Alex responded quickly with a detailed estimate for both the remediation and reconstruction, understanding the urgency in getting the project completed as soon as possible. Incredible group of guys that completed the water migration part of the house. Alfred, Josh, Noel, Alex, Luis, James, and Marco were very involved in letting me know where there were in the process. They even took extra steps to help me cover some furniture. They did an excellent job!!!

I am very pleased with the way my house turned out. The workmanship was excellent. Zac was my project manager. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He listened to every concern and made sure everything was done according to my wishes. Once a schedule was made, Zac made sure all jobs were started and completed on schedule. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

We came home to a terrible flood in over half of our home. Within two hours, late in the evening Thistle showed up and got down to business. They quickly began to soak up as much water as possible and began the clean up and dry out process. They worked into the morning hours never slowing down. I truly believe their quick response and constant state of cleanup saved a lot of our home and belongings. They were also so kind, sympathetic and respectful during one of the worst events of our homeowners period. We recently had a leak in our upstairs bathroom, which came down into our kitchen. Both our kitchen and bath were taken down to the studs. Kaydin and team did an excellent job putting our house back together. It looks better than when we bought it! Highly recommend this Company.

This is coming from a Marine Corps Veteran. Experienced a major water issue and thankfully USAA sent out THISTLE DKI to take care of the mitigation issue/repair. The mitigation team consisting of Alfred, Joshua, Alex A. did an exceptional job with educating me on the work that would be conducted and also answered any questions or concerns I had due to the nature of the water damage. They were extremely professional and very efficient when conducting the mitigation. As a result when the inspection took place the inspector gave high praise of their work and gave a passing score of 0. If you have any major water damage,/repairs needed, THISTLE DKI is the go to company.

We had a great experience with Thistle DKI. After spending over $1,200 dollars, with another company, and the problem not resolved .. we called Thistle DKI. Our technician Caden came in and immediately pin pointed the problem. Took care of it in a short amount of time and charged us less than half, for the same fix, that the other company botched. Great guy, very friendly, confident and professional! Highly recommend this company!

They did good work. Fixed the leak in the downstairs ceiling and replaced the flooring and baseboards upstairs. I even changed my mind about the flooring after they started and they honored my request. That made it take a little longer, but that was my fault.

Alfred & Joshua were an awesome mitigation team. They communicated well and did the best job cleaning out the water damage very quickly.

After a house fire, Robert and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the rebuilding of my home went as smoothly and stress free as possible. They stayed in contact and kept me informed at every step of the way. My appreciation for their assistance and patience with me as changes were made throughout the rebuild is immeasurable; all while doing their best to complete the job in the most timely manner.

Their work is looking great, the employee is nice and friendly.
However, to me, they did not complete the work and let us to sign the complete form. One of our management properties, was crashed by a car, it took over 6 months to complete the paperwork and repair. We were thought the owner can move forward, but, it does not ! The electricity meter wasn't install, we also still needs to talk to NV energy to figure how to do it? If you do believe your job is only done the repair, no need to call for inspection for your client, you should explain to us. We were keep asking you to email us permit and you still not let us know how to get inspection done from building department.

What is "complete" mean? Is it different explanation to them? It was a bad communication.

We had a huge leak from a pipe bursting in our master bathroom with water coming through the walls and ceiling into the kitchen downstairs. Thistle DKI managed the entire drying, clean up and repair of all affected rooms. The first team responded quickly to dry all areas, identify and clean any mold, and open the walls where necessary.
Then the project manager Robert Harper, who oversaw all of the repairs, worked with us to make sure we both agreed with all repairs that needed to be done. The work was pretty extensive and included dry wall repair, painting, a new kitchen counter, backsplash, cabinets, replacement of the carpet going upstairs, the upstairs bathroom tile floor, vanity, etc.

Robert and his team did a great job! He was in communication with us frequently since we were not staying in the house much of the time (our choice).

Our goal was that the kitchen would look as nice as prior to the leak, but due to the fresh paint and other repairs, it looked even better! We were very pleased with the staff at DKI and Robert, and would highly recommend them- not only for the water remediation but also for the repairs.

Thistle did my mold and mitigation. They were quick and courteous. Very attentive to my home and my time. They showed up at the exact time they told me, worked hard, left my home clean and ready to go for repairs! Alfred, Alex and Joshua, you guys deserve more than my thank you!

We had water damage in our laundry room. Our insurance company send us a company (which was very unreliable) and we fired them after 2 days. Then Thistle took over and what a difference! The owner Ryan was extremely helpful when I had questions about the paperwork and changed things to my satisfaction, thank you.
Sergio who fixed the drywall and repainted the room was incredible. He even stayed late to finish the work.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We had extensive water damage in an upstairs bathroom, behind the shower walls and under the floor tiles. These guys came on and handled the demo and mold remediation, and two of their plumbers came out to put caps on the leaking pipes until the remodel happens. They were so efficient and did an incredible job. They got it done in 2 days and it passed inspection on the 3rd day. Everything was taped off perfectly. We had a fantastic experience with these guys. Highly recommend!!

Alfred, Joshua, and Landon were able to come in, get everything sealed up, and cleared out in a short time, and left everything clean and organized. Very nice to work with.

Unfortunately our new home was met with water damage and mold but my neighbor recommended this company and I am so thankful they did. Their communication was above par, rates are great, and each group of people I’ve met from this company is so kind and helpful. The mold removal happened today and the mitigation team, Alfred and Joshua went above and beyond. Letting me know the steps along the way, very professional, and kind people. I had no problem trusting them to complete the removal while I was inside tending to my job. Cannot say more about this company. I hope to never need to use them again for this but knock on wood if I do, they will be my only call.

I had a bad water leak in my garage and they were able to fix my wall within a week and work around my crazy work schedule. Highly recommend. They were fairly priced and best their competitors. Will use this company again in the future!

The work done is done well. All missing stars have to do with communication & NOT showing when they say. Yes, at least once we weren't answering door (didn't hear) but all were told to call before coming- missed person was to measure the floor, since done. Been waiting weeks (almost 2 months) for the floor install. More than 9 days ago we were given TODAY as THE DAY (arrival was expected between 9 & 10 this a.m.). Called, texted, NADA... just gonna have to wait some MORE...UGH! sigh

Joe and his crew did a superb job on my vintage 1955 mid-century modern ranch house in Las Vegas. They were faced with many challenges and came up with the best solutions. Joe is a straight forward guy. When he says things will be done correctly they are. He stays ahead of the job and when you call him with a question he always takes your call immediately to provide a status. He always has your back. I give him a 10 on a scale 10 and highly recommend him. I was fortunate to have him on my job. We had Joe and Kaydin do a lot of extra work.
