremely professional! I believe her name was Shellie but she went by Bell and she’s such a sweetheart always willing to help out out with any issues we may have encountered. There were two other workers who I wish could say the same for that are out of the same office but sadly this wasn’t the case. Bill, was a wonderful individual to have in my place for him to work. Pleasant to talk to. Felt comfortable around him. He cut out more ceiling drywall that was water damaged and perform mud repairs and stamping. He covered up the entire kitchen in plastic so no drywall pieces/debris got all over the place.

Overall very satisfied with the work that was performed. Cleanliness, punctuality and finished product is my concerns and he aced all 3 in my book. 5 out of 5. Would recommend Bill and the company Belfor for any other property restoration related issues

I was very pleased at the professionalism and courtesy the Belfor team showed a few weeks ago. Someone I know had a sewage back up in their basement and was attempting to clean it up themselves. I called Brian at Belfor and he sent Jimmy Sabinski out to take a look. After reviewing the area, Jimmy and Brian opted to clean up the mess at no cost which was a welcome surprise. The final product was very good. Everything was cleaned up and sanitized. I would definitely call them again. Thank you Brian and Jimmy!
