I have only positive things to say about the experience I had with Stain Medix - Scott came out and did a thorough inspection for the quote - and on the day of the wash he and his crew were on time. My house needed a lot of cleaning everywhere - especially the roof. They spent a lot of time soft washing the roof and it looks spotless now. Additionally, I had thought the mold and mildew in the deck railing would never come out - I had actually tried cleaning it myself and failed. Stain Medix was able to completely remove every bit of stain on the painted wood railing. I actually didn't think it was possible. They put everything back that they had to move off the deck and porch, and completed the service in roughly the time they estimated.

Scott and his co-worker were the best! Responsive, professional, and DEFINITELY went the extra mile. Plus, their price was better than the other 2 companies I got a quote from. I HIGHLY recommend Stain Medix for your roof cleaning needs!!

Scott came by at the time promised. He did an awesome job removing the dark streaks on our roof. As a plus, he agreed to clean the siding while he was here. The house looks great for going into the holiday season. I highly recommend his services.

I had algae on my roof that was less than ten years old and I called Scott at Stain Medix for an estimate. Scott responded quickly to my request and I was able to discuss the details of the the process with him. I wanted to be sure his process was exactly what my roofer had described. The estimate was very reasonable. The job was quickly scheduled and they arrived onsite promptly.

My house needed to be power washed along with my white fence, and I was putting it off because of costs. Scott give me a very good estimate for the algae removal, gutter washing, power washing of house and fence both inside and outside.

When the job was finished, he requested that I come outside and inspect the house and let him know if there were any area of concern.
I was absolutely astounding and that is NO exaggeration. Even the painted areas around my windows and doors looked fresh as well as the walkway and drive way which he did not charge me for.

If I had known then what I know now, I NEVER would have put it off and if I had known how good it would look, I would have gladly paid twice the price (don't tell Scott)!

Amazing service. The estimate process was smooth. I sent them pictures of my house and within 24 hours I received a quote. On the scheduled day, it was forecasted to rain all day. I received a text message from them asking to reschedule to the following day. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived early, communicated to me the process, and completed the work in an professional manner with amazing results.

Amazing job on a very large, very stained roof. I didn’t even know this service existed. They are professional, completely competent, honest, reasonably priced, and showed up within 2 to 3 days. There’s no other competitor that can compete with them. Don’t buy a new roof until you talk to Scott.

Our roof was severely stained with mold, although the shingles were still in good shape Stain Medix (Scott) did an excellent job cleaning our roof. He was on time and his partner made sure none of our flowers were not damaged. I now can get another 5 or more years on our roof before replacing!

We were quite happy with our house washing services. They arrived on time, thoroughly inspected and made sure we were happy. We also had our roof cleaned of blue algae a couple of years ago. When I tell you that our roof changed from black back to light grey is an understatement. We were so pleased and are still pleased today! This was a worth while investment!

This is the third time we have used this service. Once for the roof and twice for the house. Scott and his crew are prompt and professional. We get green fungus on the front and side of our home. They made it look bright and clean. They power washed our deck and made it look like new. Would definitely recommend their service.
