We began our renovation/two story addition (~1400sf) with Ryan and his team in February 2020, and completed it in October 2020. Needless to say we hit some interesting challenges with the pandemic causing closures, supply chain issues, etc., but Ryan and his team managed to stay completely on track and we completed on time and on budget! Ryan and Scott were both very responsive, answering our questions, making changes as we moved along, and addressing any concerns we had. We made several changes along the way (including re-doing the entire kitchen at the last minute!) which they accommodated easily. Ryan was intent on making sure that when we were done, our house had a cohesive flow/look, so it didn't look like we just tacked an addition on the back. This included a substantial amount of work in the original part of the home, including electrical, paint, and cutting through existing walls. We have received several compliments from our neighbors on how pretty the house looks, and in particular that it all flows without needing to paint our brick (which we really did not want to do, to maintain the original look of the home). I would recommend this team to anyone!

We used Enhanced to finish our basement, this included creating a bedroom, full bath, and rec room in a previous open unfinished space. We had previously (7 years ago) had a major renovation done to our house, minus the basement, and having that experience definitely made us appreciate the ease of working with Ryan and his team. They were on schedule and budget and worked on the days they told us they would be at our house. We had a couple changes come up, and he was clear about costs and options. He also did not add an overhead fee to some of the changes that came from subs. Subcontractors were good, especially HVAC, which was able to make some fixes to the previous installation (this was extra but agreed upon in advance). Communication was great and when I saw something that needed to get adjusted or fixed they did it without any hassling, which I can say from experience is often not the case. Tile work in the bathroom is amazing. They also did built-ins for us with cabinets and bookshelves. Prices were in the mid-range for the project and we spoke to several contractors. Having done a major house addition/renovation with a different contractor, and now a basement with Enhanced, I can strongly recommend them. There are always things that come up when you do a major project to your home that cause frustrations, but Ryan and his team were good communicators and tried to make sure we were happy throughout the process. And also probably worth saying that he didn't ask for draw payments until he was through major chunks of the project, so I really felt like they were showing us the work before asking for payment.

Working with ERR was a great overall experience! Prior to selecting Enhanced, we conducted our research, interviewed other builders and when we met Ryan and Selma and they explained the entire process – they were not pushy or salesy, plus local and family owned. Ryan was also extremely transparent and allowed us to tour his various projects in various stages that would be similar to our project. We really liked what we saw and decided to go with ERR. To be completely honest, the entire process was not 100% perfect, however it is how ERR responded when we had questions, issues or changes that set them apart from what we’ve heard from other companies. The office (Selma) was extremely responsive and our project manager (Scott Workman) was always available at the house for a walkthrough and to explain things. When needed Ryan (owner) was also available to meet in person at the office or on-site and everyone was very quick to respond via phone, email or text. With our project being a major renovation, Ryan was right on budget with the allowances (which was amazing) and very accommodating with changes (within reason) that we decided to make along the way. It was evident he really cared that we were getting what we wanted and would be content with the final outcome. As mentioned, if something on the plans changed slightly (by our choice or because in construction, things inevitably pop up), he was mindful of our budget and was very fair, which is all we could ask for.
Overall, it has been a little over a year since we settled back in and could not be happier, especially having everyone at home (work and school) – a full house, amidst the pandemic. Thanks again to the entire ERR team for the excellent work and customer service on the project!

I hired Enhanced RR to help me renovate a run-down row house in North Arlington that I purchased in August. I am extremely pleased with the finished product I recieved as well as how smooth the process was.

I had originally only planned on renovating my main level after receiving a few quotes from contractors, but after meeting with Ryan at Enhanced, his quote was more competitive and he talked me through the benefits of getting all the work done at one time and I ended up re-doing the entire basement as well as adding an additional bath. Ryan was also very straight forward with me and on multiple occasions referred me to additional specialty subcontractors (fencing, landscaping and concrete) without upcharging.

