Was worried that I may have had a leak around my toilet and this company came out the same day. The employee was so knowledgeable and explained everything. Luckily nothing was found but would definitely use this company in the future!

When we had a leaking shower valve, the plumber who came to fix it discovered what looked like black mold inside the wall. He recommended we call WFM to have it checked out, and that’s when Rigo came by. He inspected the area thoroughly and explained that it wasn’t mold—it was just black residue left over from the previous valve installation. He cleaned it up for us at no charge and was honest, professional, and super responsive. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell anything and just gave us peace of mind. I’d absolutely recommend Rigo and WFM to anyone needing this kind of service!

A plumber came to my house to replace a shower valve that was leaking into the wall. When he opened the wall to change it he found what appeared to be black mold. He called WFM to come out and evaluate. Rigo came to inspect it, and check if there was anymore leaking or moisture we needed to know about. He let us know that it was only a black residue from when they welded the last valve. He cleaned it up for us no charge and never tried to push an upsell. He was professional, informative and quick to respond. I definitely would recommend them for anyone in need of their services.

rigo came out to do a free inspection was very professional and informative come to find out my water softener has a timer @2am and made noises in the wall never knew it had a set timer thank you for coming out so fast and glad there was no active water anywhere in my home

WFM restoration is very reliable company. They are very fast responsible. They will be there when you need them. I had water damage in my house twice and they were incredible both times, the help me through the insurance process, to construction, to packing our furniture out and back. Awesome job. Their employees are very professional, friendly, will hear you out. I recommended them to a couple of my family members, they did great job. WFM sent out Sergio and he was amazing he was very kind and answered all my questions and reassured me with this stressful situation

They do decent work but they have horrible communication when I had a flood they just came over and said they were with insurance and they were not and they claim they found a lot of mold but did not appear to be the case also instead of treating the flooded area they pretty much tore apart the whole house including areas that were not affected at all and then afterwards will they still haven't even finished in the house still wasn't inhabitable they threw an expensive bill at me and when I told them they told me they were with insurance they said not true was an ongoing issue and if I wanted them to finish to put my home in living condition I had to pay a ton more of money I didn't have whenever they got called out for the issue of them coming over and lying about them being with insurance the bill got lower if you have flood and somebody comes over ask for proof and call your insurance learn from my mistake

Water damage from a pipe. Company sent estimators who were nice but wouldn't leave until I put a good review for them. I did and then deleted it because job was not done and I do t leave reviews until job is done. So guys came out tore out my ceilings in bathroom , bedroom and garage put up tape and tarp to keep everything sealed even the heat. Today they sent another guy to come take pictures and tear down the tarp exposing the summer heat into my house. The guy tells my husband he has to and bye. This company does not care about their customers. They tear apart your house and expose your house to 112 plus degrees. They couldn't leave the tape and tarp up until the repairs for board and installation gets scheduled. They called me to set ip another appt time to get an estimate to send to insurance company which they said could take days or weeks until my house is being repaired. Sooooo you're just going to leave my house in the heat while we suffer trying to sleep etc. I called and someone said I will call my manager and get back to you. Haven't heard back since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am trying to warn you all because you will have regrets like I do.

They had some dipshit so asbestos testing got that dust everywhere and made my wife feel very uncomfortable this place they try to set up your claim for you which my adjuster said is illegal and I found out they had another company that went out of business because they were sued for fraudulent crime shit don’t use them Vegas .. the plumber got them to my house and I bet they give these shady plumbers money
