After the Hail storm and sterling so many contractors came by and we made the right decision going with UD. Throughout the process they communicated in detail of what to expect and when, and got my project fully funded by my insurance company. Anthony really went the extra mile to help us with insurance coverage and that’s the only we could have done it. The new roof shingles were architectural and so much nicer than the 3-tab shingles which were literally flying off. Jorge and the install crew did a great job, set up tarps to protect as they tore off the old shingles and then installed the new Tamko Titan XT architectural Rustic Black shingles in one-day. Did a great clean-up job and the new darker architectural roof shingles just makes the house look so much nicer! We highly recommend this roofer especially if you need help navigating the insurance challenges.

I can’t speak highly enough of United Developers and Levi who assisted us through the whole process of replacing our roof. Levi helped us each step of the way especially when working with a difficult insurance company but he never quit. The entire process was well explained to us from start to finish, and our roof looks AWESOME! The delivery of material was coordinated, a PM called us to make sure we had his contact information if any questions or concerns came up during the install, but it went flawlessly and smooth so I never had to contact him. I’m a busy individual with work and life but Levi always kept me up to date and made the process easy and effortless. You won’t regret working with United Developers and Levi!

Anthony was with me every step of the way - from before we went through the claims process together to after the roof was replaced. He is a true professional. United Developers recently changed our sidings. They did a fantastic job! We would not have been able to replace our sidings without Zach's (Zachary Myers) persistence in getting our insurance company to approve our claim. He worked hard to ensure our insurance company accepted our claim and reimbursed us properly. At one point, the company declined our claim, but Zach helped us challenge the decision and finally get it accepted. He worked closely with us, guiding us throughout the process.

The installation of new sidings was also a smooth process. Their crew came on time and their managers visited the site to make sure we everything is ok.

Anthony from United Developers was the 3rd roofer I had come out and give me an estimate for my roof, which was not in terrible condition, but I was getting solar installed and could not get the go-ahead from the solar company unless it was in top condition. Anthony gave me a quote that greatly upgraded my roof from the normal 3-tab shingle to a very nice architectural shingle rated for winds over 120 mph, hail resistant to over 1.5" hail, with a 30 year warranty (which I accepted) and he also worked directly with my insurance company to have them pay for the majority of the roof replacement since it did have wind damage from this past winter.
Anthony was able to get me scheduled within a few days and his crew arrived at 7:00 to start the install. They tore the old roof completely off installed the underlayment and ice shields down the valleys. No plywood had to be replaced (which was great) They installed the flashing and proceeded to finish the roof. The crew was completed by 2:00 pm the same afternoon. They cleaned up completely, hauled away all debris, and swept the yard several times to find stray nails.
I am absolutely thrilled with the new roof and the professionalism Anthony and the installation crew did. I have only found 1 stray nail since the install 2 months ago. I also had solar installed (which I purchased) and now have $0 electric bill.

We have a large high pitch roof, over 45 Square. United used high quality, high wind tolerant architectural shingles. All accessories including vent caps, exhaust vent fixtures and ridge vents were replaced; upgraded ice and water barrier to code; replaced all flashing with upgraded material. January 2024 - Actual roof replacement: got confirmation that they will be coming 01/11. Very fast

So happy after working with with Kaleb and United Developers! They were able to meet with our insurance adjuster and get a new full roof replacement approved after others had failed to do so. No more hail damage and beautiful new level 3 impact architectural shingles which will help lower our premium. Couldn't be happier!

United Developers just finished replacing our roof and also refinished the drywall in our family room that was damaged by the water leak from our old roof. Alex from United Developers assisted in the insurance claim process. Initially it was approved for repair only. After working through the process why this was not an option due to the availability of the old shingles and why repair can't be done successfully to the old roof we were able to get full replacement of the roof. Replacement of the roof was quickly scheduled for the week after approval. Work was completed in one day with minor work to finish and clean up the following day. Project manager Shawn was on site to ensure all the work is done correctly and paid special attention to my concern and took care of everything. Follow up with the drywall repair all completed in a very quick turnaround to prevent further damage to our house. We appreciate the excellent work done and the assistant provided on dealing with it insurance company. We are very happy with our new roof.

United Developers, Ran a seamless process from origination to closeout. Did what they said they would do - when they said they were going to do it.

From a chance meeting outside of our house a few short months ago to a four-part major home project we’d never even entertained the thought of having done, especially by a company we’d never heard of, we are now the proud owners of a 40-year-old single-family home that looks brand new inside and out and we couldn’t be happier.
Anthony Solis of United Developers Co. noticed hail damage on our property one day, and when I ran into him as I was leaving the house, he explained the process of dealing with our insurance company. Within two weeks, our contract with payment terms was prepared by Mr. M. Khan and presented to my wife and I. The materials and colors were selected with the first payment.
Insurance claim was smooth as promised by Anthony. Anthony met with claims adjuster at our property and our claim was accepted for full replacement of roof and siding. Check was received within a week for 75% of the job. The remainder was received shortly after the job was complete.
We asked United Developers chief financial officer, Mr. Shaw Dean, if the work could be completed by the Thanksgiving holidays. In one week, we had a new roof and new vinyl siding all supervised by project manager S Khan. The gutters were very old, so we had them replaced (not covered by insurance) including leaf guards and downspouts. When we asked about the possibility of painting the main level inside, a paint team was recommended to patch and paint the level that included vaulted ceilings, walls and baseboards. They finished a flawless job in two days.
Everything was done with ultimate professionalism by friendly and professional work teams. The best part was the siding installed on our back deck and pergola. The foreman was an artist. The siding around the pergola connections to the house was done seamlessly and beautifully.
Mr. Dean checked in with us daily for any problems or issues. We were well taken care of and we highly recommend United Developers and their employees and contractors.

I had originally contacted my insurance and they said my roof was fine even though it had issues. The guys at United Developers did an inspection on my roof and got in contact with the insurance company and got them to change their mind of the roof replacement. They did a quick and great job!!

We had storm damage to our roof at the rental unit I manage. I worked with Anthony Solis from United Developers. Anthony is very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, respectful, and a great pleasure to work with. He takes time to explain the whole process and guides you effectively through each step. He talked to my insurance company and assisted in putting the claim, he also made himself available when the adjuster came to look at the damage. Once the claim was approved, he helped in selecting the roof color that closely matched the existing roof color and would blend well with adjacent townhouses roofs. I had to be out of town on the scheduled roof installation day, but Anthony took care of getting the job done well in my absence. Anthony detected that my old roof was not compliant with the current codes and made sure my insurance company approved additional payment to get my roof to become compliant with current codes. For this roof replacement due to storm damage, all I had to pay was my deductible portion of the insurance, everything else was covered by the insurance. Working with Anthony, the whole process was stress free for me!
