We had several contractors look at a small exterior repair job up near the roofline in the front of our house facing the street. Some of the feedback we got included fix immediately to avoid water damage to the house or too small a job for the company to do. E&E contracting was doing a complete roof replacement in Rockville which we just happened to see and the crew was so professional, methodical, and skilled we decided to get an estimate from them. James came out and explained what repairs were needed without scare tactics, upselling, etc. We were extremely pleased with his crew who were highly skilled and professional. I highly recommend Armando from E&E. My roof was done in less than 24 hours from the moment I contacted him and by the way, I paid half of what all others were charging. Just completed a fairly large and complicated repair on a building in downtown DC involving siding and rooftop structural repairs. I have to say, E&E Contracting was INCREDIBLE — James in particular. I'm in the process of selling my home and I reached out to E&E Contracting to handle a few items noted during a recent home inspection. James came out to clean the gutters and reseal a window. He kept me updated on his arrival time and was right on schedule. Once he arrived, he performed a detailed assessment and shared photos and videos of the areas needing attention.

What impressed me most was his honesty—some of the work I assumed needed to be done, based on the inspection, actually didn’t, which ended up saving me money. It’s rare to find a company that’s this transparent and only charges for what’s truly necessary.

James Holly assisted us with a siding assessment and replacement. To begin he was very quick to respond and come do an assessment that worked with my work schedule. He provided a quote that beat all competitiors by at least $1500 difference with the same or comparable material from the research I was able to perform.

We have an HOA in my community and after we choose E&E, James completed their architecture forms in a few days with images and everything to pass the committee in one pass. E&E waited patiently while HOA took months to review and approve and as soon as we contacted him with a approval they were ready to do the work the next week.

Team showed up on time and completed 99% the work in one day. They came the next day to do the small touch ups and James walked me through all of the accomplished tasks.

Asked them to repair a 30 year old roof that had been damaged by strong winds. E&E Contracting visited and gave me a free quote with advice and suggestions. Given the age of the roof I decided to replace the roof with their 50 year warranty singles. They gave me a fair and reasonable price. They completed the job within one day, the roof looks perfect and also left no trash or leftover materials. The site was very clean.

I just had work done on my townhome from E&E. I have to first say that it is extremely frustrating when you are under a deadline and it is nearly impossible to get a response or follow through from companies. I had initially went to someone who previously worked on my home and they took over a week and half to truly reply and schedule a visit to then never follow up with an estimate. Another company, based in VA, responded to calls but we had to constantly call and follow up. Once we thought we were scheduled for an estimate, they never showed up.

E&E was the second company I called because a neighbor recently had them work on their roof. When I checked their site, I placed my inquiry. The following day, the owner reached out and said he would have someone same day to come out for an estimate. James H. has been AMAZING with communicating and helping us better understand materials and terminology. He showed pride in his work. James thoroughly checked my home, provided photos with annotations to point out issues, and even found problems with work previously done by my prior contractor. The day the crew arrived, they came on time. Actually, they were about 15 minutes early. They began working and did an excellent job. Pictures were provided to me by James. He wanted to make sure that before I paid, we were happy with the work. I cannot say enough about James and the owner. All communication from beginning to end was seamless. James was great about explaining what was going on with the roof, what he couldn't tell until they opened it up, and what our options were for fixing it. He was super flexible about scheduling when a medical complication happened and made us reschedule multiple times. When we finally had time for the workers to come in and fix it, they were fast, professional, and effective, as well as explained what had caused the leak. Great experience overall, we'll definitely be calling E&E again when we have roof issues.

Fabulous, professional, perfection, and wonderful crew of 11 male workers and three female. Power-washed all our metal roofs and there are a lot. Cleaned and washed 53 windows and screens to a sparkling shine and tore down and replaced all the gutters installing gutter guards. All in one day and left the premises with all 5 porches cleaned and the debris blown off, all the old gutters taken away and even blew off the driveway of leaves and fallen walnuts. I told Armando his crew were so courteous and truly seemed like they were actually having fun doing their work. So refreshing to have honest, good hard workers. We are “ extremely “ pleased with their workmanship and highly recommend Armando and his crew.

