Great company to work with. Within an hour of us calling they were at our residence. Trason was great to work with and quickly helped resolve our issue!

Alpine did a fantastic job when our fridge leaked and we had to dry things out and then get new flooring and other repairs. They were fast to respond, super friendly, awesome at working with us and communicating with our insurance, and other people involved in fixing things, and always supportive of doing what we wanted. We will definitely use Alpine again!

We contacted Alpine for an issue with a leak underneath the sheet vinyl around a toilet, most likely from the toilet not being seated correctly. Alpine was very prompt to come take a look in a timely manner and give us a rough price to tear out and get the issue resolved depending on how bad the damage was after tearing out the sheet vinyl to get a better look. They very quickly got us on the schedule after that to do the work of tearing out the sheet vinyl, drying, and sealing/cleaning the subfloor. Everyone that we have worked with at Alpine has been very kind, professional, and honest. I gladly recommend them to anyone needing help with this sort of repair work. They've taken great care of us so far!

Every time we have needed Alpine they have been so fast; both in coming right away and in resolving the problem. Their employees were kind and very considerate. They thought of even the tiniest details to make sure the job was done incredibly well. I will use them each and every time.

We had a fire in our home. Our oven self-destructed in a self clean cycle and billowed dark black smoke into our home for hours. The smell was an awful mix of smoke, electrical, and chemicals. I thought our home would never be the same. They came in and cleaned everything, ceiling, walls, windows, shutters, carpets, fixtures, and all our belongings. The cleaning staff were so kind and such hard workers. Alpine was recommended by our insurance company. We are greatful for a full restoration of our home.

We had a cracked drain pipe that flooded a basement bathroom and bedroom. Alpine was very responsive with the cleanup and thorough.

Ken Carlson at Alpine really helped me understand the remediation and pack out process. After much confusion with how to manage our smoke remediation process, after the Eaton Fire, but mid house renovation, Ken cut through the chaos how to manage the request for a pack out to our insurance. He and his crew are also so kind and honest.

I've used Alpine on two floods that I've had in two different homes. They are quick, clean up fast, and do a great job. Five years ago we had a protein fire in our home in Woods Cross, Utah. At the recommendation of our son we used Ken Carlson with Alpine in Smithfield. We had Trason from Alpine come talk us through a small flood we had. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't end up using them because it was one we could handle on our own, but he was great and super quick to get back to us.

DO NOT USE ALPINE. STAY AWAY. There are so many remediation companies. Call another one. They promise 100% guarantee but when I tried talking to them about things they didn’t do, equipment they billed for but was never at my house, and falsified dry logs, they took me to SMALL CLAIMS. I didn’t see anything itemized so I had no idea on demo day what they were supposed to do. When they sent me the adjuster’s estimate, I called my PM to walk through and discuss things not done. He said they don’t do that. Throughout our communication they’d threaten me with telling my insurance company and I’d have to reimburse the insurance anything they take off their bill, which was the Insurance Adjuster’s Estimate, not theirs. I’d already told my insurance company anyway. They were just bullying me. Upon advisement by an atty, even though I have proof of all of it, the form they made me sign before they’d start work which doesn’t breakdown fees, etc, the way they wrote their statements, and they never sent me an itemized breakdown of fees on their letterhead, they used the insurance adjuster’s estimate, my atty said I’m SOL. I ended up paying double for repairs. Upon talking to others I hear the same things about Alpine. They have attorneys and know how to do screw you. STAY AWAY.

While my house flooding has been a nightmare Alpine has been my saving grace. They arrived within 40 minutes of receiving the call and all their guys have been amazing to work with. I definitely recommend them.

We came to Logan to help my brother with medical issues and found his home in total disarray. We were on a limited time schedule and when I called Alpine the receptionist listened to my needs and urgency. She told me Ken would call me back soon. He called back and met us there that afternoon and gave his recommendations. We scheduled the cleanup for the following week. They did an amazing job! They were professional, kind and went above and beyond. The wood flooring looks new and the house is restored to such a wonderful livable condition. I work for a butcher shop that recently had some problems, Alpine Restoration came and helped clean things up. Very thankful for the help!!