The communication throughout the process was great, i always knew where we were at throughout the process and what decisions he needed from me well before I needed to make them. His crew was always extremely polite when I visited the job site and always kept the place tidy.

Overall, doing my entire main level and entire basement took about 2 months. I could have probably had it done quicker, but I was out of town during the project for a few weeks and held his crew up on some decisions.

The quality of work, ease of communication and competitive price are all 5 stars in my book. I will be calling Ryan again for my next project.

We purchased a new home built by Enhanced in Summer 2020. This was our first new home purchase, so not a lot of experience with the process. While it was not 100% seamless, Ryan and his team were 100% professional and responsive along the way and addressed every concern we had promptly. Now six months in to living here, Ryan sends his folks over for little fixes we find without question. He's true to the terms of the builder warranty, and it's clear he aims for us to have a home we love. We also contracted with Enhanced to add decking and a pergola to the original build shortly after we moved in. The price was in line with other quotes and the work was done well, with a friendly crew.

While the house was beautifully built, I'd really emphasize the customer service as the main value-add in dealing with Enhanced. We have other friends who've had less stellar experiences with their new home builders, and the fact that we can continue to count on the workmanship warranty throughout the first year of ownership provides us a huge amount of comfort in our purchase. If we had additional home enhancement projects, we'd go back to Ryan and the team at Enhanced before approaching anyone else.

These guys are solid all the way around. Todd came out and did an inspection of my roof, and instead of trying to sell me all kinds of unnecessary services, was honest in his evaluation and told me it would be a waste of money to do anything at this time. Peace of mind from an honest company is hard to beat.

We hired Enhanced Roofing to fix a 120 sq. ft. flat porch roof that had been leaking a bit. They ended up removing and replacing it entirely for a total of $4,221. They did all that work while we were away. But, when we came back, we were shocked by what we saw: the sole existing downspout had been left entirely disconnected (see Picture) and was not replaced by any water-collection device. What came next was worse: even in light rain, the water was pooling in the center of the new roof (see picture). In heavier rain, it was pooling almost everywhere and then dripping all over the edges.

We called them about it. A Mr. Ford showed up and started explaining that water pooling was normal and that we had a 10-year warranty in any case (it is actually 5 years). We pointed out that a “flat roof” should have a slope. The minimum according to standard code is 2%. Obviously, there is no such slope in the roof they rebuilt. However, there was a slope in the original roof that drained all the water to the existing downspout. And we had never experienced the kind of water pooling that we now see.

We discussed with Mr. Ford various remedies such as re-establishing the slope, adding gutters and connecting them to the existing downspout. Mr. Ford later sent us an email expressing clearly that we would have to pay for all of that fixing. He claimed that Enhanced Roofing had done the job completely right. He wrote (I quote): “We install the Certainteed Flintlastic low slopped roofing system which has been installed per manufactures specifications.”

We then looked on the CertainTeed website for the Flintlastic installation Manual. It says on p.10: “The roof surface that is to receive the roof membrane shall have slope to water collection devices. (…) Model building codes and good roofing practice have established a minimum slope for roofs at 1/4":12 running inches. (…) All roof areas shall be designed and installed to drain without holding water on the roof surface.”

We wrote back to Mr. Ford: “Your installation does not meet the above standards by any stretch of imagination. There is no significant slope, there is no water collection device, and there is plenty of water holding on the roof surface even with light (not heavy) rain.” He never responded to that.

Dishonesty in the face of indisputable evidence is one of the worst behaviors any business can exhibit. Enhanced Roofing has set a new record for that in my personal experience.

UPDATE: After I posted the above review on Yelp and Google, Mr. Ford finally called, admitting that their work was flawed and offering to fix it at no charge. In order to avoid further issues from developing, I requested a clear and complete description of the fixing work illustrated by a diagram. The proposal I got, about a week later, was unclear about the proposed installation (see picture).

