Dubo Roofing is an outstanding roof vendor. They did our roof in the early 2000's and we had no issues with it. My homeowners required us to get a new roof and it was certainly needed. Duke and Noah were attention to detail and provided great service. Even though a nail gun hit an electrical wire, they both were around assisting T&M Electric in fixing the problem. I hope all my Loch Rane and OPCC neighbors would consider Dubo for their roofing needs!

Last week had our roof replaced by Dubo and they did an excellent job. Job completed in one day. They covered everything very well and did a great job with the clean up. They ran into a problem and immediately called me. They were able to work around our work schedule. Have a night worker day sleeper and they were able to do it on a day he was off so he didn't have to go to work with no sleep. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would highly recommend Dubo for your next roofing project.

Dubo roofing has tried to fix the roof of our sunroom and has failed at doing so and somehow it’s in the way worse shape than it was in the spring before I called them the first time and now we have water damage. They had 3 different people come out 5-6 times since May. Now every rain storm the room is covered in water.

I’ve called the kind administrator at the front desk weekly and the owner has not tried to fix the issue or reach out. It’s felt like a full time job trying to get it fixed and I’m exhausted.

I don’t leave poor reviews often, but this quality of work and customer service is terrible.

Duke first told me what they offered, then kindly told me what my other roofing quotes would be and everything he told me was the truth. Rare! Then they delivered on what he promised without any hidden cost. Rare! Best decision you will ever make choosing Dubo roofing. Then watch Duke his 2 son's and his wife deliver.

they are extremely eager to get pay right after works is done. they would bluff you put a lien in your house if you don't pay right the way. but it actually takes 30days of process. the owner is extremely means and also talk really bad like working hard for nothing and so they should pay right the way. also, they won't help you anything not even give you permit after it's done. when the sales and works are done. they walk away and ignore you. Highly not recommended.

This was a roof and skylight replacement. They were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I dealt was helpful and responsive. I have to especially recognize Mike Shelton, their sales rep. He was great to deal with. He was responsive to my questions and concerns from our very first contact all the way through completion. They did a nice job on the roof and did a good job cleaning up the job site. The onsite crew were timely and courteous. It was a very positive experience overall. Every home has a beautiful new roof in our neighborhood! DuBo roofing has done a great, safe and clean job throughout our homes. Working from early morning to dusk most days or as the homeowner request made this massive project go smoothly. Every owner had a one on one contact with Duke Duncan before their roof replacement began. All rotten wood was replaced and the complete home and the yard was totally cleaned of any debris or nails etc, that might have slipped by. They covered the shrubs, air conditioner and cleaned up everyday. This company has gone the extra mile to make this large project very seamless to the homeowners. Quality of work, quality of employee, quality of shingles, is number one with DuBo. DuBo has such excellence in their quality of their jobs, that DuBo is only one of few local roofing companies that can offer the highest warranty on their workmanship and their shingle product. Very happy with the roof. We had many sheets of OSB that had to be replaced besides the shingles, but they still finished in 1 day. The price was very good. Would definitely recommend them.

Dubo had performed the roof installation at my home prior to me moving in. They had seriously cut a lot of corners to, most likely, keep their costs down. Since that time, we have had nothing but problems with water intrusion issues. When I asked if they would come out to fix the issues due to their poor workmanship, they said that they only warranty the roof itself and they only provide labor warranty for a year. In case of Dubo, you'll definitely get what you pay for. We had a highly-regarded roof company come out to re-inspect the roof and they found exposed wood framing as well as exposed flashing. I personally would recommend Roof It Right over this place.

Dubo States: "However, we offer a five-plus year workmanship warranty for all new roofs."

You installed my roof on 13 Oct 2017. I called you in 2021 to come fix your mistakes and was told specifically that you only provide warranty for 1-year. Now, come to find out, you left wood framing exposed on the outside of my home and having rot & leaking issues. Your boilerplate response here is simply typical of a company in damage control mode.

I've included photos of what the roofer found AFTER you had installed the roof about 5 years ago. Your company should have repaired this damage when you replaced the roof. They said this damage was old and well over 5 years worth of continuous water damage.

Had water damage due to kickout flashing over the garage was damaged. Repairs were made , have had no problems .great job.

They came when they said they would and gave a reasonable estimate for repairing my roof. We have had a few bad storms since and no leaks!

We were impressed with Mike’s professionalism and attention to detail. The finished work looks great and was done to the program despite some inclement weather. The price was as expected and seemed fair to us.

I used DUBO Roofing for a Chimney Cap replacement. I recently had siding put on my house and the chimney cap did not fit properly once the siding was updated. DUBO roofing called me back first thing in the morning and came out to give me an estimate. The turn around time for the new chimney cap was quick and the installation took less than 20 minutes. I was very happy with the responsiveness and turn around time! Everyone I spoke with from DUBO was very professional as well. I highly recommend.

