Apex Roofing did a great job with our roof installation. From the start, Carlos was very helpful and very professional. He walked us through the whole process with our insurance, and came back to make sure we were happy. The roofers were fast and did everything to make sure no debris were left behind.

This business was great to work with for installation of my new roof and I absolutely recommend. I have only pros to talk about below.
Pros:
1. Very responsive through email with free quotes, questions, and even sent me a packet in the mail with samples of shingles and colors. Gave me quotes for varying warranty timeframes, which provided a range of prices and was able to accommodate the long wait with getting approval from my HOA.
2. prices are very reasonable.
3. delivered shingles to the roof the day before delivery. did not block garage access for my car, which was a huge plus! Even sent me a reminder email the day before, so that I would remember.
4. Finished roof in one day. Cleaned up VERY well. Even removed existing leaves from my property and laid a tarp down over my deck. Left no mess. Even warned my neighbors that there would be noise for that day.
5. provided many before/after pics to include drone pics.
6. owner was very professional and onsite the entire time during installation.
7. roof warranty was promptly provided after installation of roof.

They were very professional and quickly responded to a number of questions related to our homeowners insurance. Our 20+ year-old roof was damaged in a storm in October 2022, leading to water damage in our master bedroom. Our skylight was also damaged. Once we had our solar panels de-installed, Apex came and installed a new roof with HOA-approved shingles and a new skylight in one day. They also replaced rotted wood on the front of our house with PVC painted to match the HOA-approved color. The Apex crew was professional and cleaned afterwards, and our representative Tom Bahrami followed up to inspect the final results. We are impressed by both the Owens Corning 20-year warranty on the shingles, and by Apex's 10-year warranty on their work. Overall we are very satisfied with our repairs, and we recommend Apex highly for your home roofing and construction needs.

This review is long overdue. My roof needed replacement as it was over 20 years old. I contacted Tom and he responded right away. He explained the process to me and put my mind at ease. He is very attentive and caring for his clients, which means a lot to me. He was very flexible with my schedule as I had unexpected issues come up that delayed my roof replacement, but once scheduled, his team arrived on time and got the job done in one day. I cannot recommend Tom and his team enough for any roof replacement or repairs.

I have been in construction for 40 years and I am not easily impressed. The entire crew was awesome from prep work, demo, installation and most of all clean up. When they were finished you would never know they were here besides our beautiful new roof and gutters. The customer service was 5 star as well, something that is missing with a lot of companies. We asked for a free inspection as a result of some water damage to trim and underlying wood over one of our garage doors. Tom walked the whole roof, touched up some caulking, and concluded the leakage was not a result of a leaky roof, so no roof repair or replacement was required. What a great experience! I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to others.

A massive tree 100+ year old tree fell on my house during a storm and split the top floor in half! :( Other companies came and gave jacked up prices and said they couldn't start for several weeks to months. Working with Apex was a very easy process. I was provided an estimate very quickly via email. The owner intentionally told me that he would not pressure me into signing a contract while the other roofing companies gave me an entire pitch and then pressured me to sign. They really made this process easy and the roof looks terrific. Even the insurance agent couldn't believe how quickly they finished the work. I am extremely pleased!

I received 4 quotes from different Roofing companies and Apex offered the best value. Upon signing the contract the job was schedule quickly. During work they placed a tarp down to protect my landscaping from any damage. I am very pleased by their professionalism.

Probably the best experience for me. I was super stressful regarding my roof. I had never had to renew my roof so this was a first time experience for me. I had a bad leak and needed someone to take a look. I had several roofing companies inspect to see what was the issue and this being a pricy decision I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the contractor I was talking too and made sure they were well experience and knowledgeable. Tom was great to work with, and he impressed us as trustworthy and professional throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule a couple times and work around bad weather, but Tom made that easy and was always very responsive to our questions and requests along the way. Tom was amazing from start to finish. I was initially just trying to get a quote to replace the roof out of pocket since our roof was a bit older, but when he inspected it he advised we did have storm related damage that the insurance might cover in part or in full. We filed the claim and our insurance ended up covering the full replacement of the roof we only had to pay our deductible out of pocket. Tom was friendly, easily accessible for questions, thorough, and honestly just provided top notch service that far exceeded my expectations. His team was on time, friendly, and cleaned up everything after they were done. It’s been about a week or so since the work was done and we have yet to stumble upon any nails or other roof materials. Apex team is very professional and we had excellent communication throughout. My house presented major challenges as it is surrounded by metal and boxwood natural fencing. There is a brick wall on the way too. On the day of the installation, they had to hand carry the materials from the parking lot to the roof because the delivery truck could not get close enough to my house. This effort added time to the job, I would estimate over an hour more but they did it in one day. I like their safety measures, they worked on my place just before the heavy winter weather started. I do recommend them; in fact, friends have had them work on their properties too.

I had a very nice experience dealing with this company. I really appreciate Tom for his time and efforts in dealing with the insurance company. I am writing this review almost three months after our roof replacement and so far we have not seen any issue with the new roof despite a few inclement weather events. Apex is amazing! We had part of our roof blow off on a Sunday afternoon and before the end of the day we got a call back to get a quote and they were over as soon as possible to review the damage and what our options were. We highly recommend this company.

Tom was the cheapest quote we received. His presentation was very thorough and there was no pressure. He explained everything and showed us the components he was going to use for our new roof. He encouraged us to get additional quotes to see how his prices compared. His supplier came out and staged all the materials the day before the installation. His crew came out and changed the roof the same day. At the end of the day they cleaned up and you couldn’t tell they were even there. Exceptional!!

Tom is professional, respectful, and honest. His crew is the same. When the crew left our house, they cleaned up every nail and shingle from the removal. It was like they were never here. I hear so many stories of roofing nails left in driveways and popped tires after a new roof goes on, but they truly spent time on trying to remove them all. That’s very appreciated! All in all, you get what you pay for.