Alpine Restoration has been so good to work with. We came home from a vacation at noon and found that our water heater had failed and water was gushing out from the bottom. Most of the water appeared to be going down the drain, but water was also going under the wall to an adjacent bedroom where the carpet and pad soaked up water and wicked it to every other bedroom, office, family room and bathroom in our downstairs.
I called our insurance and they recommend Alpine Restoration to help with the cleanup. When I called, the owner was here within the hour and he had a team of men here by 5:00pm. They worked and had all of the furniture moved out, carpet and pad ripped up, and taken away, and numerous fans and two dehumidifiers going. They were finished by 10:00 pm. They are continuing to help with the restoration now.
Nick has been in charge of getting all the contractors lined up for the repairs and has been excellent…always keeping us informed of what is being done and when each phase will be finished. We had company coming for the holidays and he made sure everything was done in time. He has been so helpful and courteous! We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Alpine Restoration and their entire team.

Absolute garbage. I had a flooding incident at my house. Alpine came and put in fans and dehumidifiers in place. They never placed one to draw the moisture from under the house where the standing water/moisture was. Then after an outrageous bid they didn't even do the work promised. They did replace the warped flooring but not the warped sub-floor. The base board is horrible with many missing pieces. The vinal flooring has separation. Some of the light switches are 1/2 inch from the wall. There is a horribly crooked wall. They knew they could take advantage me because I was out of town for 8 months. The time for my inspection has passed. I don't know how they have such a high rating. Everyone I've talked to locally has nothing good to say. Talking to the neighbors I was informed that they came here frequently for an hour or two at a time for 6 months. When it was a 1 week job. What a bunch of scumbags.

I'm here only to share my experience while working at this place for over 3 years and what has happened to me since being forced out of this company by the people I called family. For some reason in this valley rich entitled Mormons think they are so much better and important than everyone else it's the only conclusion I've come to this valley is just Cancer trapped between mountains. I worked for this company 2008 to 2011. I was in demolitions mostly worked on fire,mold, and water damaged homes until I became seriously hurt on the job one day. Me and one of the lead techs were suppose to be in a basement spraying primer all over the walls and floor on this home when my lead tech decided to leave me all day to do it by myself. While he was gone after a few hours of working and going in and out of this sealed off basement to spray Killz primer everywhere. I remember becoming very sick feeling nauseous and my mind was really messed up could barely see or walk. Then all I remember after is waking up in the front lawn of this home had being drugged out of the home by the lead tech that finally decided to show back up. Come to find out I had a faulty mask/respirator that had caused large amounts of fumes to enter my body. The lead tech didn't even take me to the hospital he dropped me off at my house around 8pm long after work hours. The next day my whole body was in pain my insides felt horrible and I couldn't eat or drink anything without it tasting like primer. I had to take myself to go see a doctor and get checked out at that time a office in Smithfield close to where my work was at the time. They found excessively high liver enzyme in my system but other than that checked out fine. At work everyone was forced to do fit tests for new masks and all sign NDAs and a month later my workman's comp injury claim was denied and over a few months after the incident they slowly pushed me out of the company quit giving me work but made me come in everyday to check tools in and out for everyone else. Not to mention the first week back from my accident t they sent me out to a home that had lead paint and mold everywhere all over the walls even after being told I shouldn't go to those types of jobs for awhile. I had very horrible experience here. Fast forward three years later and I'm on the hospital having emergency exploratory surgery because my colon broke open on my insides and started leaking while I was at the hospital getting a CT scan done. I came real close to dying that day and after my first of Five surgeries I had one of the family's who I knew really well spent most my life with helped me get my job there and went to school with their kids spent summers together every year my second family away from home shows up to pray for me? This was 2015 and haven't seen them since. The state and federal government spent millions to keep me alive all so a few could keep making their money every year instead of taking responsibility. I fought this for over 8 years lost most of my life had to get divorced because of it and almost died more times than I can count all because of a few selfish entitled Mormons who couldn't care any less about others. They were like family to me and I treated them with the utmost respect and I bent over backwards every day for these people and only to end up getting treated like this. They know who they are and what they did. If you happen to read this know that I hope God forgives you because I never will after everything that's happened because of your selfish greed. I would not trust these type of people in my home that's for sure. I truly hope everyone else has had or does have a better experience than I had here. I just can't considering I've had to fight for my life almost everyday since being forced to quit my horrible 11$/hour job here. Might be why I left them in my rearview mirror so quickly after the way they treated me. All of you who were involved you should be ashamed of yourself and make sure you look your family in the eye tonight and think about all the harm you caused my family and me

The best there is, hands down! These guys do it the right way. They're not trying to over charge you, or find ways to make more money. They simply are just trying to get your house back the way it was so you can move on with life. Great people, great service!

