This company is fantastic. Did a great job and at a reasonable price. No price gouging. I had 3 other quotes from other companies and they were much higher. When they called me back to see if I wanted to use them they said they would match anybodys price. I said no and said I found an honest bidder in Rivera Roofing. What a great company. My roof needed some repairs so I called Rivera Roofing upon a referral from my neighbor. They came out and inspected my roof and took pictures of all the repairs needed. They did a wonderful job and in quick time. When finished with all the repairs Jessie sent me the pictures of what needed to be repaired along with pictures of all the repairs completed. Jessie is awesome to work with and so are his employees. I would recommend Rivera Roofing.

We discovered a roof leak during the heavy rainstorms this past summer. The leak occurred where our pitched roof meets the flat patio roof.

We had 3 estimates from 3 different roofing companies which included Rivera Roofing. One estimate was around 4x what the other 2 had estimated. One roofing company came out for the estimate but the tech wouldn't even go up on the roof. He just stood on a ladder and looked, never stepped a foot on the actual roof to inspect it or where the leak was happening.

Agustin from Rivera Roofing came out for the estimate, he pinpointed where the leak was occurring, why the leak happened and exactly how the repair work would be done.

Austin and his crew showed up on time, did the repair exactly like they said they would during the estimate, finished the job quickly and cleaned everything up like they were never there. The next storm... no leaks.

In addition, about a month later, I realized there was a cracked tile right by where the roof repair was done. I called Jesse and Agustin and his crew came out a few days later and replaced the cracked tile at no additional charge.

I mainly dealt with Agustin and he was awesome! Great guy, honest and great work!

I will call them for any future roof repairs and I would recommend Rivera Roofing without hesitation.

Today is the first day it has rained in Sun City Summerlin. So far there's no sign of leakage, so it appears the roof repair is working. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and had the work done in a few hours. The final invoice included before and work-in-progress photos. Alas, there was no photo showing the final finished roof repair.

My only reason for the 1 star ding is it took almost 6 weeks to get the repair done after I originally called. Apparently they're short-staffed relative to the amount of demand. However, I called shortly after two consecutive extreme rain storms that occurred around labor day. I'd recommend them, but be prepared to wait a while.

This roofing company is the best. They told me ahead of time when they could have crew examine the problem, when they arrived as promised they identified the problem in a clear and concise manner. The company fixed the problem and cleaned up after their work. Well done all the way around. Highly recommend Rivera CO.

Jesse was great, he came out for my parents house and fixed their roof which had broken tiles and missing ones. He also repaired an area from further leaks. He took before and after pictures, which I really appreciated. Due to a day of heavy winds at my house a few tiles came off, even for a small job, Jesse has responded back to fix them. Would recommend this company very trustworthy!!

We had leaks from storm and wind damage after the hurricane in early September. I wanted to get a couple of estimates but the three roofers I called couldn't give me an estimate for at least 10 to 12 weeks. Mr Rivera came within a week, and on time, gave me a fair price and his roofer started work within 3 weeks. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the overall quality of work and professionalism that Jesse provided. My home office space had a very bad roof leak with several large cracks in our roof underlayment, along with a few other minor areas in need of repair. After the period of extreme rain and bad storms we had, the ceiling in my office wound up collapsing from the water damage. We called around to several roofing companies (including one we used in the past) and we just got a bad intuition about the other companies that came down for quotes.

I am so happy we found Jesse. He was warm, welcoming, and trusting when he first met with my husband to assess the damage. He immediately recognized the importance of getting the work done as soon as possible and he was open and honest about every aspect of the repair work - the amount invoiced after the work was completed was exactly the amount that was initially quoted and Jesse made every effort to make sure we were happy with his work. He even came down to complete the work himself after he found himself short staffed because he promised my husband that the work would get done by the end of the week so we wouldn’t need to delay the indoor drywall ceiling repairs. We could tell that Jesse genuinely cared and didn’t want to leave us with a gaping hole in my workspace ceiling for too long. He takes pride in his work. We will definitely call him again for all of our roofing needs!