Out of frustration, I wrote Mr. Ford that he would have to do “a lot better than that.” But this was too much for the owner of Enhanced Roofing, a Mr. Ryan Fubini, who wrote back to me that my emails were unacceptable. He added (I quote): “We will not be communicating with you further. The roof is not leaking, we rebuilt and repaired your dilapidated roof as well as all of the framing below. There is nominal amounts of standing water which is acceptable.”

Although the roof is not technically leaking, the effect of their incorrect installation is essentially the same: rainwater is dripping all over the edges and ends up inside our porch in large amounts. Moreover, Mr. Fubini forgets to define what amount of standing water can be considered “nominal” and therefore “acceptable,” and by whom. Indeed, city code and the FlintLastic installation manual require a minimum slope for a good reason: to avoid standing water.

The simple truth is that Enhanced Roofing did not fulfill their contract on that essential part and are refusing to come clean. They have just beaten their own record of dishonesty.

They showed up on time, and were very professional. I have used other roofers before and had bad experiences, but these guys were the best!

Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling resided, reroofed, re-screened and replaced 1 skylight in summer of 2017 at a property I represented in Arlington. I requested bids from 3 exterior contractors, Pond Roofing, American Energy Masters and Enhanced Roofing. Bob Timbers, principal of American Energy Masters, didn’t even show up to estimate. The kicker is I have used AEM in the past making a couple bump-outs at a property in Vienna for me that was $21,896.00. I made 2 follow-up calls to Bob getting voice mail and leaving messages for him. I stopped chasing him after the second call.

Enhanced proposal accepted was $6834.50 for the scope of work. Pond Roofing proposal for identical work was $20,323.00. I cannot image what Pond was going to do making their performance worth more than 3 times ER’s job. Shanti Smith was the Pond sales rep I worked with. Over the years I have had Pond do roofing on properties I represent.

ER sales rep, Scott Seaman, was knowledgeable, straightforward and easy to work with. His proposal was word processed, easy to read and understand. Paperwork was precisely as we discussed in conversation. Though Scott was unable to expedite final clean-up at completion of work. The office staff was not helpful in that effort either. I withheld final payment until clean-up was accomplished every 3 or 4 days sent the office manager date and time stamped photos documenting the status. During that period of time Scott Seaman left the company.

The office was not easy to work with. ER office manager could not understand that my company’s property management agreement was specific power of attorney giving me authority to enter into contracts for the property. My client, homeowner, was working in Brussels at the time. I used my DocuSign app to get her signature. DocuSign app in my experience, is buggy and not that easy to use in 2017 and isn’t much better today.

In short I am happy with ER work and pricing, disappointed in their office. Oh yeah, also after final clean-up and payment a couple of screens blew off windows and I discovered screens were only held in place by friction. ER did not install pins in the frames. You guessed it, after being paid ER was not interested in correcting that problem. i call their type of business model churn and burn.

I know one thing for sure, I would not have made it through this process without the help and support from Ryan He answered every question, explained every step. And was helpful in every way. It didn't matter how many times I called him, he always returned my call or sent me a text with the answers. I would highly recommend Ryan for your Remodeling needs we started with just the kitchen and with his help and planning we ended up remodeling the whole first floor! he will definitely work with you. Give him a call, him and his team will go above and beyond!

Called them on Wednesday AM for a balcony leak that was causing damage to my lower neighbors unit. Had someone come out to evaluate same day. David C. was so knowledgeable, kind and professional! He estimator got the quote back to me same day and came out himself to make sure I could get the repair done before rain came over the weekend. I was asking for a lot and they delivered on it all! Big fan.

the guys and gal that did my roof and interior ceiling were all fantastic. they did a really good job, and were super nice people to boot. Steve and Julio were great project managers and made sure I was kept up to date on progress. They also went above and beyond working w/ my insurance company to make sure I got the most amount of work covered as possible.

