Mr. Handyman sent out Mr. Renato, who was fantastic. I had to replace a toilet and bathroom faucet. Mr. Renato was knowledgeable, professional, and thoroughly explained the repairs to me. I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman, especially Mr. Renato.

Mr Handyman was very responsive to my request for a description of their service and cost estimate for installing my new hardtop 10 X 12 gazebo. I accepted their bid and the two guys (Nick and Bobby) who came to do the install were very good. The only thing was that the office estimated it would take about 4 hours when it actually took about 6.5 hours. The office manager graciously gave me break on the final cost. Yes, I'll use them again.

Scott did a great job widening a doorway and putting in a new door, fixing a broken lock, and unsticking old windows that hadn’t been opened in years. He was both very personable and professional. I will definitely call on Mr Handyman again for work at the house.

This was my first timing using the service and everything was great. From the office team that helped me out when I first called in everything was explained to me clearly and all questions answered. On the day of the repair, which was to fix and add support to a hand rail, Nick the technician did a great job and it turned out well. Really appreciate all that they did for me and this job and will use them again.

Brandon from Mr. Handyman of Northern Montgomery County took advantage of a disabled older man when slapping a piece of plywood on an exterior door and charging $434 dollars. The double paned glass had shattered. This was his "fix." I wasn't there. Could have bought a new fiberglass door for that amount of money. Appalling.

They were on time, did a great job, and didn't take forever to complete the project. Tjey were friendly and clearly knew how to install the part that i needed. Highly recommend.

The gentleman Bobby was able to come out same day and fix the project that I had messed up. It’s professional quality work and looks really good. My only complaint was that it is pricey - but at the same time it’s same day service with local professionals that are licensed and bonded and have all the equipment that they need right in the van. You get what you pay for and in this case you can rest assured knowing you’re getting the best bang for buck.

Hector is knowledgeable, honest , and professional. He cleans up after the work is finished. He has performed several jobs for me and each one resulted in satisfaction.

Hector recently completed a couple of small projects for me, and one larger one which involved the replacement of rotting wood around two doors. He does beautiful, meticulous work: perfectly mitred corners, smooth caulking, and painting with no drips or missed spots. It's great to have someone take the same care with your home that they would take with their own; and Hector was also friendly, pleasant and professional to deal with, and provided good advice about what needed to be done. I have used Mr. Handyman for several years and will not hesitate to call again.

Hector with Mr. Handyman did an outstanding job installing granite countertops and a glass tile backsplash to our kitchen. He is meticulous, hard working, and cheerfully kept us informed with each step. We have used Mr. Handyman previously and highly recommend this company.

I drew Nick. He could not only climb the ladder, and remove the heavy air conditioner from its mount, he analyzed and made an excellent fix to the water leakage problem.

I had messed up the window when I tried to open and close it during a hot day. I couldn't get the window down and I knocked the screen out

Juan Gonzalez came in, made a quick perusal and began to work. He had to take everything out before he could fix it. With no more than a little tool and a screwdriver, he got everything back together. He had a good sense of humor, enormous knowledge and let me stay in the room and ask questions. He was pleasant and personable,; no wonder he has been with you so long.

Unexpected damage in my kitchen required an emergency intervention on a very short notice. My problem was handled with an unusual courtesy. The manager-owner called the technicians until she found one who was able to "squeeze" my job and he came within a short time. His name was Nick and he was a true professional; did the repair very quickly, carefully checked for any more possible failures and corrected all that needed attention. Nick was also very polite, respectful and friendly.
The office manager followed up with a phone call the next day to verify that all was well.
I gladly and honestly recommend this business and this technician to all potential customers.

They installed a new vanity but left it without caulking and the owner told me that his worker left it because the painting wasn't done. If so, then why they didn't do painting first. They spent about 3.5hrs to install this small vanity. And look at how the worker caulked around the floor board. Seriously I could have done it better. Overall, I don't like jobs and won't hire them. I would rather directly reach out to local contractors.

I hired another handyman and they did way more works in less than 5hours. Also, what they did was literally, stabilized the toilet, replaced a new vanity, drilled two holes on a medicine cabinet, hung a mirror, and install 3-5ft long board on the floor. How many people think these tasks should have lasted for 8hrs or even longer? The owner who was hired by Mr. Handyman came out later and fixed a water leak and caulked around the toilet less than 30 mins, which I think quick and reasonable.

Another thing was that when I talked with a representative, I said hypothetically my budget was $2k. But, the handyman who came out and kept telling me about the budget, which told me that they were trying to match to the budget by lingering and procrastinating the jobs. I never said that my budget was actually 2k and would want to spend that much. So, please do not give them the budget that you want to spend because they will "match" to it, no matter how hard or easy jobs you give them.