Terrible! Terrible! I had a bad experience with this company! I had had a problem with a leaking roof and I contacted the company and they finally came after two failed appointments. They came out with the wrong stuff and didn’t want fix it the proper way they just wanted to rig something up which I had to step in and tell them that was unacceptable and I would not do that...be careful if you use this company!!!!!!!

Dubo Roofing fixed an issue we had on our roof. When they came out to examine the issue, they explained everything to me clearly. Then they fixed the issue in a timely manner, and were fairly priced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have roofing work done.

After getting recommendations from friends and talking to several other roofing companies, we decided to go with Dubo. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were not high pressure. The turn around time for getting our roof installed was quick. The team that came out was very respectful and also really protected our plants, yard and pool. The clean up was amazing, while I know they can't get every nail, they sure did try.

The crew that physically put my roof on did good work so I am giving two stars total only because of them. The office was terrible as they never did anything they said they would (missed appointments, late starting job, hard to get a hold of, etc..). Now my job is mostly done, but they need to come back and finish but I haven’t heard from them in weeks. They won’t return my calls or texts. If you have a choice, use someone else.

They have replaced two roofs for me. The work was very professional and clean up was excellent. The price for the same size roofs and same type shingles installed two years apart were $4000 and $8400 respectively. Go figure , I can’t. ..............Wait for the deal.......

Dubo Roofing was very punctual and informative and handled the evaluation, temporary fix, and complete roof repair/replacement for my house where I had tenants and was not able to be directly involved at the work location. Per the tenants, Dubo was quick and efficient and did a very good job of cleaning up the work area when completed. The only reason I cannot mark them off at five stars is due to a leak that occurred within a couple months of the replacement due to some issue around the chimney (I am not versed enough to say what it was and if it was common, uncommon, a worksmanship issue at that part of the roof or just happenstance). But they only lost the top most of marks due to being very responsive when I reached out to them and resolving immediately.

Chose DUBO partly because of a recommendation from a friend and partly due to our own research. Sales cycle (Bruce) was informative w/o any pressure. Roof was completed on time although over estimate due to a lot of rotten sheathing being found as well as extra underlayment to remove. This is always a possibility so no huge surprise. They quickly took care of any issues and did a decent job of picking up all the nails (you will still find some). I was satisfied enough to subsequently hire them for a rental we own so that should tell you something.

A wonderful company from first contact to final inspection. Management is knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The installation crews are experienced, talented and dedicated to providing a high quality finished installation! I would recommend DUBO Roofing to anyone that is in the market for a new roof or a repair!

Dubo roofing did a great job replacing our 38 year old wind damaged roof. At first, my insurance company was only going to pay for a small portion of the cost of a new roof. After Bruce and Duke at Dubo spoke with them, the insurance company ended up paying for most of the replacement. I highly recommend Dubo Roofing.

Was a great experience! Clean up was imaculate, neighbors had theirs done a month before ours and I'm still finding nails. They helped us to fight with insurance, and they explained everything so much better than others roofers, it was much easier to make our decision when picking out our roofer. I would recommend to any one.

We'd reached out to a number of roofers in Jacksonville and Dubo was the only one that returned our calls. After meeting Bruce Hamilton at their office, we were assured that the planning and execution of our roof replacement would be exemplary. He spoke to us in our language and made us feel appreciated before we chose Dubo to replace our roof. Just as Bruce had promised initially, any and all items that weren't perfect would be addressed and corrected prior to their expectation of payment.

Right from the start when I got my qoute from Bruce he was polite, very knowledgeable. Very affordable price also. Workers showed up and started working when they said they would every day . Let me preface this review with the statement that I would never have thought I would be replacing a roof after just eight years. Enter the hail storm that blew through St Johns County in April of 2018. My pool screen was destroyed which initiated the filing of an insurance claim. At this point I hadn’t given much thought to any damage that may have been caused to the roof of my house. Fortunately, my insurance adjuster advised me that I might want to have my roof inspected. This is where my introduction to Dubo Roofing began. After some investigation I contacted Dubo Roofing for a free inspection of my roof. Bruce Hamilton was the consultant that did the inspection of my roof and informed me that I did indeed have damage that would require the replacement of my roof. My insurance company was informed and sent an adjuster who verified Mr. Hamilton’s findings. While the inspection was done by Dubo Roofing I did speak to other vendors about the replacement including price, timeline, and materials used. I’ll have to admit that some of the other companies I interviewed left me feeling like I had just left a used car salesman’s office. To make a long story short I contracted with Dubo Roofing and couldn’t have been happier. Mr. Hamilton did not try and make a hard sale or upcharge any over the top materials. He came to our meeting prepared with options which he spent time describing and then let me decide which option was best for my home. After making my choice the office staff sent me the necessary permitting forms and followed up quickly with answers to several questions I had. Once the permits were granted the company operations manager Zachery Duncan called to advise me of the schedule for installing my new roof. I understand that they have multiple roofing crews and I was fortunate enough to be assigned to Hector’s crew. These gentlemen could not have been any more professional in the execution of their job. They were on time to their job site worked hard and did a through cleanup of their job site at the end of each day. During the entire process Mr. Hamilton was available if I had any questions and returned calls promptly. I couldn’t be any happier with the job that was done and would recommend Dubo Roofing to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair.