Enhanced replaced our roof & 4 skylights last week and we are very pleased with the end result. Dave came out and gave us an estimate within two days of calling. The estimate was the most competitive one we received (Each company used the same products, and same warranty). From the moment the contract was signed they scheduled us within 5 days and had the work completed within two. Any issue I raised to the field coordinator, Julio, were quickly remedied. The entire team made sure I was pleased with the end result. They even came back the following day to make sure everything was to my liking. The roof comes with a 10 year workmanship warranty and the shingles a lifetime warranty (50 years). I don't anticipate there being any future issues, but if there were I'll update this review with Enhanced's response (which I believe will be fantastic).

We were fortunate to have engaged Ryan and his team for our remodeling needs. I thought remodeling work in my home would be stressful, but this crew proved me wrong. They helped me quickly decide what I needed and then executed diligently and professionally. When they or I thought of minor tweaks in scope along the way, Enhanced RR was nimble and made it happen. And the end product was flawless.

Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling has been in my residence and completed work several times now. The office staff has always been friendly and quick and the Tradesmen have not only always done great work; but they were exceptionally respectful of the fact that they were working in my HOME... and I really appreciated that. Lastly, the big boss man Ryan is always in the loop and ready to intervene if there are any problems... although there never seems to be any problems that his team can't get resolved before that is even needed.

I just want to say THANK YOU to Ryan and his team. I trusted them with my Great-Grandmother's home of over 40 years to do a complete remodel/renovation and they knocked it out of the park. The home is beautiful- way better than we could have ever imagined. The project was completed on schedule with very few "unexpected items". I recently hired Enhanced Roofing to do some minor repairs on my roof. Their price and responsiveness was so good compared to other contractors I had solicited that I included them when soliciting a larger deck repair/restoration job. They prepared a very detailed and competitively priced bid, so I hired them again. Their project manager, Julio Herrera, and his team were excellent. They were very attentive, responsive, responsible, punctual and efficient. If there was ever a delay (which were only weather-related or related to having to procure unexpected materials), Julio was great about informing me immediately, and the delays were very short and infrequent. I was so impressed with the deck work as I watched it progress that I also asked them at short notice to do some drywall patching that I needed after getting some electrical upgrades done in my house. Again, the price was competitive and the work easy to schedule and done very well and scrupulously. I plan on hiring Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling again for most of our remodeling needs. I still plan on bidding out larger jobs, but I feel pretty sure that they will beat out most on price, and I already know that the quality of their workmanships, ethics and project management is excellent, so I expect they’ll keep winning our business. I highly recommend them to anyone for indoor and outdoor contracting needs.

Following many stellar reviews, I chose to have Enhanced replace my roof in March 2017. The process was anything but smooth - after initial consult and booking, there was horrible communication with the office, contractor not showing up, needing to return three different times to complete all parts of the job over the course of a month, etc. the entire process was cumbersome and unprofessional. Now, 18 months later I notice a water mark on my ceiling and have Enhanced return to evaluate the situation. Though they admit that the roof hatch curb they rebuilt wasn’t built high enough to deter water, which is leaking into my attic, they refuse to remedy the situation and their initial shotty work. The 85 year old roof hatch and curb there previously had not given us any issues. We’ve had additional evaluations which have also indicated that the initial job appears about 75 percent complete compared to how it should be done. And two different mold specialist have estimated thousands of dollars worth of remediation, all based on the fact that Enganced didn’t properly construct the roof hatch. When we raised concerns, the owner himself sent us a dismissive email and has failed to respond to repeated efforts to contact. We are incredibly frustrated and would warn against working with Enhanced.

I’ve used Enhanced Roofing twice for home repairs. Both times were excellent service. I will definitely use this company again.

Our roof was reaching the end of its life and started leaking. We got several estimates and chose Enhanced to complete the job which included new gutters. We could not be happier with the results. It's been raining quite a lot and the job manager contacted us to make sure we had no issues with the roof. Great job!

