I had a variety of problems that needed to be addressed before putting my house on the market. I did have a roofing issue, but it didn't stop there. I had something that looked like mold that needed to be removed, prepped and repainted. I had ceiling issues, and the house and drive way needed to be pressure washed. Roofing Redefined got all these issues dealt with. This company is a one-stop shop for practically all interior and exterior repairs. Further the work was done in a timely, efficient and completely professional manner. All workers arrived on time, worked vigorously throughout the day despite incredible heat and humidity, were friendly and responsive to questions, cleaned up each job as it was finished and the price for the work was quite reasonable. Roofing Redefined was not only very professional, they were also responsive and caring. They explained the source of the problems we were experiencing and worked with us to provide a quality roof that we are proud of. Their craftsmen came and finished in a timely manner and left the yard so clean, you could not tell they had been there . My husband and I highly recommend them. Honest and professional service. I am impressed with Bob and his team. We had a challenging roof repair and they stuck with us throughout the process, long after most other companies would have washed their hands of the problem. The workmanship is top quality and the replaced shingles are so close in colour to my existing roofing you can hardly see where the repair was done. Thank you Bob and Mericico.

We needed some small repairs to our roof and did not need a completely new roof as it had been replaced in the last 9 years. I called three contractors who sent people out and received 2 bids for the work. I decided to go with Roofing Redefined not only based on the bid but more importantly on the responsiveness I received from Bob and his site manager Kyle! Kyle came out to assess the damage and got back with me in a day or two with a bid. The storm from Louisiana had come through and contributed to some additional damage that Kyle came back out and assessed and within a couple of days came back with an updated bid. Still reasonable I gave the go ahead for Roofing Redefined to do the work and it was completed in a timely manner. Bob and Kyle kept things very professional and I appreciated the fact that they were willing to take on the smaller work and not just push to do a complete re-roof. Bob believes that the smaller jobs will lead to bigger job and more referrals. Well we will use them again and he will get my referral if anyone is looking for a quality professional roofer!

This is the second time I have used Roofing Redefined and can say that both times I have received 5 star service. One house had a roof replacement and one had a leak. Bob is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. His crew arrived on time and, when finished, did a great job of cleaning up. I am very pleased with level of service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend Roofing Redefined to my family and friends.

Prompt service. I called and was needing repair ASAP. Bob and his guys were all over the repair and finished quickly.

We needed detailed repair work done from an inspection report to get to closing. Found on BBB, Bob was timely and responsive. He understood our time frame and had a crew out the next day during the chaos of the pandemic. Work crew was polite, respectful and efficient. Very happy with the process. Would recommend them to anyone.

The weather held off and we have a new roof thanks to Bob Porto and guys from Roofing Redefined. I was amazed at how well these workers were able to get around the roof, remove and install the singles. They installed the GAF system with Timberline HDZ singles and TimberTex ridge cap. We are very pleased with the look and the finished project. A big thank you to Chuy and his team for a job well done.

I have had them fully replace two roofs, one in our Maumelle home and then after we moved to Pleasant Valley in LR, both approximately 4,000 sq ft jobs. Both jobs went very well. I could not have been more pleased. Excellent quality work. I highly recommend this company.

Don’t call anyone but Bob!

Sold my home in Chenal and before closing, had a few minor issues to resolve and within a time crunch. One was a simple gutter repair. Contacted the roofer that put the very expensive roof on 6 years prior and was told he didn’t have a crew to work this small of a job. Called a second roofing company I had used before on minor jobs such as this and he said same thing. Reached out to a friend who is also a real estate agent for referral and she gave me Bob’s number. With time being an issue on this project, I sent him text on a Tuesday night 730 pm asking him to contact me next day and instead, he called me immed. Met next day with his crew and scheduled the repair for the next morning. I am writing this review at 1030 am Thursday and the job is complete and perfect! Upon meeting him, we talked easily for 30 minutes about the demise of customer service in the industry. He told me jobs like this are his calling card for the next big job and rarely turns them down. And it worked! He Just landed next job from me as I’m building within a year. Should be a lesson learned for the ones who turned me away.

Bob is old school, yet current, unbelievably professional and knowledgeable and not limited to gutter and roofing as he is also a builder and much much more. AND his name is Bob- can’t get any better than that! Ha!

