JB is the man! Came out on his off day, assessed roof, provided a temp repair, 3 days later roofs back to normal! Wouldn’t call another company!

Our roof was affected by recent storm and wind. I went through Google and fortunately found this business. After calling, Justin immediately scheduled an appointment with us to check on our roof. He was on time and instantly got to work to help us figure it out. Justin took the time to explain to us what happened & caused the problem. Turns out some shingles were damaged/missing!

He gave us a quote and after we agreed, he repaired it and showed us picture of what was fixed afterwards. I truly appreciate his time & promptness to keep our house protected & standing tall! Highly recommend this business for your roofing needs, thank you!

Justin was prompt in getting out to asses the problem. His estimate was clear and reasonable. He put me on the schedule for this morning and the repair was complete before noon. Good service is hard to get these days but he more than delivered.

Justin came out quickly to assess a leak in our roof. He gave us a fair quote and did the work soon after we accepted the price. Once he was done he told me what the problem was and how he fixed it.

He is pleasant to work with and very professional.

Justin & helper did some extrusion work to keep the flying squirrels out of my house. They won’t be able to chew through my ridges anymore.

Award roofing just reroofed my house in Blairsville Ga and I can not speak highly enough about Justin and his crew they were on time every day and worked crazy hard 12hrs a day until the job was complete the clean up was great and our new roof looks amazing, Justin was on site every day as well, who else does that normally you never see the person who sold the job until the end when its time to collect not Justin he's on site making sure everything goes perfectly, hats off to award roofing they definitely live up to there name and i would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone needing roof work

I found out recently that I had a cracked vent boot on my roof from age and heat. I called Justin and he knew exactly how to repair the problem at a minimal cost. Award Roofing did a great job re-roofing our home in Blairsville, Georgia. The team arrived on time each day and worked hard. They took care to collect debris while working by putting tarps down and cleaned up at the end of each day. Justin was on site each day to check in with his team and ensure everything was progressing well. They alerted us to a potential electrical issue so we could have it checked by an electrician during the process. The customer service was above and beyond and we were impressed! We highly recommend them.

Justin came out last week to address a leak issue which he had caulked a few months ago in hopes that it would solve the problem. Caulking corrected 90% of the issue, but some leaking continued to occur inside our dining room wall.

Instead of just applying more caulk - Justin removed the questionable section of roofing and installed new flashing and shingles in a professional manner that we feel will prevent any leaking well into the future. He took pictures before and after the repair to show and explain to me the problem and his solution.

I highly recommend Award Roofing and appreciate Justin's expertise!!!

Seven years after Award Roofing replaced our roof, it sprung a small leak during Hurricane Helene. Despite being extremely busy, Justin got back to me within 36 hours of calling and came out within days to take care of the issue. The fact that he made an existing customer just as much a priority as a new customer made me feel well taken care of. Very recommended.

Amazing response to offer disaster relief. Justin is honest and provided clear communication, including images, to provide to our insurance adjuster and insurance company. He promptly put up emergency tarps at a more than fair value to protect us from further damage. Justin helped us to feel safe and secure in an incredibly stressful time. He goes above and beyond!

Award Roofing responded quickly to my request for assistance tarping my roof after Hurricane Helene. Justin scheduled the tarping and explained the process in detail. He worked with my insurance adjuster to get the charge approved. He used quality modern materials to cover and protect- not the old fashioned plastic tarps. He listened to my concerns and provided me information resources for all steps of my roof replacement, even though his company is not replacing it.

Justin has been on our roof a few times this past year, fixing the issues the original roofers and builders messed up. Always fantastic work, great and easy to communicate with and always willing to help.

He’s incredibly honest on both condition of roof, what needs to be fixed and he’s great at offering the right solution at a good price. This most recent time he added soffit vents to our soffits which just didn’t exist, now our attic will breathe properly and it looks great and professional.

I bought my house in 2018 and it needed a roof repair. I called the original company that installed the roof (Award Roofing). They came and fixed the issue. At the time, I requested a proposal for a new roof but Award Roofing told me to hold on to my roof for a few more years. Fast forward, in 2024 (my roof is ~19 y) we decided to get a new roof due to some rain damage and I called them. They came and did an amazing job. Honest people and great to do business with.

Justin was great! He installed step flashing where the vertical wall of an addition butted up to the main house to prevent leaks (not done correctly by the previous roofer), properly sealed HVAC vents, and fixed hip and ridge cap shingles to prevent leaks. He also pointed out incorrect instalation of gutters by a gutter company so that I could follow up with them for repairs. Above and beyond expected service. I highly recommend Award Roofing!!

