I would like to give zero stars for Alpha Omega Roofing. This company is rude and does not do what they say. After tree damage to my home during Hurricane Helene, I called and asked if they could patch the hole in my roof to keep out moisture and put me on a list for repair. I called Alpha Omega because they put the original roof on my home, and they work for my builder. They assured me someone would come that day, however no one showed up. I called back the following day and was told that it would be scheduled, and they would call me back with a time. Never happened.

I called another company, and they told me they had lost power and were experiencing delays, but they still sent someone out to patch the hole right away. Within a couple of weeks, they scheduled the repair at a fair price. If businesses had character, Alpha Omega has a poor one.

I recommend finding a more reputable roofer.

if you are intent on servicing your customers then communicate. Return the calls and establish a plan. Simply saying you will call back and not doing so is poor service. The company that I used also had power outages and set up a temporary office at someone's home with cellular service. They returned calls and made a plan. Your team did not even return a call.

Jesse, Brian and the team did a great job in detecting my roofing leak and fixing it the same day. They tested the leak with water before repairs to pinpoint the source of the leak and after repairs to be sure the job was complete. Matched the shingle color exactly and used quality underlay material to help avoid leaks. A#1 Service in my book! Thx Guys!

Not impressed so far. When you call or they call you, the representatives are super nice and very accommodating. However, when someone shows up to assess or repair a leak they essentially do nothing. I have a new build home under builder warranty and Alpha Omega has been dispatched twice for the same leak. Both times, my leak was not repaired and was told it wasn’t a roof leak. I have a third appointment scheduled for the SAME roof leak and will update my review after completion of that appointment.

In March of 2020 I closed on a brand new house built by a builder that will remain unnamed. After approximately two years we experienced a roof leak that caused ceiling damage to the front bedroom. Call’s were made to the builder warranty company to try to get the roof leak fixed, however I was told that the warranty for the roof had expired. I contacted Alpha Omega Roofing directly as they were the company hired by the builder to do the roof. I asked that they send someone out to look at the leak. About a week later a representative of Alpha Omega came out and was able to determine where the water got in. He did a good job fixing the leak and was very honest when he told me they ridge vent had been incorrectly installed. Due to the poor job done during the new build process I now have the damage to the interior ceiling. Upon completing the repair I asked what I owed the roofing company and was told nothing due to the original poor installation job. I now face a $200 bill and I’m being threatened with it being sent to collections. Terrible customer service , poor quality work and terrible communication within their own company.

This company is wonderful to work with Wayne Vassallo is very nice man and Honest he told what time and day he would be here with his guys and he didn’t give me the runaround and his guys are as nice as he is and I’m VERY happy with my roof and the goodness how they were careful in everything they did for me. Thank you so very much !!!

During a recent and severe rain storm, I discovered a roof leak (on a Friday afternoon) that was coming into my gas stove top. Alpha Omega showed up that afternoon. Pablo was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in finding two leaks, repairing them, and even sending me photos later that evening for my documentation. The company was wonderful to respond so quickly, and Pablo was incredible in assessing the situation and taking care of it all in one visit.

Additionally, after business hours, Maribeth from the office phoned to make sure everything was ok and follow up on the call. She was helpful, kind and very understanding during the whole process and overall, the team efforts of Alpha Omega were impressive and professional.

I hope I don't have any other emergency situations but if I do, I'll call them again. Very satisfied with their service

Job done on time and according to contract. Sales rep was always available before and after job!! Crew worked overtime to resolve unforeseen problems on one hundred year old house. Office staff was very proficient in getting documents and invoices to insurance. Will hire again if needed !!
