Very easy and pleasant to deal with Luis from Lewis Center as he and Rashawn cleaned and dried our water damage.

Luis from Allphase was responsive and explained all aspects of the work that needed to be completed. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.
The office staff were also very helpful when I needed to change my appointment date.
All in all, I had a wonderful experience with Allphase!

Did an amazing job for us in mt vernon ohio. Super clean work. Employees care about your house... we had a huge leak from a washer machine they had to do a lot of water restoration and repair work to the structure of the flooring.. they put it back better then it was when new.

AllPhase Roofing and Restoration came in after a sink leak was detected and mold was growing inside our walls, through the next room and after damaging half our laminate floor. They came in, checked the extent of damage and fixed it all, with minimal downtown.

After having this financial setback, AllPhase Roofing and Restoration made us feel better to know that when the walls went back up, our safety and happiness was the goal of their staff and everything looks great, at a cost much less than some other companies.

Luis and Angel from AllPhase Restoration did an amazing job in our utility room in our basement. They emptied the room of all boxes and storage things, cleaned out the water and did all the necessary restoration and disinfection. My experience with Allphase and Wilson Remy was due to a broken water supply line. The water went from the upstairs to my living room. I chose them from their online site. They arrived promptly and began the work of drying out my carpet. Wilson explained what they were going to do, always kept me in the loop and said I could contact him whenever I needed. He was also helpful when discussing the next step which was packing up my belongings. He recommended Blue Kangaroo, a fantastic company. Both Allphase and Blue Kangaroo were very professional and a pleasure to work with considering my situation with a ruptured water supply line.

I tried to log on to the website but couldn’t get it to run. My gentleman today was the epitome of polite and considerate. He showed me his progress as the work continued. He found a couple of things that may have been missed before. Hard working. Diligent. Courteous. Given the situation, he was able to make me feel less stressed about everything.
10 minutes later- finally got it to run!

Davante at Allphase was very polite and knowledgeable about working with our insurance to get our roof and gutters replaced after storm damage. The crews did an excellent job replacing everything! They were quick and professional! I would definitely recommend Allphase for exterior and roofing repairs.

I love it when a company can be a general contractor without micro management and still provide the quality you would expect with timing that keeps the family in mind.

AllPhase owned our mold remediation process from front to back, unlike some companies that come in and tear your house apart and leave it to you to find the contractor to rebuild. AllPhase did it all, from start to finish. With well priced budget, working with the insurance company and timely.

They did an amazing job replacing my roof. Took them a day and a half (*large roof, in extreme heat), got the job done perfectly and cleaned everything up so well that all I found afterwards was a couple of nails. Not only that, but their crew was EXCEEDINGLY trustworthy, as they found and returned an heirloom diamond ring that had been lost just days prior. Top notch and respectful crew. I HIGHLY recommend.

Had water in basement due to failed sump pump related to power outage. After getting referral from my insurance company they were there the same night to determine what needed done and their crew was there the following day to begin drying out process. This was during a major rain event in our area and trying to get someone out was next to impossible. Luckily my insurer has connections with Allphase. The fact the remediation crew wasn't only from the area, they brought in members from other offices in NJ and TX, allowed their quick response.

Davante from all phase was great! Very professional and respectful!! He walked through all the steps, explaining every detail. Great to work with !! Crew did the roof in one day! They were professional too!

AllPhase came highly recommended for my roofing and siding repair. Brooks Dennehy was great with working my insurance company to come up with a plan. He personally preformed the initial inspection on my roof and then met with my insurance adjustor on my behalf. I feel like Allphase has my back!

We have worked with him before in a large project and he does exceptional work. He is honest, hardworking, intelligent, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

AllPhase did an incredible job! I needed a full roof replacement, and they helped me throughout the whole process. Clancy was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He checked in regularly along the process to ensure I received the service I needed. The rest of the team worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Overall a great experience and I will be recommending them to others!

Poor communication and transparency regarding pricing. Would have never contracted with them for the work had i known the final cost. Range of $2k-$4k given to account for potential expansion of scope if damage was wider spread. Verbal estimate stating total cost would be “closer to $2k” if we stuck to original scope. Scope did not change whatsoever. I was never informed that costs would be higher than the $2k range, until I received a bill for $4100.

Amazing service! Prompt, we called during a severe rainstorm (damaging our roof) and they were here in less than 2 hours to inspect the damage, and to tarp it up. They were extremely efficient in handling the insurance, the inspectors, and working with us on the cost. Very custom oriented with top notch quality, could not recommend more highly. 10, not 5 star business.

Mke and Clancy were professional and assisted me in every step of getting this accomplished . They were courteous. I appreciate all that they did.

