American Custom Contractors replaced the entire roof on our house and detached garage after wind and hail damage. ACC replaced cedar shingles with EcoStar synthetic slate shingles and standing seam metal. They also replaced damaged gutters. ACC did a great job. David Paul was our initial contact and handled the upfront assessment and interaction with our insurance company's adjusters. Tim Booth was the project manager. Tim contacted us in advance of the work, described ACC's work plan and schedule, and was very responsive. Overall, communication was excellent and Tim and his team exceeded our expectations. I spoke to Tim at least once per day and ACC executed the work as described without any problems or issues. The ACC installation team was on-time every day, worked hard all day, was meticulous in the installation, and left the site neat, clean, and orderly at the end of every day. Many of our neighbors complemented the new roof and how professional ACC was during the work. We highly recommend ACC.
