Got my roof replaced by Best Choice Roofing with exceptional care and service from Jon Paulovich and Tanner Booker. These are local, honest people who treat you like they expect to see you from time to time in Walmart, so yeah, they're friends now. At least 1 of them was always available to answer or return my call quickly to answer any questions or concerns. I was guided through the whole process, which can be a little daunting, but they made it understandable and helped every step of the way, working with my insurance provider, my personal schedule and the weather. I was given reasonable choices for the shingles (color, style) and the crew that actually replaced the roof was crazy fast and professional. They even returned a few weeks after when they determined my roof dryer vent (not a common vent) was accidentally replaced with a standard air vent to get the correct vent on there, again working around my schedule and at no extra expense to me. Insurance claims of this size can be stressful, confusing and a little scary, but Jon and Tanner at Best Choice Roofing made the whole ordeal as easy as it can be and 100% above board, even working with me on delivering insurance payments so that I was always comfortable and confident in getting exactly the roof and service I expected. I really can't recommend them enough.
Best Choice Roofing in Little Rock did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. Tracy guided the entire project expertly from working with our insurance inspector through the end. Sergio & team’s work on the roof was excellent, no corners cut. A quality job.
They took care of everything for us. My roof was completed in record time. They left my yard perfectly clean, and my roof is beautiful. You should call them if you need a new roof.
