Austin and Taylor came out to my house to make a minor repair to my siding. They did great work, professional, friendly and timely. I would recommend their services.

We were told during a home inspection our 10 year old roof needed completely replaced by another company.
We called Baker Roofing for a second opinion, Billy came out crawled on top of roof did a deep inspection, said a few missing shingles needed to be fixed, but other than that it was in good shape. We hired them and they sent out Josh, Taylor and Austin. They called about 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know, did the repairs and then were on their way. Very professional and would highly recommended all the way around.

What I appreciated most about Taylor was his honesty and candidness. He gave me straightforward advice from a neutral point of view to help me budget for the future.

I had a small leak that only dripped when it rained a long time or really hard, and was coming from near the bathroom exhaust vent. I knew it wasn't going through the vent because I could see it drip through the attic when I poked my head up to look during a heavy storm. I wanted to get that fixed right away, and I also wanted to learn more about the condition of the roof. The housing inspector wasn't impressed with it when I was in contract to buy this home, so getting a roofer's advice was just as important to me as getting the leak fixed.

He went up on the roof and took pictures, then came back down. He said I had a second roof on top of an older roof, which is fine but that I can't do a third on top of that so when it's time later to replace the roof I should plan on it being $8000 or so. He also said the roof wasn't done very well. The cuts were rough and imprecise, and the notches around roof penetrations were way off. That meant there were gaps between the flashing and the shingles in a lot of places. It was good enough to not leak except in this one place, but not the greatest work overall.

He also said that the flashing and labor was expensive enough that it didn't make sense to do much pro-active messing around with any of the deficiencies he identified except for the one place that was leaking. Some of the flashing would be hundreds of dollars per part, and his crew's minimum charge is $500 per visit, so he was more interested in being my choice for the eventual roof replacement. Taylor told me he could have his guys fix the leak for $500 if I couldn't find someone more affordable for that job, since all I really needed to stop the leak was some caulk to seal the bad cuts around the bathroom vent's flashing. What was also useful to me was that he wagered a guess that the roof might last 5 to 7 more years, which lets me know how much I need to save up and what my timeline might be. In the meantime, he suggested to just do the minimal repairs only if something becomes a problem.

I was very glad for the terrific advice Taylor gave me. I got the impression he would be the right person to call when I'm ready to replace the roof since he has such an attention to detail. That's something I appreciate because I'm planning on owning this house long-term rather than "flipping" it.

Taylor was very professional and respectful of me and my needs. He went beyond normal business practices in trying to help me resolve my problem with the previous roofing company who erred in replacing my roof two years ago. I really appreciate him for going the "extra mile". When Taylor sent me a proposed contractor agreement, I found his pricing to be very acceptable and feel that I got true value in his services. When the crew came to do the repair, I found their work to be quick, clean, and professional.

I had holes on the underside of the roof due to some electrical meters that were put in. I asked this company for a quote. Taylor Williams came by to take a look. He said can do the work myself and told me how. That’s saved me $300-$400.

I appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend this company because I know it will be work well done without being ripped off.

Anyway, a couple of weeks later I climbed onto the roof and realized I had tornado damage. I called Taylor and he came over, gave me a quote. After arranging the funds with my insurance Taylor arranged for a crew to come over towns the damage. The whole process from the quote to reparation took a week.

Good company, great guy to work through and I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

This was a great company to get a new roof through. This is my first experience getting a new roof so I do not have a bad experience to compare, but Baker showed up when they said they would, gave me an estimate that was lower than my insurance estimate, stayed in constant contact with me, showed up on the day they said they would, finished the roof in a single day, did an excellent job cleaning up, and my roof looks great. Zachary recently came out to assess the roof at my house and I was more than impressed. In my experience a salesman pulls up in a car and makes his assessment/assumption from the ground. Not this guy/company. He threw up a ladder and walked my roof from peak to peak. Now sure he told me all about Bakers excellent work history and dedication to excellence. But his dedication to his craft is what lands BFC on my radar. (Could he have lied to me? Yes. Did he he? No.) The truth is I knew I had a little while before my roof needed replacing... Out of FOUR different companies, BRC is the only ONE who didn't say that it did need replacing immediately. Honesty landed BRC my trust and my contract from here on out.

Billy and his crew inspected a long term leak around our chimney and eliminated the possibility of shingle or flashing leakage. Although the three men spent an hour at our house there was no charge. They were all very professional and polite. I strongly recommend Baker Roofing.

Wonderful service. We had Baker roofing come out to inspect our roof for repairs or replacement. At no time did they push us to replacement. They gave us information on both and we decided to replace. We have a difficult angled roof and Dallas and his team did an amazing job. We had rain halfway through install and they did a great job getting through it. Our roof looks amazing. We haven’t had a decent hard rain yet and that will be the ultimate test of their install. Baker Roofing Company stood behind their claim to do quality work. I inherited my 1950's home from my parents. My father had metal, siding and gutter work done in 1980 from a different company but the job was not well done. There was a leak between window panes. Gutters did not dispel the rain which had seeped under the metal onto the fascia. The fascia was badly rotted; worse than expected. Rick, the project supervisor, coordinated work crew schedules to help me out and Joe and Jesse worked diligently to get the job done. Fascia was replaced, covered with new metal; new gutters and gutter guards, and a window replaced. They also addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Baker to anyone with roofing or related needs.

We have 11.83 acres under roof (518,000sq ft). Leaks are inevitable and a constant source of irritation. We’ve had five contractors out to this building fixing leaks on a regular basis. Out of all those companies Baker roofing always has the best results. They come in 2 to 4 times a year, we hand them a map of the building and where we are experiencing leaks, and when they are done nearly all leaks have stopped. On a roof this size that is amazing!
