Arkansas River Valley Roofing - Conway, AR

I had a great experience with Arkansas River Valley Roofing. They were super quick and efficient, getting me a quote in just a few days and starting the roof work soon after.

Chris, the project manager, was great at addressing my concerns and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Also both Chris and the owner showed up on-site multiple times, which made me feel like they really cared about the quality of their work.

Also the crew was extremely professional and did an awesome job. From tearing off the old roof to shingling and cleaning up, everything was top-notch. My new roof couldn’t look better.

I would highly recommend.

Chris did a great job of explaining everything that was to be done. Upgraded to architecture shingles and it looks great. Took care of all our needs and questions. Team was in and out in one day. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

I got quotes from several roofing companies. These guys were the first quote I got and ultimately who I went with for my roofing job. They came recommended from a family member that used their services.

In the end, the roofing job appears to be quality work and they left my property clean.

There were a couple of issues along the way though. Mostly around communication as the crew didn’t show up on the promised day and I didn’t know they wouldn’t be there until well into the install day. This may not have been that big of a deal except that work schedules were planned around this job so it was a wasted day. There were some other small communication issues along the way.

Then I learned that the roofing crew accidentally damaged my ac unit. But I talked to the project manager on Saturday evening and they assured me it would get fixed. They had an hvac guy out Sunday evening and he fixed the issue within a couple of hours. This impressed me.

Now the roof job is done, looks great and all is well. I would recommend their services and in fact I will likely hire them again for another roofing job coming up soon.
