Pete with Alpha Omega Construction is a Rockstar. We had an issue with our roof, and he got it resolved within 48hrs. He made the experience easy and comfortable for my family.

JJ and his crew at Alpha Omega Construction Group did an amazing job on our roof. We couldn't be more happy with the work, the clean up and the friendly service.

We can not say enough about Omega Construction. They worked day and night to get our home complete. They were professional and great value. If there were changes to be made on the spot they rolled with the flow. We highly recommend them. They did the insulation, put up hardie board, and fixed our roof issues. Almost like a one stop shop. They also quoted final painting but we decided to do that ourselves (we are handy that way).

Today, I needed my roof fixed and I needed someone to look at it for an estimate. Alpha Omega was a reference given to me. I called Peter Pareira who is the Field Supervisor for the company and within 2 hours he arrived at my house. He also texted me on the way. Peter was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. They assured me that the work will be done and his manager gave me the estimate within an hour. I look forward to writing another review. Peter is a great asset to Alpha Omega. It's very hard to find customer service like what my wife and I experienced today.

We were referred to this company as they installed our roofing for a home we built only 3 years ago (Mungo). We spoke with a representative named Kara in the “Columbia” office. She was very nice at first. She verified Alpha Omega Roofing actually installed the roof and proceeded to book our appointment for Wednesday, July 22nd at 9am. My husband and I are not local so we sent our elderly parents to our home to meet the roofer at 9am.

The roofer never showed for the appointment. After 45min of waiting I called Kara and left a message, she never returned my call. I called a second time and she finally answered and apologized. She told me she will see if someone else is available and will call me back in 10min. That never happened. This is still while our parents are waiting at the home. After 2 hours, our parents called and spoke with Kara and she said the same thing but again no one showed.

If your looking for someone to show up and deliver, this is definitely not the company you wanna hire. Horrible service with no dedicated workers. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Andy Gamble is an excellent roofer inspection. He arrived very promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also went the extra mile to ensure the client was satisfied.