Justin is very professional. He explained how he would reroof my house even though the slope was not steep enough to accommodate certain roofs. There was extra work that was needing to be done and his crew performed those tasks nicely . The work was performed in a timely manner. Justin was kind enough to explain details to me that made the design of his roof superior to the previous roof put down in 2003. He also went out of his way to inspect my attic to see if there was problems, and there was moisture building up and he told me how to eliminate those problems. With a deadline to replace shingles within 3 weeks or face large fines; Justin came out, listened to my situation, and quickly got a very affordable estimate to me—as an autism teacher affordability was very important.
He was not only knowledgeable and personable but made sure he KEPT A SPOT OPEN on his schedule for once I got approval from the HOA.
I got approved a week later, he and his crew were out the following Monday! BECAUSE of Award Roofing I was able to get my new roof by the deadline and avoid astronomical fines and fees from my HOA.

Five star review of Award Roofing Company - Crew arrived on time, easy communication and began work immediately. Job was professionally coordinated by onsite supervisor J. Brooks. Crew kept work area clean and free from falling debris protecting all shrubs and flower beds with drop cloths. Job including clean up was completed within 24hrs on schedule. We contracted Award Roofing Company to remove (approx) 2400sq ft double layer shingles and decking. Replaced with GAF Royal Sovereign twenty five year three tab shingles and re-decked with radiant barrier OSB. All old material carefully placed in onsite roll-off dumpster. Professionally installed new materials include twenty five year guaranty, labor guaranteed for fifteen years and is transferable. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Award Roofing Company for your next roofing project.

Award Roofing is THE BEST!! I've been building a large chicken coop on my property (8' x 12" approx) but I have RA and another autoimmune disease. My hands are weak and I was afraid to try to put the shingles on the roof (too much nailing by hand). Justin (one of the owners) offered to help me out and put the felt and shingles and facia all on for me for free!! He did a fantastic job on the roof. Looks great, no leaks and I could never have gotten out done without his help. He heard God's call to help and he answered. He's a wonderful Christian and talented man! Honest and hardworking! Award Roofing replaced my 25 year old roof. Before they could install a new roof they had to remove 2 layers of shingles. They also replaced my 2 Velux skylights. All work was done quickly and professionally and afterwards they thoroughly cleaned the surrounding area. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for roof replacement and or repairs.

During a routine gutter cleaning, we were notified of a potential leak site in our vent pipes. Instead of rescheduling and coming back another day, it was fixed on the spot with a great price.

Justin was very helpful with my roof repair. I had a couple of leaks and some rotting soffit and wood on various parts of my roof. They were very professional and courteous, punctual if not early and answered all of my questions professionally and knowledgeably. The whole job cost nearly half of what I was expecting, because they did not try to do unnecessary work by fixing things that did not need to be fixed. He even pulled out a couple of bullets from celebratory gunfire out of my roof that I had no idea were lodged in there. My yard was even cleaner when they left than before they arrived. I highly recommend.

This company could also be called "Above and Beyond." We cannot adequately express how pleased we are with our new roof from beginning to end. Our first call into the company (after trying locally with no success) was responded to immediately! Justin, one of the owners came to our house the next day to assess our situation. We had some leaks. That very same day Justin made temporary repairs until a new roof could be put on. The roof repair was delayed because of Covid-19.
The crew that came out was punctual, respectful, and professional. Let me add this company does NOT put shingles on top of the old shingles which is a PLUS. They had to replace some plywood that was rotten where the leak was coming through. The company redid some areas around the chimney which were not done correctly on the initial installation. Everything is done with an excellence!
They do provided service outside of their immediate area which was our case. We are so blessed that the LORD led us to this awesome company to handle our situation. Award Roofing lives up to its name and deserves 5** and more rating.

Repeat Customer: Quality of roof and service was excellent. We have an older home. Award Roofing did our 1st replacement roof in 1995. We used an architectural shingle and was very happy with it. When our roof needed replacement in 2019 due to storm damage, we again called Award Roofing. Doug Horsley and Justin Brooks were great to work with. Their crew was fast and did a very neat job. We again selected an architectural shingle and again are very happy with it! As a repeat customer I can highly recommend Award Roofing!

Friendly, prompt and honest.

Award is always my first choice for roofing and repairs. They installed our new roof a couple of years ago. The crew was in and done in a single day. The owner did a follow up inspection to make sure everything was fine. I never found a single nail or shingle bit; not a trace that they had torn off and installed a new roof. Except for the beautiful new roof, of course!

I just want to thank you for making my experience good with a new roof. I’ve had other remodel undertakings, that was a horrible time..thanks for giving me a fair price (others tried to rip me off) and being upfront, timely & honest with what I really needed!