I called this company two years ago to do my roof, because I live closed by. The guy came in and was supposed to give me an estimate. To make the story short, I am still waiting for it. 2 weeks later I hired another company. Last week, I called the company again to replace a few damaged shingles and to give them another chance, because I figured it was not the company; it was probably the contractor’s fault. They put me in contact with one of their guys, who gave me an over the phone estimate based on my description of the project and supposed to call me back to start doing the work, well once again they left me waiting. This is bad business.

My husband and I had our roof replaced less than 4 years ago. In that time we have had to call the old company out 5 times to fix what I can only sum up as a very shoddy job that ultimately resulted in leaking through the ceiling during a heavy storm. We called Dubo roofing and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Their entire staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the tech went straight into the attic which the other company never did, and within 20 minutes the repair was done at no charge. This is how a real roofing company is expected to operate. We will be doing all our business with Dubo from here on. Thank you Dubo!

After having a roofing company knock on our door to tell us we had hail damage, I contacted Dubo for a second opinion. I did NOT have hail damage and in fact was assure I had several years of life left on my roof. This honest assessment meant that I had more time to save money for the project and, later when my roof did need to be replaced, Dubo was the only company I would consider to do the job. Their employees were professional and hard working. The job was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. I have recommended Dubo to many people and all have been extremely satisfied with the results.

Best experience I have had with a contractor in our year long house renovation! We recently remodeled our house, a four month process turned into an excruciating 10 months. After dealing with contractors and subs who were constantly late, if they showed up at all, working with Dubo Roofing was a beath of fresh air. They were professional, curteous always on time and best of all there were no hidden surprises when the bill came in, it was right on target with the estimate. My roof is one of the best in the neighborhood. Its almost too bad my roof will last for the next 20yrs, I would love to work with them again!

Since retiring to Florida nearly 25 years ago, I have owned multiple houses in Jacksonville and Orange Park. During this time, Dubo Roofing has replaced the roof on three of those homes and each re-roof exceeded my expectations. I am currently a homeowner in a planned development community comprised of nearly 30 buildings. Because I had exclusively used Dubo as my contractor on past homes, I was thrilled when they were contracted by our board of directors to replace the roofs within our community. Like myself, my neighbors have raved about their professionalism, workmanship, and courteousness. Noah, the site supervisor, was always readily available to answer questions and provide informative insight as our roof project progressed. I was so impressed by the open communication between the Dubo Roofing administration and each homeowner. Mike, our sales representative, and Duke, the owner, even went so far as to attend several evening HOA meetings should the residents have questions regarding the re-roofing process. Their knowledge of each product and willingness to patiently answer technical questions further demonstrate their professionalism.

As for the Dubo roof-installation crews: thorough, skilled, and hard working. At the end of the workday, they left the job site clean and free of debris. They worked efficiently, steadily, and respectfully through the intense Florida heat and finished each building in a timely manner. Several times a day, I noticed a roofing crew member dragging a magnet through the lawns to collect any nails that may have fallen into the grass during the tear off process. And, unlike many local crews I’ve seen on roof tops, the safety of their employees seems to be a high priority to Dubo Roofing. Each roofing technician diligently wore a safety harness.

I cannot recommend Dubo Roofing enough. They have consistently delivered quality, lasting roofs for me. The latest roof only solidified my trust in them. I can see why they’ve been in business for so long. It makes me smile on my daily walks when I look down the street and see rows of beautiful new roofs.

Had Dubo Roofing out on three occasions to repair some damaged areas on my roof and now I've decided to replace the roof a year later. What was disappointing is the areas that I pointed out that needed repair had rotted wood not an inch from the same spots I had them work on. Wouldn't recommend for repairs but I can't speak to the job they would do on a reroof.

Once they learned I could not be present for the project (I live in S. Fl and this was a rental property in Jax) the project price went 4x over their initial quote!! And just recently, I learned from another roofer that the shingles Dubo used on my roof are the absolute CHEAPEST shingles out there! Not very happy with this company, will never use them again, and would never recommend them to anyone!