They replaced a cracked, aged, 40-year old skylight on the roof of my 2-story house. I was completely satisfied with their performance, every step along the way, everything from returning my initial call in a timely manner, showing up on time for the estimate and scheduled installation, selecting a good product, and doing a perfect job with the installation. They seemed completely knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional.
I waited to write this review until we experienced rain. Now after several days of heavy, I am happy to say that the new skylight is functioning perfectly. I am completely satisfied with their selection of the skylight and their installation.

Ryan Fubini and his company, Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling, did excellent work for us. Although it was technically a "remodel", in fact, it was basically building an entirely new house. Ryan and his superb staff were with us every step of the way, from the planning and design phase, working closely with Arlington County and the permit process, and then building a great house (with a new basement, triple the space we had in the old house), great finishing touches, all well within a pre-established timeline. The contract was easy to understand and he stuck to it, with no surprises. Ryan and his company are trustworthy and do great work of which they can be justifiably proud, at an excellent price. We highly recommend him and his company for projects large and small.

During the last storm, we had a nasty leak through our skylight. I called Enhanced Roofing over for a free quote. From the beginning, I had high expectation because they had great Google reviews, and they honestly did not disappoint.

These guys have figured it out. The stigma of the typical contractor is broken here! The communication was superb; I had my estimate back the same day! For the first time, I didn't have to chase down a contractor to get me a quote! Kudos to Steven for the prompt responses to all my questions, just amazing!

The office staff is excellent and kept me informed every step through my repair. The repair crew that came out was very professional and clean up thoroughly.

This review is from the basis of a neighbor of a project. We've had several rebuilds and remodeling projects in the neighborhood. Of those, Enhanced's has been the least neighbor friendly. The site has been left more unsightly than normal, no parking zones flagrantly ignored and driveways blocked. It took repeated requests to both the project manager and construction crews to improve things. Some subs were better than others.

Prompt communication with the owner in providing an estimate and scheduling service. Rates are very reasonable and fair, with a detail oriented crew doing the work. I have used this company repeatedly and will continue to do so, as I highly recommend them. Owner even came out to personally reclean a large two story window, as I am extremely particular. The company did patio, deck, and home power washing as well as window cleaning. Excellent job!

Enhanced Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I wish I had chosen them from the get go as I had to have them come fix a mistake another company made. I would hands down choose Enhanced Roofing for a future roofing or remodel project. They deserve their 5 stars. Used to repair flashing around skylights after unexpected leak from a house we recently bought. Great job, honest and a reasonable price. Came back to repair after another incident and covered under warranty. Expect to use on gutter work.

We had a skylight replaced and some chimney work done by this company. They were prompt, did a great job on both projects as well as cleaning up! Would definitely use them again for a project.

Unbeknownst to me i bought a house with several leaks in the spanish tile roof and the company that originally put on the roof went out of business. I got quotes to fix the problem from deal people and Enhanced was the most reasonable, plus they offered a 1 year warranty. When the repair ended up being much more extensive than anticipated, they offered excellent customer service coming out and repairing the roof every time i heard the leak without complaint. They even coordinated a quick replacement of bad stucco around the chimney that was contributing to the leak. The leak has not returned, despite the derecho and flood warnings of the past week. I highly recommend this company due to the quality of the work, the customer service, and the excellent attitudes of the employees. I will be using them again for future roof issues and home remodels.

Roofer was knowledgeable; he wasn't sure he knew the cause of the leak but his solution was logical and reasonable; work was done quickly; price was fair. Highly recommend.

Enhanced originally did a very poor job of patching my roof. However, when I contacted them nearly a year later, Kristin came out and was super customer focused correcting their work. They completely repaired any old and new damage and did it a very professional manner. I believe the failed installation was the result of one worker and the company stood by their work even after the warranty period expired. Would use again...