I have had Rivera Roofing complete two roof/gutter leak repairs for me on our new (to us) house. I cannot say enough about the thoroughness of the work and the quality. I am always provided with pictures of issues (before and after) and a quote almost immediately. There is no pressure, just information. I think the pricing is so competitive and realistic for the quality of the work they do. I think it's always a good thing when you can tell people who ask, "I have a roof guy" and feel confident giving them the number.

During the 2022 torrential summer storm in Las Vegas, we had a very positive experience with Rivera Roofing and their repair of our roof damage. Not only did they call me back very quickly during this very busy time, they inspected our roof damage within a few hours of our initial phone call. Rivera Roofing emailed me a quote and roof damage pictures shortly after their inspection and scheduled the repair with our tenants. Because heavy rain was forecast the day of our repair, Rivera Roofing called the morning before and completed our roof repairs a day earlier than originally scheduled. Jesse at Rivera Roofing was very professional, courteous, informative, and patient with my many questions and concerns. Text, phone, email- all communication was very timely and clear. I found Rivera Roofing to be very reliable and would not hesitate to use them again!

This is my second review for Jesse and crew. Texted Jesse about a repair question on a job he did 3 years ago, he showed up that day to inspect…it was a minor repair and was fixed 2 days later…Hope I’m not out of line but Jesse didn’t charge me for the repair even though it was one year out of warranty! It just speaks to his character! Referred him to my neighbors a couple years ago to fix a botched job and they’re still thanking me. Can’t imagine using another roofing service!!!

I called Jesse when I noticed leaking form my ceiling, and he was able to come out the next day. I have called a few other roofing companies and was told that the soonest availability was next week, so immediately, I was appreciative of his prompt response. When Jesse inspected my attic for the leak, and also checked the roof, he told me that it was not the problem and even went to the extent to take pictures and videos to show me that it was my AC and not the roof. Many other contractors would have taken advantage of the situation, but he did not. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend him to ethically complete his job.

Since it is raining again it reminded me to write a review! A couple weeks ago we realized we had a leak in our roof after all the winds and rain! We called on a Friday evening for a quote - Jessie came out Saturday to do an inspection of what we needed - sent us the quote on Sunday and completed the job on Tuesday morning! There was absolutely no mess and he provided pictures of the work completed. It was a painless process and we are so thankful that is was able to be done so quickly!

Previously had a home inspection telling me I need to repair my roof and hand a company come out to my property quoting me to repair entire roof for $ 15k. Only to find out from Rivera Roofing that nothing was wrong with our roof. It just need some minor cleaning and preventative maintenance...

He communicated well and was very reliable--he sent me an estimate based off the inspection photos, then just 2 days later had a crew here on time and they quickly repaired our broken tiles and replaced the felt underneath. It looked like new, and they sent us the before/after pictures to prove the work was done and done right. We felt they were well worth the cost, which was under the estimated price. I decided to go with Rivera Roofing after getting 4 estimates. They werent the lowest estimate, but the price was very fair for the work Jesse and his crew put in. I had my patio roof repaired and about 40ft of gutter installed. Jesse was quick to ask if I wanted to get up there with him to show me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the job, asking me a few times if i wanted to climb up and see how the process worked. At one point Jesse's compressor broke and leaked oil on my patio (sorry to bust ya out Jesse). But Jesse apologized and made sure himself that it was cleaned perfectly, like it never happened..actually better cause he cleaned up a couple of my own spills that i couldnt get up lol. Jesse and his crew were all very courteous, just nice people. The work was done very well. He was always on time, and always kept me up with everything going on. You just never get that "this guys gonna try to rip me off" feeling with Jesse. I honestly couldnt be happier with the job, to the point that I gave him a little more than what he asked for the work.