Nightmare, would NEVER have Alpine touch anything. 50k in damages, the amount of money that we caught over and over going to Alpines pockets and not the homeowners (us) was unreal.... around 20k
The "quality" of the repairs, were exhausting, floors quoted wrong $$$ per sq foot, installed cheaper floors when original were double the quality, can't do much now that the floors are in. What about that extra money though? Straight into Alpines pockets, best thing it took over 2 months of phone calls and constant messaging that Alpine would not return.

Nick was a complete ghost when it came down to it, and John in the office would apologise every 5 seconds and say "Hey thanks for being awesome"? After pointing out dozens of items that were not completed or done terribly wrong but Alpine collected through insurance.

Overall it was over 50k in damages, we ended up with 18k that would of been in Alpines pockets, but we are very diligent homeowners and that was returned to us. After months, and recommendation from our insurance to involve a lawyer. Alpine withheld our last check and wanted me to sign a contract stating I can't collect the money if I "negatively affect Alpine" through reviews. I told John, guessing the GM I would have my lawyer hit him like a ton of bricks if the check wasn't ready at 9 a.m. tomorrow. I have kept every receipt and documented everything John. Check was ready at 9.a.m.
Wonder how many homeowners have been taken advantage of, insane experience.

Dropped Alpine mid way, found my orginal homebuilder and had most of what Alpine "restored" fixed to an actual craftsman quality. Paint, cleanup and drywall, Alpine and anyone with YouTube is capable of.
Anything outside of that, they are a joke and a bunch of crooks. Not once did anyone from Alpine take accountability after thousands of dollars were sent their way, only to be sent back to me the homeowner after extreme efforts from me, my patient wife and our insurance representatives. Which ultimately relayed us to get legal help in the end of it.

Nothing worse than having a fire in your house. My oven caught fire, my quick thinking 15 year old got it out with a garden hose but then there’s water damage. Alpine showed right up, and have been nothing but kind, curious and good to work with. They had to tear apart my kitchen to get the floor pulled up. They were so careful and were able to save my counter tops and farm sink. I really appreciate all they have done. I also know they won’t leave until they can guarantee everything is back to normal and no worries of mold in the future.

An amazing experience with Alpine restoration. They were quick, easy to work with, and so kind. They worked so hard and fast to get us back in our home after a nasty haystack fire.

We had a water leak and it had bubbles down our wall and water all over the carpet. We had no idea where the leak was and at the time did not know where the water shut off was. It was late at night. We called Alpine and they came asap that night. Nick and Trayson were our contacts. Repairs, new sheet rock, painting and re-laying and cleaning the carpet was all handled by Alpine in a timely matter. They scheduled the contractors to come in, and worked with our insurance company. We were very happy with their work and the way they kept us updated on the progress. We hope we don’t have another problem like that, but if we do, we will call Alpine again.

Their handyman John was such a pleasure to work with. His work was top notch and once my house was all repaired I feel it looks better now than before the damage. It was nice to have someone I felt I could trust in my home while I was at work. Throughout the time there, he even developed a relationship with my dog and would let her out to go to the bathroom while I was away. This man deserves a raise. I don't know what he makes...but he deserves a raise.

Additionally, their project manager Nick was also a pleasure to work with. He was ALWAYS super responsive to my calls or texts, and he was always looking for any way that him and his team could help.

I didn't know any of these people before my flood happened, but feel I walked away with a home in better condition than before incident, and I made some new friends in the process. Such great people.

