We had major leak in our roof and around a corner shingle because of faulty work/installation by the builder of our 6 year old house. I contacted a number of contractors. Jordan at A&O was the most prompt, responsive, and confident. He was excellent in communicating, identifying, and setting up the repairs. He even sought out the builder to get the cost of repairs covered, saving me a lot of additional stress and effort!

I had a great experience with Alpha Omega! I had storm damage to my roof and they worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced. I needed new gutters and gutter guards also. The only reason I’m not providing a 5 star rating is the gutter subcontractors. They didn’t install the gutter guards and left a lot of metal debris and fasteners on the ground around the house; my dog could have been hurt and my tires damaged if I hadn’t picked everything up. I notified the company and they agreed to alert the gutter installers and came out and installed the gutter guards. I appreciate the professional service provided and the security of having a new roof and gutters. Matt G. was a pleasure to work with.

This company installed the shingles on my roof and advised the roof was still under warranty. However, they refuse to replace an area where the shingles were damaged. They said it was ok that the plastic was showing and there was no shingle. I advised the individuals at the office and received no response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I advise individuals not to do business with the company.

Matt and his guys are truly great. We had some damage and Nationwide recommended them to us to replace our roof. Within a week and a half it was done. A very professional, honest, and hard working company.

This was one of the worst home renovation experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I had some leaks and was quoted a price to fix them. It took them over a year with very poor communication and extremely high turnover to get the job done. They created an additional leak that caused water damage to my house. They did give me a $250 discount for my troubles and $950 to fix the damage. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for repairs at least. I have lots of other things I could say but will not.

Alpha Omega did our insurance roof inspection and we were so impressed with Matt that we used them for our roof replacement. From start to finish we knew exactly what to expect. The work was done in a timely manner and professionally. The crew cleaned up meticulously and were always courteous and stopped working if we walked out of the house. I highly recommend Alpha Omega and Matt. The process was seamless from start to finish and our roof looks better than it did before!

Alpha Omega did an extremely good job at repairing my roof. The crew who had repaired my roof did an amazing job and they cleaned up the area very well! Alpha Omega is truly a good and responsible company.

Matt Gates, from sales, communicated throughout the process from estimate to clean-up and ensured the installation teams followed through with a quick, quality install of both roof and gutters. The entire process from inspection and bid to install and cleanup was three weeks.

After storm damage to our roof we contacted Matt Gates about a new roof. After getting the quote we told them to go ahead!! The roofers did and outstanding job from start to finish! Besides looking at a new roof you could never tell anything was done, the cleanup job was wonderful! I would highly recommend Matt and the Alpha Omega Company to anyone that needs improvements to their home!! Thanks for the outstanding job and working with us to get what we needed Matt!!

We filed a claim with our insurance company for roof leaks and Matt Gates for Alpha and Omega came out quickly, inspected our roof and found storm damage. It took a few weeks to square things away wit the insurance company, but once we did, they got a crew out here quickly and did a great job on our roof. Matt, at our request, took a look at a problem on an outbuilding we are having and we are now talking to Alpha and Omega do a second job for us.

Their representative, Matt G., was very helpful. He was always courteous and explained things in easily understandable language. He was always on time for his appointments to drop off/pick up papers. The actual roofing team was fast. They did a great cleanup once the roof replacement was completed. It was done in one day as promised. Overall a great team and company in every aspect.

All around a great company to work with. Matt was awesome during this experience, very communicative and professional. We had a few hiccups during our install, but Alpha Omega made things right and corrected the issues in a very timely manner. Even with the issues, I would still recommend Alpha Omega and give them 5 Stars. Again, Matt and his team have been great to work with throughout the whole process and to be honest you do not find that much these days.

I'm giving this company a 1star, due to poor customer service, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. I contacted this company at the beginning of November to repair damaged viynl siding and to fix detached screens on my covered back porch. On November 10th a representative by the name of Matthew Gates came out looked at everything and gave me a price. The next day he sent over an agreement for me to sign, which stated what would be repaired and the cost of it. I signed it and sent it back to him as requested and he told me that someone would contact me within a week to have the repairs done. A week passed and I received no contact from anyone, so reached back out to Matthew and he told me that David Mabe the project manager would reach out to me and schedule the repairs. Another week went by and I reached back out to Matthew and he told me to contact David directly and gave me his cell. Now, its December 2nd and I reached out to David and he told me that someone would be out on December 9th to do the repairs. December 9th came and I received no call or follow up from Alpha and Omega construction. So, I reach back out to David the same day and he apologized and stated no one ever order the viynl needed to make the repairs and stated that someone would be out on the December 16th for sure to complete the repairs. December 16th rolled around and once again no call no show, so I reached back out to David and he stated, "Oh I was just getting ready to call you to let you know the reapir had been pushed out due to inclement weather. Someone should be out either tomorrow or Friday". Friday rolls around and I received no call or follow up with anyone from Alpha and Omega construction, so I reached back out to David and let him know how dissatisfied with the poor customer service and how I keep getting the run around. David responded and said no run around we are just behind, I assure you that someone will be out on Monday or Tuesday to complete the repairs. So, today is Tuesday December 22nd and I have received no call or follow up with David or anyone else from this company. How incredibly dishonest and unprofessional.

The best part of my experience with Alpha was the young man Matthew Gates, the sales guy. He explained the different products we could choose from, helped us pick the right color, helped us get the insurance to pay because of hail damage!! If you call Alpha Omega, ask for Matthew Gates!!

From start to finish I was delighted with Alpha Omega. Our salesman, Matt was knowledgeable and great at walking us through the process. The installation began in a reasonable amount of time and the crew was not only efficient but very courteous as well. Several neighbors commented on how nice the roof looked. What surprised me was that the day after installation, David came out and did a final inspection to make sure everything was done correctly. Great company to deal with!

Great team here did an awesome job renewing my guttering and installing new covers. Very honest and helpful team of hard working dedicated professionals.

Great work done on our roof repair. Rob is very easy to work with and the work was completed within 1/2 a day and you would never know they were there. The guys that done the work were very friendly and showed me pictures of the process once they had completed the job.
Looking at some of the repairs in our neighborhood by other companies, you can tell the roof was repaired with slight color mis-matches on the shingles. I know where our repair was made and I cannot tell were the old and new shingles meet.

I am selling my house and needed some very minor work done on the roof. Rob came to the rescue. He was quick and efficient. He also took pictures for me so that I could show the buyers proof of the fixes. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend the company.

My new roof was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was explained to me clearly and Rob walked me through ever step and offered helpful suggestions.
