Years ago, Ricky helped fix a problem caused by a “storm chaser” company, and he did it quickly and professionally. When it came time to replace the roof on my new home, I didn’t hesitate to call him again. The work was top-notch, the process was smooth, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Working with Ricky and his brother was a great experience. They were down to earth and seemed trustworthy, gave it to me straight without trying to upsell a bunch of unneeded products, and the price was very competitive. They even prioritized my job to get it done quickly because I had an active leak. The crew came out right on time and finished the whole 3600 square foot job in a single day, and even finished early! The final product looks great, and we just had a big rain storm and everything is completely dry. Highly recommended!

Alpine Roofing came out to inspect a leak in my roof, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Exceptional company that provides excellent customer service and communication of proposed project, explains cost-effective alternatives/options, and provides prompt service. After receiving proposals for whole roof replacement from other roofing companies, Alpine rep (John) provided an honest appraisal/assessment that a roof "tune-up" would be more appropriate since roof is in good condition and replacement was not necessary or recommended. I also had Leaf Sentry gutters replaced and Eddie and his team were on time, explained the project scope/time-frame, and completed all clean-up/work well within stated time.

100% satisfied!!!! I would recommend this company for new construction or replacement of old roofing. We got certainteed shingles for a very reasonable price.

Excellent work. Came immediately after I called. Then started the gutter replacement with in a week. Super impressed with the quality of work. Done in such a timely fashion. And don't forget they not only do they do gutters, in one piece no seems, but roofing as well. I can not recommend Ricky and ALL of his team members enough!

We had a warranty issue to sell our house. Called them during the holiday- returned call immediately. Showed up and fixed the minor issues on 1/2. Their customer service is amazing! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the job Alpine Roofing did. Called to get an estimate on replacing our roof, and get to meet Ricky. He was very thorough in his estimate, even took pictures while he was up there to show me some of the items he was talking about. No other company I talked with did that. So right up front I knew I wasn't being given a run around. His estimate was very fair, actually the lowest out of the few we got and had the best workmanship warranty out of them all. Ricky also took care of the HOA paperwork which was a welcome surprise. We were also given very clear information on what to expect, and what we need to do.

Got scheduled and John was the project manager for the roof work. Guys worked non stop from dawn to dusk over two days and the end result was a great looking roof. They did a fantastic job cleaning up when everything was done. We did have one area that had an issue, but John and Ricky were on the ball and made sure it was taken care of. EXCELLENT customer service from these guys, and they stand behind their work. Would definitely use them again for a roof..but lets hope that is not for another 20 years!

Alpine Roofing replaced my roof and I thought they had done a fine job, but I wanted to be sure so I had a home inspector review the job that Alpine had completed. His report confirmed my opinion- a first class job in all respects. Well done Ricky.

Alpine Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish. Ricky, the owner, stopped by to meet with me personally. My HVAC pipes were leaking, and he had his crew stop by free of charge to put temporary gaskets on them to stop this problem while I prepared for the new roof--even though I explained I was interviewing several roofers. I obtained a number of detailed estimates for the job, but Ricky was the only one who came up with a feasible and affordable solution for my attic venting problems: installing a drip edge vent on my older house to avoid having to cut in new soffit vents and then worry about dealing with the attic insulation. He helped choose a shingle type and style that suited my house and budget perfectly. He took care to explain everything so that I would get exactly what I needed and not be overcharged. While I considered which company to choose, I fired many questions at Ricky via email, and he answered them all promptly and patiently. His bid was the most cost-effective; his solutions, the most creative and appropriate. He and Dylan, the project manager for my roof, both were very respectful of my time and worked around my schedule. Payment was due only upon completion of the job. Every interaction showed how trustworthy and honest this company is. As for the roof work itself: The crew who worked on my roof, led by Hector, was highly skilled and a joy to watch. Their care and efficiency meant that not only is my roof beautiful and sound, but nothing at my property got damaged. Further, as needed, they cut out the plywood shapes to match the areas that needed replacing--keeping my plywood costs down too. Throughout the roof installation, the crew and Dylan addressed my every question and concern. They worked smoothly and finished the entire job in less than one day (this included a total roof replacement for house and shed; installation of the drip edge vent on both front and back of the house, a new ridge vent, and more). The timing of the job was also scheduled to make sure I did not miss a long-anticipated family reunion. Dylan worked with my schedule to pick up the check; gave a receipt; and the business office also promptly sent me an official receipt. Every single person throughout has been such a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy with the beautiful new roof (which is stunning on both house and shed), and so thankful to everyone involved for their creative problem solving, hard work, patience, kindness, good deeds, honor, and consideration. My fiancés roof was looking rough so i told her to call around and get some estimates. Ricky came out personally to give her the estimate and he took the time to explain to her the differences in each type of shingle. He helped her make the best decision for the house instead tried to sell her on something she didn’t need. The crew came out and was very professional and expedient! Sloppy work. Never fixed our leak. Followed the roofer’s suggestion that our chimney needed painting and caulking. Had that done by a very professional painter. The roof still leaked. Hired another roofer who fixed the leak. Pictures of Alpine’s work showed it was sloppily done, clumps of tar and nonaligned shingles. Not recommended.

Ricky the owner was professional and displayed excellent customer service. Dillon our project manager kept us informed on the progress and even brought our UPS packages to our door as the porch was inaccessible! The team worked hard and efficiently. We are extremely happy with our new roof.

Absolutely the only roofer I will use. Extremely professional, ethical, well priced, and Ricky stands behind his work. I had a new roof put on and a week later needed a new exhaust out of my roof for a water heater. Ricky took care of the flashing because he didn't want anyone else doing anything to his roof (my roof). He stands behind everything he does. Amazing and who you should use to roof, 100% recommend.
