I am very happy and pleased with the overall experience in dealing with DG exterior for my roof tune-up and replace. They have provided excellent and professional customer service from the time of scheduling the appointments up to the work being done completely including complete inspection report with lots of photos. My roof technician, Danny was very nice, knowledgeable, highly skilled and professional with his job. He explained clearly to me all the work that needed to be done and were later done by him, and he answered in detail all my questions. He also made great recommendations and gave me helpful advice about our roof and gutters. It was a pleasure doing business with Danny and DG exterior Contractors. DG Exteriors did an excellent job on our roof. They also replaced all the rotten wood on our house and then wrapped all the exposed wood in metal. Our house looks great! We recently asked DG exteriors to come see if they could help us reinstall some siding that had blown off of our home during a storm. Previously, we had been quoted an exorbitant amount from a different company requiring what felt like a lengthy process to get these 2 pieces of siding put back up as they were 4 stories off the ground but Danny came out and quoted us a very fair price and could fix it almost immediately! he came out the next day and fixed it right up! he was fast, efficient, professional and fair and we appreciate DG Exteriors and Danny so much! we will be working with them for all of our exterior needs in the future!