Bob Porto of Roofing Redefined help identify the cause of a leak I had in my home that multiple other roofing companies could not figure out. He was responsive and available on weekends and in the evenings. He takes great pride in his work.

I would rate the service, quality , value , responsiveness, completion of the job etc a 10. If you want to waste your time calling other roofing contractors a call go ahead. Bob pulls up on time and is ready to get to work. I don’t think there is another company that uses a high quality drone to look on the roof and he has 2 of them just in case 1 doesn’t work. Enough said call the man and get your work done and be happy you got a great roof and chose a company that cares about quality and service.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Roofing ReDefined. They are very responsive to customers and their needs & very thorough in their inspection process. Bob returned my phone call immediately and met me the very same day (actually within a few hours) to discuss and determine the issues with my roof. The technology they use to determine water damage and leaks via a thermal imaging program on their iPads was impressive. So was the drone that was used to navigate around my home and take aerial photos of my roof for my insurance company. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

When our chimney cap blew off we were referred to Bob by a neighbor and he was very helpful and responsive. While our particular repair was outside of his services, he quickly recommended another service provider he had personal experience with that specialized in what we needed. Great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Bob was fantastic to work with. There was some work that I could complete on my roof repair job and some that was over my head. Him and his guys bent over backwards to work with me to get my project done at an amazing rate. There is no one else I would even think to call for roofing work than Bob Porto and Roofing Redefined enough.

Roofing Redefined exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Bob and his crew responded quickly to my call for help with leaks in my roof; he assessed the problem with his thermal camera and drone and had the leaks repaired less than one week from the initial assessment. I appreciated that he communicated the plan upfront. I also appreciated that he was upfront about the prioritization of my repairs compared to other active leaks his crew was working on. He notified me of any changes to the plan and kept me updated on repair progress as it unfolded. Bottom line: he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it; it cost as much as he said it would; his communication was excellent and his customer service was exemplary. On top of it all, Bob is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things home repair—so even if he discovers a non-roofing problem (like a cracked support beam in my attic), he knows someone to recommend to solve the problem.

Bob showed up at the time he stated for the evaluation and was very knowledgeable with insurance claims especially with USAA. He accepted what the insurance company offered to complete the repairs and gave a great price for s few upgrades to ridge vents and such. He also included an upgraded shingle for the price that USAA was paying. There was two items that insurance missed on the settlement so Bob completed the paperwork for me to submit the request. The crew completed the job in the time frame and dates that Bob stated and did a great job. Bob also told me about a veteran rebate that was offered by the manufacturer and completed the paperwork and submitted it for me after the job was completed. Great experience.

My brother and I had a leak from our roof that went onto our water heater as it dripped down the vent pipe. We are so happy we chose roofing redefined. When Bob, the President of the company came over, he went over everything our repair entailed. He also went up into the attic to look for any other leaks or damage. Evidently we had a leak on the rib of the roof. He used a drone to check the outside of the roof and a moisture infrared detector for inside the attic. His superintendent Maurice and his co-worker did the repairs. It has not leaked or shown any problems. Thanks for your superb response. We appreciate it.

On February 21, 2019, it looked like we had another leak. Bob and his superintendent came over and looked what was happening. They checked the roof and there wasn't a leak. It turns out that it was condensation and there wasn't enough insulation. Bob and his superintendent could do it but he recommended a person who does this type of thing all the time, Lazaro Benitez. They came over and looked at the situation and came back the morning of the next day and blew in the insulation, 12-14 inches and took care of the problem. He was reasonable and he came over with two co-workers of his company and they did a great job. It was great that they came so quickly and we appreciated it a bunch. We were going to have rain the next day and they and we wanted to get it done. They succeeded! Bob was great in recommending them and gave them a personal call asking if they could come take care of the situation, they did! Thanks to Bob and his superintendent and Lazaro and his workers. Definitely my brother and I would use both companies again.

Bob Porto, Roofing Redefined, was very professional and thoughtful in solving my roofing problems. There were 2 additions to the original house so particular care was needed for covering all issues of old shingle removal, flat roof connected to pitched roof, gutters that were not sufficient for drainage, etc. Bob was able to do everything needed in the allotted time and kept me informed during the process. His crew also cleaned the area around the house. There were no nails or shingle material left on the property. I highly recommend Bob Porto and his excellent roofing product.
