After obtaining estimates from several roofing companies, I chose Augustine Roofing LLC to replace the roof of my Arlington home because it had the highest rating from Consumers’ Checkbook, many positive reviews from customers, highly competitive pricing and estimator Dakota Biller conducted a thorough evaluation of my roof and answered my many questions in the process of preparing an estimate. Within a couple of weeks of my accepting this estimate, Augustine Roofing expertly replaced my roof in less than a day, replacing underlying wood as needed, and removed all debris including nails in my yard. This work was done by a skilled and professional team that was led by on-site supervisor RJ Garrett, who remained on site during the day to answer any questions I may have and ensure the safety of the persons performing the work. On the day after replacement of my roof, a different team from Augustine Roofing efficiently replaced a couple of gutters and downspouts to my home. I was fortunate to contact and hire Augustine Roofing, and can’t recommend this company high enough for your roofing needs.

This was our second time contracting with Augustine Roofing - first for our townhouse, and now for my mom's townhouse - and like the first time, they were a pleasure to work with. Professional, great communication all the way through the process, and on top of it all, great work. Though I wasn't on site for the job, they kept me informed every step of the way and left the place immaculate as well. Their pricing is solid, too. I highly recommend them!

They were great. They finished in about 5 hours and cleaned up the job site very nicely. I was told to expect nail pops on the inside, but didn’t experience any nail pops. The estimator was very straight forward with with pricing, not trying to be salesman and they came in at half the price the companies that canvas neighborhoods did. Highly recommend!

Augustine gave a great no-pressure bid followed by good performance installation and clean up. They even secured a piece of siding that came off in a recent storm. Waiting for back-ordered skylight shades to be installed soon. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Augustine Roofing! Everyone from the project manager Johnny Locke, to the team lead Raul, to every single one of the workers was an absolute delight to work with. The team worked so hard and so efficiently. They cleaned up at the end of each evening, and when the whole project was complete, they put our deck furniture back in their original spots! What an attention to detail. What struck us also was that Johnny thanked us for our patience each time he visited the site. There was nothing to be patient about! They were incredible. We love our new roof! I got two other estimates before deciding on Augustine. There was never any hard sales pressure like the previous estimators. There prices were competitive. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the entire work staff. I had roof, gutters and siding intalled and it was smooth sailing throughout the entire process. Augustine Roofing did a great job on our roof and gutters. They were clear and straightforward with quotes, never tried to upsell us, and were responsive and helpful with lots of questions. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently and were careful to clean up well at the end. We had a couple of miscommunications (i.e. confusion on whether we were getting gutter screens or not) and Augustine immediately corrected the mistake and covered the costs without hesitation, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a very positive experience with Augustine Roofing and would highly recommend them.
