My wife Terry and I recently had Beaver Home Services (end of August 2024) do our new roof. Kudos to John "Kip" Childers who walked us thru the whole process and answered all our tel. calls. Their work crews were great starting 7 am to 7 pm. and our on site crew supervisers where wonderful ( Kassandra and Rick) also answering any questions we had. They finished in 3 days with another day for our new gutters and we have a beautiful new roof.
Many moving parts to the whole process- state permit , homeowners approval start date ,plus we also have solar panels on our roof which we had to have the Solar company come out to remove them so we could get our new shingles put on and finally after final state approval inspection the solar people could replace our solar panels back on to the roof. Beaver also put our small tv antenna back on the roof( they don't do large tv satelites).
I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.

We had a roof installed by Beaver Home Services. Everything went well and the roof and gutters look wonderful.This was a great experience. Everyone I spoke to from Beaver was very professional and wanted the customer to be happy.

I acquired 4 estimates to have my roof replaced due to age issue with my insurance company. Kip from Beaver Home Services was the only one that actually noticed all the hail damage from a previous storm and suggested I might consider contacting my insurance company and initiate a claim. I figured what did I have to lose so I did just that. My insurance adjuster came to inspect my roof within a couple of days and did indeed confirm the damage. He double checked for a hailstorm event in my area and sure enough there was a couple in the recent past that I was not even aware of, and he approved the claim. This is also kudos for my insurance company as the check was in my mailbox in a week.

Note that I did check reviews for Beaver and found the vast majority if not all were good reviews, I don't remember any bad. So, they are busy, and I did wait a couple of months for the job to start but it was not an issue as there were no leaks otherwise, Kip assured me they would come out right away to cover any known leaks and work to prioritize the job.

When the job started, I found that Kip was basically glued to his phone as no call went unanswered. The following sequence of events were that a couple of days before the job started a dumpster was placed in my driveway and materials were delivered all being a smooth process. Then the roofing crew showed up at 7am on the third day to begin. Now I always considered myself a hard worker, but the roofing crew were scary hard workers. 12+ hour days in pretty hot 85°­ sunny weather for April. I have a good size roof and 200 sq' shed which both were completed in 2 1/2 days. When the crew left the property was clean and the dumpster was removed. By now you can tell I would recommend Beaver. Mind you that we have not had any rain to speak of since the roof was replaced so if any issues arise, I will be back to further review. My instinct from watching the crew closely (I did go up on the roof when the crew quit for the day and looked things over) says you probably will not hear from me again.

Beaver Homes was an amazing roof installer. Kip Childer was amazing intermediate for bringing this roof from beginning to closing. Kip said he could a new roof on my house for the deductible or less depending on the policy. The roof cost me my deductible only - practically free. I put no money down. Owed nothing, if Beaver was unable to get insurance to pay. Kip and his office handled the paperwork including
HOA. Beaver paid all fees including. Kip is a man of his word. I had little or no experience in roofing. He was very patient with me and answered with clarity. Job was completed today. Roof looks good and cleanup great. If you are unsure about a roofer, call Kip Childer, Beaver Homes, and he will educate you as to what to look for in a good, honest roofer and company.

Installers did a great job replacing the roof.
Liked the fact that the Beaver inspector did a final check and had the installers fix any spots that were not up to their standards.
Property was cleaned up nicely after the install.

All in all, a very good job! A complex roof to rebuild / re-shingle, repaired every issue with the existing roof as well as performing upgrades according to latest codes. Materials used were top grade! The new gutter installers did an excellent job and certainly improved on the original installation design and quality! Also Lee was absolutely amazing to work with, he was there for us at every turn, we would definitely recommend him to anyone who thinks they may need a new roof. Great job Lee!

Heard about Beaver roofing from a friend and had Gabe come out to take a look at my roof. He advised I had some storm damaged and walked me through the insurance claim process. They got my roof replaced and did an awesome job. Took them a day and a half and I couldn't be more happy with the job they did and a great looking roof. Would suggest them to anyone looking to get a new roof!

We could write a mini-novel about the whole experience of being time pressured by our own Home Insurance carrier to replace our roof or be faced with finding a new carrier and/or have our coverage cancelled. I’ll try to keep this brief.
We did our research and got several estimates. When the “apples and oranges” were all sorted and compared all the prices were close. In the end we chose Beaver for several reasons.
1. We liked and trusted our Sales Rep., Lee.
2. The other companies had skeletons everywhere, including some real horror stories including, damage, delays, and price bumping. We got customer lists from each Sales Rep. for new roof jobs done in our area. Being a small business owner in the area ourselves we had our own customer list. We cross referenced the lists and found we had enough common customers to make comparisons. The feed-back info was invaluable. Roofing is obviously a tough business and we factored that, but we quickly had reason number 3.
3. Beaver scored the highest by far in all areas compared. Yes, we had a few small bumps, as expected, but Beaver made everything right. We would go to them again without hesitation and recommend them highly.
And a special thanks to Tabita for getting that spare bundle of shingles to us to have for possible future needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Beaver Home Services! My clay tile roof suffered damage during a hurricane in late September, 2022. I read online reviews to find the best company. Beaver showed up promptly, despite the large number of people who needed help after the storm. Cory was my representative and he walked me through the entire process. Cory & his associates made everything as easy as possible, working on my behalf to assist with the lengthy insurance claim procedures. Then they assisted me with meeting the requirements of my neighborhood’s Architectural Review Committee. My house was the first in the development to put on a metal roof, so we needed to provide samples & educational materials. Cory explained all of my roofing options and I chose the stone-coated tile from Unified Steel. I went with the “Pacific Tile” style in the “Barclay” brown color, which has a Mediterranean appearance. After approval from the insurance company, Beaver installed my new roof very quickly and did a great job cleaning everything up. From the office staff to the installers, everyone I dealt with at Beaver throughout the entire process was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My neighbors often comment on how great the new roof turned out and I’m very pleased to recommend Beaver to anyone who needs roofing!

Kip was our salesman that we had interacted with during our installation. Kip saw that I had been doing yard work and knows I am handicapped. While I was edging he saw that I was standing one minute and on the grounds the next. Kip could have just kept going about his business but instead he came over to me, checked on my and with out asking he helped me to my garage carrying the edger and holding me up at the same time. Now kip and Beaver has completed the job a few months ago and really has no reason to help. But he did never the less. Thanks Kip for everything you do, means more to the customer then you know. Kip explained the entire process and assisted me with filing a claim with the insurance. When the insurance fought the clam, Beaver Home Services fought back. Here it is a year later and I now have a new roof for the price of my deductible. Install was quick and professional. Install crew also did a great clean up job. Kip, from Beaver Home Services stopped by our house and offered a free roof inspection. His examination revealed severe hail damage and a soft spot. He gave us a bid which was reasonable (we checked) and we contracted for the roof replacement. Due to covid it took a while but when we did get a date his crew showed up on time and worked hard completing the job in one day. They were very careful with the renailing, the new liner, the caps, the vents and the shingles. When they were done they cleaned up very carefully, including all of the roofing nails. We are very pleased with the sale, the installation and the service after the sale. The roof looks great and when we had an issue with the dryer vent they came out and took care of it immediately. When my other property needs a roof I will definitely call Kip at Beaver to get it done. Mike Thorness

I want to say that Jeremy and Beaver home services went above and beyond helping me get a new roof . After the Jan 4 storm I noticed a couple shingles laying out in my backyard .