We had a high pressure water leak for several hours while we were out. Came home to a devastating amount of water upstairs that had of course flooded into the basement. We called our insurance who called alpine. We made the call around 9:30 pm and they were there by 11:30pm. We live kind of rural so that was impressive to me. They worked through the night and got the water cleaned up, and some demo work started, as well as placed the fans and dehumidifier. We met with Trason who was very considerate and empathetic to the situation. They always came when they said they were going to and demolition was very quick. We haven’t started on repairs yet, so I will update as needed for that, but we Would recommend based on our experience so far.

We discussed the mitigation and restoration plans. He is very helpful and easy to work with. No pressure in letting the customer make decisions. I really like his openness and appreciate his help!

I was getting my rental cleaned between renters. The freezer ice-maker failed causing it to keep calling for water overnight when no one was there. I walked in on Mother’s Day to flooding of the kitchen & bathroom upstairs and the basement. Family came to the rescue until I could call Alpine Monday morning. Alpine was so quick to send someone to assess & then Trason & his crew went to work lifting carpet and removing portions of Sheetrock so that the three dehumidifiers and multiple fans could dry out walls & floors fast to prevent mold & more damage. I was impressed with how fast and carefully they took things apart. When done, there were no messes. I was impressed with how caring these young men were, assuring me they would take care of everything and the house would look good again. Insurance has been a hang up, but Alpine has kept in touch & been upfront about progress. They care!

My faucet bib froze and burst in Mother’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day to me!! Trason managed the clean up. The two that came that first night were friendly and efficient. A couple days later Emily and Allen did some demolition. They were quick, clean and polite. I have been very happy with their service! I feel very confident working with Alpine, start to finish!

Alpine has been incredible the second we had to start the unfortunate full remodel of our kitchen due to finding water damage from a leak. It had left us without a sink, dishwasher, and half of our counter-space. So they have helped us work hand-in-hand together with our insurance very quickly and professionally! I would highly recommend them for any projects or help you might need in the future.
We originally were going to just replace the sink and faucet in our kitchen and from there found a lot of water underneath our sink which led to us ripping out a few cabinets and finding a really bad leak as well as mold and asbestos. Alpine came out the same day that they had been notified from our insurance that we were needing help getting it cleaned up! I really appreciate how quick they were to getting back out to our house and moving the project along as fast as they could. It was also nice to have all of the asbestos testing, cleanup, and removal lined up and scheduled through Alpine. That made it super easy on our end because we knew it was getting done and we didn’t have to make more phone calls necessary because Alpine handled that as well for us. Trason was a big help with being upfront and making sure that he had answered all of our questions. I was glad that he was the guy in charge overseeing everything getting done and making sure that it was in a timely manner and done the right way!

Last July we had a significant flood in our house. We had Alpine do the cleanup and restoration for us. Nick Clawson was our project manager, and I can’t say enough good things about him! There’s so much of this refurbishing process that requires homeowners to be out of their house And/or crews Coming and going to do the work. I totally felt 100% safe having Nick and his crew in our home whether we were there or not. That was a huge deal for us. During disaster times like this you feel so vulnerable but Nick Clawson put us totally at ease. He also had Caesar as the person in charge of most of the work in the home. Caesar was also amazing. We felt safe, we felt like they were honest in everything they did, and we are very pleased with their professionalism. I couldn’t recommend, anyone better than Nick and Caesar to do all the work that they needed for us!

We had a fire in the artic of our rental home the first part of January. My renters had no place to go so they decided to stay close and live in their camper. My first phone call after the fire dept and my insurance company was Alpine in Smithfield. From that moment it was in their hands. They have been so great to have doing this. That afternoon I met Sara and Quinn. It was as if it was their home. Sara has been so good to our Family, keeping us informed everyday what they were doing. She made sure everything was done as if it was her own home. Not sure how we ended up getting her but there isn't anybody better. She made sure what they were doing met our expectations everyday.Their work is so good and appreciated. What an asset Alpine has by having Sara. This was the first project that I haven't had one complaint, not one. Everything done was done perfect and on time. We would like to thank Sara and her team for all of their hard work and dedication to us to make sure we were happy everyday with their work. She has made these last three months so much better than we ever imagined. She has such an amazing group of people working with her. Hats off to her and the rest of those that made this horriable thing turn out so good. Hopefully we never need these folks again but if we do, we know who to call.