Getting my soffit and gutters replaced was overwhelming with all that was wrong from whoever originally installed the old ones, but James made choosing E&E Contracting so easy. An incredible experience from beginning to the end. Armando showed up right on time for the estimate. He went up on the roof and took photos of everything that needed replacement. He even offered to be here when the insurance estimator arrived to be sure they saw any damage, give them a ladder….

We received competitive estimates, none of the other estimators went up on the roof, they just looked up and gave a much higher ball park $$$ number. The crew arrived on time and finished in one day. We need a window trimmed out due to rotten siding and they did that work too. We were so happy our next-door neighbor signed up the next week for a new roof too! We both liked the E&E Contracting work so much we tried to talk him into interior work. Nope, only roofs, gutters and windows. Try them you really cannot go wrong.

We worked with James. We had a leak. Several other contractors refused to do repairs and would only replace the entire roof; none actually climbed up and looked. James climbed onto the roof, took a lot of pictures and gave us 3 estimates - specific repair, repair of the leak and several other identified problems (flashings, etc), and a full replacement. We were so impressed that we went with the full replacement (25 yo roof, and there were actually a number of areas of concern). James was FANTASTIC to work with, and his work crew impressed both us and the neighbors. He even came back a few days later to go over the results and address any concerns (a couple of VERY minor issues). I absolutely recommend E&E.

I am the kind of person who does not rush into anything with purchasing and do a ton of research. Needed a full replacement for an old roof, met with many different companies, big and small, each came with their own pros and cons.
In the end for us it came down to a few things, Jamie never did any sales pitch, just said this is what I can do, he informs and shows you the materials you decide the materials and he advises on the materials. Other companies want to sit down and do a whole dog and pony show, some people want this, I don't need the sales pitch. A few companies quotes were just crazy to the point where I could have the roof done twice for the price they quoted. The big companies end up hiring people like Jamie and his crew to do the work so you pay for the middle man services which for sure can be comforting in many ways, but you pay for it.
I ended up picking Jamie, because of his honesty being upfront, and extremely reasonable quote.
In the end Jamie and his crew did an excellent job. I am sure the roof will hold up nicely and am confident, if there ever is an issue in the near future Jamie will definitely take care of it.
Through this process he never rushed us and was honest letting us know that it is best to redo the roof based on certain weather conditions etc, it was never about him rushing us to get the check.
All the companies will give you a quote and then will let you know that it includes a certain number of plywood pieces and then any additional pieces of plywood you will pay for. Jamie was great at making sure to only replace ones that really needed to be replaced with diligence like it was his own money in the project. He makes sure to take pictures form each day of work.
You can tell he is someone who takes pride in the work he does and he is always there on the site with his crew.
From my experience one bit of advice for anyone is do your research on the materials etc and then of course the contractor you pick is the most important thing.
Always happy to support a small local community business. No one recommended Jamie to me, I just researched and found his company.
It is stressful, expensive and a big project to have a roof redone and I can safely say if you pick Jamie and his company you get a great job done at a fair price!!!

We contacted Mr. Jaime Flores based on a reference from a friend who is contractor . Mr. Flores was introduced to us as an excellent professional specializing in roofing installation.
We must say that the work performed was superb! Mr Flores gave us advice on the best types of roofing products and presented us with a detailed contract which included expected completion time. The proposed price was very competitive.
By the established date Mr. Flores and his crew started the job and finished it on schedule . The premises where left orderly and clean of debris .
All in all Ann excellent and well executed Project. It is a pleasure to have met Mr. Flores !

Jaime showed up to inspect my leaky roof within 24 hours of my call. He gave me an estimate and while they were out here they patched my roof so it doesn't leak again with the upcoming storms while I was shopping around for additional quotes. That was extremely nice of them.
I ended up using E&E to do the job because the very few other contractors who called back were not competitive.
Jaime took photos of everything and explained what the fixes involved.

Came highly recommended from an excellent GC, Alejandro Mino. This professional team did a Great job repairing a small roof leak.
