Fraley roofing was fast, friendly, reasonable, and responsive! As soon as I called them, they assessed my wind torn shingles and had a guy out that day to repair them before the coming storm. The next week we had an additional wind storm and all their work was tested against the elements and held up perfectly!

This is the best roofing company this side of heaven! They have helped me when a tree limb knocked out my skylight from a storm and repaired around it, now they go and do me a roof that my wife just loves! She happy I sho nuff happy! I cannot say enough good things about this family owned company. I have a difficult roof and they did an excellent job for me. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond the usual roofers. Believe me, I know. The last company I hired did a very poor job and I had numerous leaks. I had to threaten to sue them to get them to come and fix them and the roof did not last. You will not have that problem with this company.

Cody, Dawson, Joe and crew were very professional and personable throughout the process. From start to finish communication was great, when I had questions Cody was there to answer them. Joe kept in contact before the project started, he contacted me and made me aware of the requirements for their equipment, the crews schedule, the pick up of their equipment and final inspection. Cody and Joe made me aware that my roof (attic space) wasn’t being vented and having vents would help significantly. We discussed details and we agreed moved forward and install ridge vents. The crew worked hard and completed the job on schedule. The process was smooth for my family.

My wife made me aware that Dawson came around as the crew was working and checked on the progress of the job ensuring things were going well! The experience we felt with Fraley Roofing Inc. was an AMAZING experience, they really care about their customers. We felt like a part of their family. Not to mention a person from the crew helped my wife (he didn’t have to, but it was from the kindness of his heart) carry the stroller up the porch stairs making it easier for her.

They replaced my roof four years ago (February 2020) and it is still doing great! Easy to work with, super honest. Several previous people had patched and re-patched my chimney, and it was a mess. Fixing it was not part of Fraley's job, but they gave it a shot, making it clear that they couldn't guarantee, and my chimney has not leaked for four years now. They improved the connection to my existing back porch roof, too. Great people, and they cleaned up perfectly afterward.

Long story short, they were amazing, I definitely recommend Fraley Roofing, great experience from the inspection throughout the job, and in writing the check. Very thorough work, and very happy with my new roof.

After a neighbor found 2 shingles off my roof, I contacted my insurance agent for a roofing referral. He gave me Joe Dye's name as a contact at Fraley Roofing. Joe touched base with me the next day, set up a time to come out that same day, inspected and presented a contract for repair the same day, and then came back that same day for the relatively minor repair in the great scheme of roofing things. A paid invoice was emailed shortly thereafter. I was very pleased.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Fraley Roofing. They replaced my roof and fixed the interior of my house after it sustained some minor damage from the March tornado. They are prompt, courteous, and trustworthy. They also handled everything with my insurance company. I am very thankful, and I would gladly hire Fraley again.

Got hit hard by the recent storm (80 mph winds), blowing off several shingles. Contacted Roger Fraley Sunday evening and he had a crew over to make repairs Monday morning. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Matt, the crew foreman was really on top of things. As a note the cost of repairs was about half what I had expected. Great Job Fraley Roofing!!

Never finished the work nor sent a completed bill. They said they were going to to deal with my insurance for the payment. I get a threat in the mail by a law firm stating to pay the full amount according to contract in 7 days. You didn't even finish the work! Use at your own risk. I hope I can finally get in touch with them to clear up their lack of communication.

Great experience from start to finish . Quality product and 1st rate workmanship. Reasonably priced. Excellent care in removing all debris after job. Look no futher, Fraley Roofing is the right company to do the job.

Multiple delays in coming to assess needs, multiple delays scheduling. Asked for itemized bid, didn't receive. Asked for pictures of areas needing repair and estimation of costs, didn't receive. Drove by once and to home once to find one worker sitting on roof looking at phone. He did smile and wave the second time. No itemized bill. Whether work holds up, we'll see. Would not recommend.

They quickly returned my phone call, came and gave an estimate and got the roof completed in a timely manner. They were extremely respectful of my dad’s military service and offered his discount. When I showed up at my flip house to check on the new roof, the yard was spotless, like no one had been there. I was shocked when I looked up and seen my old ugly pipes had been painted black to match my black roof. I knew then these were some 2nd mile roofers!(they go the extra mile!)

This is a multi-generational family business that takes pride in doing a top notch job with fair pricing! I recently used them to replace a flat section of roof over my carport. I’d done my research on “best practices” and materials and that is just what they suggested and used. No cutting corners here. They took care of the entire job, including construction to replace rotted wood. The whole crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up the area after completion.
