I used Armor Roofing and they were able to come out and fix the small damage I had for a very reasonable price.
The salesman was very professional and caring of my Mothers needs.
Russ Bradshear and his crew made the ordeal as painless as possible.
Very Professional from the first time that I met Ryan through the installation process.
Cody and the Armor crew were punctual and professional.

What Users Like The Least

They want to charge $500 to replace 3 shingles.
I called and left a message with someone, and was told someone would call me back. Two days later still haven’t heard from anyone.
Would not recommend these guys simply because they do shoddy work.
No one showed no one called.
Quality control is definitely not a priority.

They seemed to do a great installation of the roof shingles. But after a storm they want to charge $500 to replace 3 shingles. I will follow up on this if they respond.
The Tech only made one trip for he brought the shingles with him for another job as well. And he stated the pack of shingles cost $50 so the labor is $450? for one trip and will be using the same pack for another job in the same neighborhood.
Another roofer just quoted me $200 for the same job and will replace more shingles if needed.

I had some small damage from a wind storm a couple of weeks ago. I used Armor Roofing and they were able to come out and fix the small damage I had for a very reasonable price. Very happy the work they did!

This company did my roof about 11th yrs ago, and thought I would use them again for the damage to my roof I got from the wind storm a few weeks ago. I called and left a message with someone, and was told someone would call me back. Two days later still haven’t heard from anyone so, I call back and I was told that someone would call me back. I got a call from someone (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) and we set a date for today March 21, 2023 at noon. I made him aware that I work night shift so, I would be waiting for him to call to let me know he was on his way. Needless to say, he never called or showed up. Now, I’m up at 2:40p not able to go back to sleep because I thought I was getting an estimate of my roof and I have to be to work at 6p and work 12hrs. I think that it was very inconsiderate to not give me a call to let me know that he was not coming. It seems as if they need a different appointment system.

Would not recommend these guys simply because they do shoddy work. Used them for an insurance claim more than 5 years ago and the crew obviously were in a big hurry to get the job done. One year into the replacement I had a leak. Had a problem with the decking because it was not installed properly. Just in the last month I discovered yet another problem with the decking causing another leak. Quality control is definitely not a priority.

Called and scheduled appt to have someone come out to do inspection on a day I was off which seemed like a seamless process. Day of, no one showed no one called. Just don’t advertise for services that may not be big enough job for you. Call your customers let them know no one is coming.

Armor Roofing replaced my Mother's roof in 2013. The salesman was very professional and caring of my Mothers needs. The management team, office staff and crew were all very helpful and professional . I would highly recommend Armor Roofing.

Getting a new roof is like a giant root canal. Russ Bradshear and his crew made the ordeal as painless as possible. If it weren't for their professionalism and going the extra mile I wouldn't bother to send in this rating.

Very Professional from the first time that I met Ryan through the installation process. He explained everything to me and was actually there when my insurance adjuster came. I would recommend Armor Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof or if you just need your roof inspected to see if you have damage.

Cody and the Armor crew were punctual and professional. They gave me an honest evaluation and worked with my insurance company to put a new roof on our home. My time away from work was minimal which is very important to me. The quality of the work was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work on their roof.
