I really wanted all my plumbing exhaust protrusions and flues black to match my new black roof and black turbines, but I didn’t manage to get it done before they came. I was kicking myself. I showed up to see my new roof that night and they had already done it for me included in the price! It looks SO good. It’s the little details like this that matter and they don’t miss. Matt Collins came out promptly to see what I needed, sent me a quote, and scheduled the job at my convenience. He was here on time and had the job done quickly. Cannot say enough about how good the work was from beginning to end!

They were wonderful. Worked from 6 am until 8.30 pm so our roof would be on ahead of all the rain. I have a lot of vegetation that they covered. Even covered our pool so no stray nails got into it. Then came back the next day and cleaned up everything.

Fantastic job, only took two days with over 4,000 sqft under roof!! Everyone was great and took time to be considerate of our property and all they had to work around. We just recently had a new roof from Collins & Son Roofing and we couldn’t love it more! All of the workers started at dawn and didn’t stop until dark to get the job done! It was at freezing temperatures with a wind chill in the teens and they never stopped working as I could hear from inside the house! Great company to work with. We had our roof replaced and had a small issue, they were here within an hour taken care of it on a Sunday. They do stand behind their. We had severe hail damage to our home in Vilonia/Holland, Arkansas. I called Matt Collins and he was here within 24hours, a very busy time in this area since there were numerous storms already in Central Arkansas that caused home damages in multiple areas. He worked well with us, our insurance company, and our timeline. We have a great new roof and even better protection to keep water damage from happening in the future. He even made our insurance company’s estimator jobs easier by taking drone photgraphs that they used in covering our damage. VERY PLEASED!

Easiest 5-star review I ever gave! This crew repaired and reshingled our entire house, separate office building, and our very old barn in just 3 days! That included repairing where a tree hit, old hidden holes that we did not even know were there, and replacing some of the roof structure on the barn. They also took the time and extra effort to paint the vent pipes black which makes a world of difference in appearance. This crew also left no messes behind, a problem we have had in the past with construction workers. Highly recommend Collins and Sons Roofing!

If I could give a lower reading, the one star, I would! Have contacted, reached out several times directly to Matt and home office to have a job to get finished that has not been done yet. No reply no phone call no email no nothing everything has already been paid in full. They promised to come back and finish they never did. I will never use this company again unfortunately we gonna have to get a lawyer and we’re gonna have to go to court order to get our money back money was paid out of pocket and by Insurance companies. Truly disappointing and highly not recommended.

Called them and ask for an estimate on a medal roof for my house. Matt finally showed up a week later. Took some measurements and told me that he would have a estimate for me in two days. A week went by and no estimate or phone call. I called Matt and got his voice mail. I left a message for him to please call me back. He never did.I that is very unprofessional and would not ever do any business with him or his company.

My roof was damaged in a hailstorm. Collins worked with my insurance agent to set everything up. On the day they were scheduled to work, the team showed up on time and began to work. It was amazing how efficient they were. I have a very steep roof and they finished in one day. They threw tarps on the ground and did their best to protect my plants, which I so appreciated. Their clean up job was great. I didn't find even one little piece of shingle or nails in my yard. They even swept my patio and parking pad. I definitely recommend this company.

After a couple of hail storms in the area, we decided we probably should get our roof inspected. We interviewed a couple of companies that specialize in doing storm damage repair and decided after visiting with Matt that we would ask him to tackle the job. We went by his office to select the color. There was a good quantity of colors to pick from. After getting his quote and then getting the approval from the insurance company to go ahead and we proceeded with the job. The shingles were delivered. Matt's crew showed up early in the morning tore off the old roof installed the new roof in a single day. they painted the wind turbines and the vent pipes to match the shingles. After the installation was done his crew went around the house with magnets and picked up all the nails that had fallen to the ground during the removal of the existing shingles. We were well pleased with the installation of the new roof and with the conduct of his crew and with his follow-up to be sure that everything was as we agreed. In the event this roof ever needs replacing again be sure we'll be calling Collins and son to do the job.

Spoke with a rep. from Collins about getting a cash offer quote for a new roof. The individual REFUSED to give me a quote until he saw my insurance claim. Roofing companies only do this in order to charge you as much money as they can get from your insurance company, not the actual cost of a new roof. They do not need to see your insurance claim until after a quote is given. After the quote, the roofing company can make sure they meet all the requirements of your insurance and if need be, add on any additional charges they missed in the initial quote to cover all issues identified by your insurance.

I refuse to do business with a company that cannot be honest up front with a quote without trying to maximize their profit using my insurance money. After telling the rep. from Collins this very fact, he then proceeded to try and shame me by trying to make the point that I was going to get an inferior product from another company because I'm shopping around for a better deal and not focusing on utilizing all my insurance money. This is a lie because I'm smart enough to look at my insurance statement and ensure that the company I get a quote from is covering everything my insurance company identified in their initial quote.

Go with a roofing company that will give you a cash offer quote up front before seeing your insurance payout. Collins is not one of these companies.