Had a great experience with Enhanced Roofing and Remolding, I just bought a new house and the roof needed to be replaced immediately after purchase. I talked to Enhanced they understood the time table I was working with before my move-in date and they were able to work with my tight schedule to get the project done. Their price also beat all the other Contractors I talked to, I was very pleasantly surprised.

It took 2 days to remove and replace the roof which which looks fantastic. I came over early the 1st day to check-in on the project and I could tell they were their very early and already starting the demo of the old roof which can get a bit messy taking everything apart. But when I returned at the end of the 2nd day the project was complete and the roof was in-place and the yard looked great like nothing happened (they even did a great job with cleaning up the job site, which was much appreciated).

It has been 5 weeks since we moved into our new house and we have been through all the rain this past January and February and no issues with the roof. We are very happy with Enhanced Roofing.

We hired Enhanced to replace the siding on our Craftsman home, replace all existing windows and install several new windows as part of a renovation. Ryan and team were terrific partners throughout the process. They were collaborative and professional when coordinating with other contractors working on the house. Their customer service was outstanding, always quick to respond to any questions before, during and after the project. We evaluated other vendors before hiring Enhanced. Enhanced was a no-brainer based on their client service attitude and reasonable pricing. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Enhanced for this type of work or any of the many other services they provide.

Very responsive, prompt, honest, and quality work. From start to finish was a very smooth process. The individual who actually performed our fireplace and hearth retiling, Fernando, was fantastic. He was prompt and clearly detailed oriented with his work. The price was reasonable and less than other estimates I received. Would highly recommend.

Owner, Ryan Fubini is very hands on from the beginning to the end of the project. He always tries to get you the best deal on appliances, fixtures etc. He gives you suggestions and recommendations, but the decision is yours. He takes pride in getting the job done on time and as close to on-budget as possible

They replaced our roof in 2019, when they were doing business as Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling. That work carried a five-year warranty. I called them in 2022 to do some repair to the work. The person who answered the phone explained that the previous company was no longer in business, so the owner would need to call me back. I called the business four additional times over the next week and a half, with no call back.

If you do business with them, please don't take into account the length of their warranty, as they seem to have no problem changing names (but still citing positive reviews from the earlier business) and failing to even call back to explain whether they'll honor their warranty.

Our journey to build our new home was one of great fortune. At first, we went down a road that ended up as a dead end and left us frustrated and disappointed. After some researching and reaching out, we ended up meeting Ryan and the rest of his Enhanced crew on a whim. Right off the bat, he completely changed our mind about the entire process. We knew that we met a builder that was honest, straight forward, and understanding to our wishes for our new house. The entire process was near seamless from start to finish. As with any build, there are hitches in the process, and without a beat, Ryan and his crew gave us different options that obtained what we were looking for and kept us on budget. In the end, he and his crew delivered a beautiful house that we absolutely love every time we walk through the doors. I cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and Enhanced Roofing!

We hired enhanced roofing to fix a cracked floor joist. They responded quickly to our request, provided a quick estimate, were easy to get scheduled, and we were happy with their work.

We used Enhanced to pop the top and move back with our 1950s era N Arlington home 3 years ago, and we have been very happy since our remodel completed. Enhanced knocked it out in 4 months, and unbeknownst to them, we had a family friend who is a builder in DE spot check once we were framed in and he said we were getting a solid structure and our money's worth - "good bones" which was most important to us. The reason we chose Enhanced after speaking with other companies was the willingness for them to work with us on a budget. Without that we would have been stuck waiting years for our home and we needed the space with our expanding family. Looking forward to using them again after the kiddos tear up this one. :)

As another reviewer mentioned, I feel fortunate to have discovered this company. I guess sometimes the internet can be a positive thing, because I just stumbled upon Enhanced when I needed some exterior trim repair work and painting done. Scott Seaman was a pleasure to work with, as was everyone else I dealt with. What can I say other than they do a great job at a reasonable price...and think about how often THAT phrase is used when discussing contractors in Northern VA. I think they hire (and attract) a higher quality worker, because all the people they sent were top-notch, and they all talked about how good it was working for Enhanced. Bottom line is that Enhanced will from now on be the first call I make for home repairs, and the one I recommend to friends and neighbors. Seriously impressed.

