We had contracted with Tom to replace our roof, but had not scheduled yet. Over Easter weekend, a major storm hit and we lost shingles, leaving the decking exposed in several spots. I contacted Tom on Easter Sunday, and on Monday morning, our roof was tarped to cover the storm damage. I will continue to recommend Apex to anyone who needs roofing services, and will continue to use them for work on my rental properties as well. Their service, attitude and work cannot be beat.

Was referred to Apex by my neighbor for roof replacement! As someone going through this process for the very first time, I had lots of questions and didn’t really know what I was doing. Both Dana and Justin were great! They answered my questions, helped me submit/process the insurance claim seamlessly, and kept an open line of communication with me so I knew what to expect, what payment was required and when, what was needed from me to ensure a smooth delivery of materials, and then got my install date scheduled as quickly as possible. Big thank you to the roofers themselves who work tirelessly to get the job done. Appreciate all the hard work!

Tom was great with our roof replacement process. He was prompt and efficient and temporarily repaired our roof until we could get the entire roof replaced until our new porch and roof build was completed (which had a delayed start and was set back). He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful and professional. The actual roof replacement process was efficient and the crew did a great job with everything as well as clean up. Tom followed up with us afterwards and made a visit to ensure everything was done to our and their standards. The roof looks great and we have had many compliments already. Apex Roofing and Construction exceeded our expectations. From working with our insurance company to the new roof and gutters it was truly effortless for us. Apex Roofing was incredible. Tom and his team were thorough, professional, empathetic, and prepared for the emergency roof replacement that he completed on my house in early August 2023. They kept me up-to-date with every step completed and provided progress photos throughout. They noticed issues that contributed to the damage and made that an important part of the repair process. Their no price was more than fair based on the market (my neighbor who used to run a roofing business confirmed, she was also the person who referred them).

Having to replace my roof the way it needed to be done was an awful moment, but Apex made an awful moment as stressless as possible. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, quality of work, service, timeliness, and quality of character.
