Garrett and the entire team at HD have been absolutely fantastic! From the moment I requested an estimate, Garrett responded right away and even came out multiple times to temporarily cover my roof while I waited on insurance. When the adjuster arrived, Garrett coordinated directly with them and ultimately helped secure a full roof replacement. The new roof looks incredible, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Communication throughout was top-notch—this team truly goes above and beyond!

I would have to say that by far this was the best decision I made by going with these guys. Luke was pretty amazing. He provided all the information we needed for this job to be completed. He was on point with any need to know information. The communication was always there from the start not to mention in only a week we got our new roof put on. That was by far the fastest that any other company told us. These guys are well deserving of all 5 stars.

Randy was always available to call and communicate. Called them on Wednesday and got a quote the same day. Then, I had the missing shingles fixed on Thursday before the rain on Friday. They got the job done fast and efficiently, they were very polite and professional. Great service for a great company!

I wanted to give a glowing review to HD roofing. They did a new roof for us last year on our new house and when all the high winds hit us on the 18th and 19th of this month, our roof still had every single shingle still on! Luke Hendrixson came out to look at my roof. I needed an honest opinion if I actually had sleet damage or not. I was also concerned my roof was very old and what kind of condition it was in. Luke took quite a few pictures and spent a lot of time inspecting everything on my roof. He did find some things that needed to be repaired and was very honest about any sleet damage/age damage. He is going to send me a few different types of estimates that I will review.
Luke was very pleasant, clear in what he was telling me and answered all my questions. I felt he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.

HD Roofing was phenomenal during our battle with our insurance company to pay for our roof. Luke and his team went above and beyond, coming back again and again to take photos for proof to give to the insurance company as they kept denying our claim. Luke was responsive to each and every text over our 4-month insurance battle. I would recommend him and HD Roofing to anyone looking for a solid roofer in Conway. Our roof looks great!

Sam is the best project coordinator of all time. He met with me to talk to me about my roof needs and was there no matter what time of day it was, texts or phone calls. He coordinated with me and my insurance company and dealt with all my frustrations. Thank you, Sam, for all your hard work on this project! I love my new roof!

Great experience - def 5 stars!! ! I filled out a form online and got a call almost immediately from Sam McNabb to set up a time to come and inspect the roof. The next day I had a quote for review and then scheduled a date to start the new roof. The entire process took less than a week from start to finish. The roofing crew showed up early and I couldn’t even tell they had been there when they were finished -they cleaned up everything and left the yard just as it was when they arrived! Sam did a great job keeping me informed on each step in the process, answered all my questions promptly and was so easy to work with - as was Amber and the office staff. I would definitely recommend Sam and HD Roofing.

HD roofing came to the rescue when another roofing company did a horrible job to only remove it and leave along with our money on a new build. The worst mistake was not using HD first!! Luke came to my front door and within a few words I knew he was a go-getter. I had no plan for a new roof but something in me said to let him inspect the roof anyhow. our church roof has leaked in two rooms for over 20 years. we have had several other companies to fix it but it never lasted. we talked to several other companies about replacing just that portion of the roof, but they all wanted to replace the entire roof which was our of our budget.