Excellent and timely work. Tim, Chris and team were great to work with in putting a replacement roof on our home.

Hired them to do a low-slope roof and half my shed roof as both were old and leaking. Work was done in a timely manner and with minimal disruption. Knocked off a star since I had to review the work order myself with the fellows who did it after noting that one of the mentioned items had been skipped over (removal of an old part of the roof). They also weren't clear beforehand that the shed and not the house was the target of the reshingling. That said, if you don't review work orders with your contractors on the day of and check the work carefully during and after, then you have probably never used contractors before.

Regardless, the work was completed and was good (and the price was reasonable) and the followup visit included a second visit to make sure i was satisfied (there were some tricky areas I wanted checked twice). We've had two storms since and no leaks or moisture.

My wife and I recently had three skylights repaired after one began to leak several weeks ago in a house we purchased last fall. We were referred to Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling by another roofer who did not repair flat roofs. Mike Livingston came out within about an hour of my call, and during a rain shower climbed up and quickly assessed the problem. I received a reasonable quote that evening, and they were very professional by including a copy of their license and insurance information with the quote. We were very pleased with the work of Kyle Dimento in reinstalling flashing around all the skylights which unfortunately was improperly installed by contractors employed by the prior owner. We have had no problems during the rain over the past few days. We would certainly recommend based on this experience.

I used Enhanced roofing because I needed to get my soffit and roof replaced. The quality of the work and the price I paid were both good, but I'm leaving one star off my review because it was a bit of a hassle getting everything scheduled. Tim came out the same day to take an initial look at the roof, but once I decided to proceed with the project I had to follow up with the office several times before I could get the project scheduled Once the project was actually scheduled, they were unable to finish in one day and despite several promises that they would finish it the next day (and then the following day and so forth) it took awhile for the project to get wrapped up because they were prioritizing working on other projects.

We had a leak in our upstairs toilet due to some bad tile work by the previous owners and needed to have our bathroom floors re-done to make everything right. Ryan was excellent in providing an accurate, reasonable quote which included some additional work we would have had to source elsewhere (re-framing a door, and some extensive dry-wall repair).
Even with a hiccup from the tile order, Ryan's team came on time, worked hard, and most importantly the quality of the work is great. We even asked them to fix a minor item in our other bathroom which turned out to be a larger issue. No problem, the guys fixed it all while keeping on the original timeline.
I'd highly recommend Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling - these guys will be the first call we make for future work.

Tim from Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling came out and he was super professional. We had a leak in our house and he used an infrared scanning tool to diagnose the leak quickly and effectively; other contractors came out and could not even find the source of the leak. Scheduling the work was painless and required minimal effort on my part by working with my schedule. The work was done using high quality materials and a skilled laborer. I would recommend Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling to my friends and family and would have them do future roofing work [ just hopefully not too soon ;) ]

We are really pleased with how the project turned out. While somewhat small on the scale of home remodeling, there was a myriad of different types of requests, each they handled without a problem. Not only did they complete all the requests, but they threw in some extra work for us that we didn't ask for, but really appreciate. Enhanced Roof and Remodeling was very responsive is setting up an initial estimate and took the time to look at my issue along with whatever else they observed. Provided a fair estimate and it was a pretty quick turnaround for the repairs. The work performed was quick and with quality.

Ryan and his team were a pleasure to work with. His staff were cognizant of my work space, cleaned up daily, and arrived on time. Ryan employed great communication throughout the process, and worked to meet all my needs, start to finish. The work was top notch - put in intricate backsplash in my kitchen, and did full remodels of both bathrooms - tile, plumbing, electric, glass showers and painting. Again, great work and experience.