Our insurance company sent out a roofing company that said we just needed some patching done. We had allphase come out , They took pictures showing wind damage So bad that our roof needed complete New roof. We had leak Mark inside on our ceiling That we had also showed the other roofing company. Allphase also sent those same pictures to our insurance company and we were approved for a complete new roof. We had a new beautiful roof within a week. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up afterwards.

This company is amazing. Loved the easy communication. Jeff made this way to easy for me. There were time issues and changes to the project that made things difficult but they worked with my needs and timeline. For me in 51 years and 5 houses I will always call Allphase first! Highest recommendations!

Spencer from AllPhase has been such a blessing as our advocate to represent us with the insurance company. Can’t wait for restoration and we are so pleased with the work so far.

Awful experience. I suggest to avoid this company. We had a leak from the bathroom upstairs into the ceiling above the cabinet in the kitchen. So to fix the leak, the ceiling & part of the wall has to be opened up - then the plumber can fix the leak & replace the pipes - then afterward to reconstruct the ceiling & wall. AllPhase did the demo & reconstruction.

The demo crew is their own crew (came in AllPhase truck etc). They did a good job in sealing the kitchen area, but for some reason they did not follow instructions from the plumber so they had to be called back a couple of times. One of the crew members also did not seem to know what he was doing, which ended up striping the some screws (which made it longer for him to uninstall the cabinet). They also did not remove old the drywall / ceiling nails.

The restoration crew was just sloppy. They were contractors (not AllPhase employees). Their drywall work is sloppy, bad sanding job, or paint before the sanding is done (which leaves uneven ceiling/wall surface), did not seal the work area well (unlike the demo crew), and also did not tape well (which leaves drywall dust, mud & paint on the floor, cabinet, fridge, etc). They had to be called back several times to fix their work (which supposedly take 2 weeks - but it dragged into almost 5 weeks), but in the end I just got tired of not being able to use my kitchen and ended up sanding & touching up the paint myself.

My recommendation is maybe to use them for water mitigation, clean up, but do not use AllPhase for restoration work.

[Follow up]:
I called the number from the response below. After about several cancellations and rescheduling (from AllPhase), finally a restoration/reconstruction manager name Bill came to my house and we had a good talk. Bill was very professional, respectful, a good listener, and he was willing to offer us to fix the sloppy work from the previous crew (with his different crew).

Eventually, our family decided to reject his offer - primarily because AllPhase had several chances already to fix, repair, touch up, etc - but they botched it. If our experience with the previous crew was indicative of any work in the future, the disruption of our kitchen use will be very hard for our family.

My review is still the same - I would NOT recommend AllPhase for restoration work.

We are very happy with communication, service and finished product. Extremely helpful in working with our insurance to have our roof replaced after hail damage. Brooks Dennehy and Davonte definitely made us feel comfortable and valued.

We had lightning strike our home and wanted to find someone that would be able to fix not only our roof but assist with inside damage as well. We worked with Mike on our roof repair and Mike and Steve on our interior repair and they did a fantastic job. They were good communicators and handled our needs quickly and fairly.

I wanted to recognize the good work that All Phase did on our garage ceiling due to a leaking toilet. It was completed in a timely manner. They were all very respectful, kind and kept us in the loop when they would be here to work on it. The finished work was excellent! Spencer and Anthony are true professionals. The work All Phase did to repair my ceilings looked like new. They are timely talented! I would highly recommend them.

Elijah was so informative and persuading. I am scheduling to get my gutters with Allphase in the upcoming weeks. I wanted to leave a review because it's rare to see someone this young to be this driven.

Excellent work, great communications throughout process. Highly recommend. However, when I got the invoice it was double the estimate. They did admit an error was made and adjusted the bill.

I have had Allphase put two new flat roofs for me now on 2 different areas and have liked all handling from contact to cleanup. They really are good to work with.

We had a great experience with the AllPhase employees during a very stressful disaster in our newly purchased home. However, we were not as satisfied with the contractors used to fix and replace our roof. When my husband question their work he was told that they would tear it off and fix it but it would cost us extra. Now our roof looks worse than it did before they started and no one has come back out to assess
it. We will most likely have to pay for another roof before we sell our house.

EDIT: We had a couple of people come assess our roof. The first guy said he wasn’t sure what to do. He told us he never would have fixed the roof the way their employees fixed it. He left saying he would send someone else.

Weeks later his boss comes out and says they could probably fix it, but it might not look good with brand new shingles next to sun faded shingles..we didn’t care and wanted the problem fixed. He told us he would be back out “next week” to have it fixed.

Still haven’t seen or heard from anyone in months. What started as a great experience has quickly turned into terrible customer service and a horrible looking job done. I do not recommend.