Highly recommended! We had a leak between our roof and the chimney. Tim found the problem and wrote up an estimate which we found to be very reasonable. They returned a few days later and did a great job with the repairs. 5 stars!

Our home was built by Enhanced in 2013 and we could not be more happy with our purchase. The house was solidly built with beautiful fixtures and touches. It's a very open space concept with lots of light. Enhanced was very flexible in making adjustments before we moved in and was available to make small fixes once the house fully settled. I would highly recommend Enhanced as a company that is reliable and easy to work with

Overall, very good results working with Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling and I would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

The project itself consisted of roof shingle replacement, attic fan and ventilation system installation, and some odds and ends with window and door trim replacement. Wooden door and window trim were decaying and I wanted them replaced with wood wrapped in sheet metal of similar color to the existing. The Enhanced estimate was somewhat in the middle when compared to the other contractors. I received 2 higher estimates and 1 lower estimate from other contractors. The good company reviews combined with the average price is why I chose to work with this company.

The project itself took a little longer than I expected as there were several initial communication issues and delays, however, it was in fact completed successfully and to my satisfaction.

The shingles were replaced in just several hours. Window trim was replaced a few weeks later, however, during my inspection I found two of them to be dented. I raised the concern to the business manager and in return they remedied the issue by replacing both them. It was surprising but also refreshing to see how the company responded whenever an issue was encountered. Although a few kinks were encountered during this project (just as you would expect with any project I suppose), it was the company’s response to each of them why I gave a 5-star review. Communication improved through the project and the customer service team reached out to me a few times throughout project to ensure my expectations were met.

It's too bad that the rating system only goes up to five stars - these guys deserve at least a six. As a former contractor myself, I was impressed by their knowledge and responsiveness. I'd recommend them for any job you need- from fixing a sink to building your whole house!

I chose Enhanced for a kitchen remodel based on a recommendation and couldn't be happier with the results. Ryan and his team did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Ryan and his subcontractors did superb work on our FR fireplace remodel. It was a complicated project requiring removal of the existing fireplace and cabinetry and reconstruction of the wall and pop-out to allow for the install of a new, very modern and efficient fireplace with a stone mantle above it and tile surrounding it. Ryan worked with us to meet the stringent fireplace specs while still allowing our new TV to sit just a couple inches above the mantle and not too high up from the floor to be comfortable viewing. All of the subcontractors for the project were very professional and courteous, and cleaned up the area at the end of every day. Ryan also had his crews of carpenters, electricians and painters reconfigure and add wider access doors to a top floor closet that made a world of difference in usability of the space.

We hired Enhanced for our home renovation project. Ryan Fubini and his crew remodeled parts of our house and built a two story addition. On the main level, we did a complete remodel of the kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and main hallway. The result was a much more open modern space, including all new cabinets, appliances, and windows. On the second level, we added a walk-in closet and renovated two bathrooms. We also had Enhanced replace all of our windows, siding and roof.

From start to finish, Ryan was great to work with. He has excellent vision and worked with us every step of the way, listening to us and offering suggestions. Ryan kept costs down and did everything he could to ensure that we got the best deals on everything from new windows, siding, front door, roofing, kitchen cabinets, vanities, etc. He has a great group of employees and subcontractors working with him, who are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and skilled. Again, like Ryan, everyone made it their priority to make us happy.

Our renovation is beautiful and while our overall house footprint did not change too much, our house looks brand new and updated. From the stained floors to the new kitchen to the fresh colors inside and out, we definitely feel like we are living in a new home.

I highly recommend Ryan and Enhanced whether you have new roofing, siding, and window needs or a much bigger project. You won't find a nicer more reliable and responsive company. We had Ryan on speed dial and he has from the start been responsive to all of our requests and very quick to respond to our questions and to take care of anything we needed.
