Was having a roof over my sunroom redone and they gave me an estimate they run into other issues with part of my roof that weren't a part of the estimate they advised me of them went ahead and fixed them great company would highly recommend them fantastic work when you call him they get right back with you and fix the problem and again they went up and Beyond what their contract said we should advise me what was going on in the even stayed late to get it tightened up because there was a big rain coming and they'd run into other issues but they still stayed late to get it sealed up would highly recommend this company

They are a local Delaware company and did an amazing job on our back addition & front porch... The job was done as promised, in a timely manner, and their clean-up of the construction debris was meticulous. 5 Stars!

Cavalier replaced our roof and gutters and it looks great. Jeff was quick to respond to the request for a quote and got us on the schedule quick. Every part of the project went smooth and was done as quick as possible given the weather conditions. Jeff communicated every part of the process and is a pleasure to work with.

Jeff was most helpful during a very trying time with damages caused by the March 2024 tornado. He determined the roof damage, met with the adjuster and negotiated for results. When replacing the roof, he ran into many problems, with the existing roof being so old, and was able to make the necessary repairs. I greatly appreciate all the personal attention and assistance.

This is a wonderful company and we highly recommend them! The employees are kind and great at cleaning up. Even our dog loved them and he isn't easy to please! Jeff was great to work with. Our farm house is more than 150 years old and had its quirks. Jeff spent time and solved all the problem areas. We are more than pleased with owner, employees and the results!

This was an exceptional experience. Cavalier Metal Roofs replaced my two porch roofs with white tpo. It is a very functional material, reflects sunlight, and no more leaking!
The quote was well reasoned. Jeff and Jeff and Fidel's crew communicated well with me, were upfront about what minor reframing was needed and how that would influence the final cost of the project.
The crew worked quietly, methodically, and with great attention to detail. They cleaned up the debris, were professional, respectful, and kept me well informed throughout the one and a half day project. Nevertheless, despite everyone's best effort, an out-of-sight downspout stayed disconnected. It took one phone call, and Jeff the owner came right away --in the rain, on a Friday afternoon-- to provisionally connect the now ill-fitting downspout. After the weekend, Jeff and Jeff as well as Fidel and a crew member returned to install the replacement downspout.
I highly recommend this company and will gladly call on them again when and if the main house needs a new roof.

I was told by a home inspector that the metal roof needed to be replaced. I contacted Jeff at Cavalier Metal Roofing to get an estimate to repair or replace the roof. After spending a great deal of time on the roof, he told me the. roof was in good condition and at this time there was no need for repair or replacement. He could have made a sale on repair or replacement but he didn’t do that, and that showed honesty and integrity in this roofing company. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a really great experience working with Cavalier over the last few weeks. We had them redo our front and back porch roofs. The quote they gave us was reasonable (not the most expensive, nor the least expensive one we got) and they were very communicative which we appreciated. Shortly before they were due to begin work, Jeff and Jeff came by to double check measurements/make sure we were good to go and they noticed that our back porch had an issue that might be costly for us to fix. They were extremely upfront about how it would need to be fixed in order to put the metal roof on and then gave us a range of what the increased costs might be. Out of all the people that quoted a metal roof for us (at least 4 companies including Cavalier), not a single other one noticed or mentioned this potential issue. We were impressed that they caught it before removing the old roofing. Once we opened everything up, both roofs needed a lot more work than anticipated, and again Jeff and Jeff were extremely communicative about how this would change the project. We ended up needing to adjust the framing for the entire back porch, which was no small task, but the solution they came up with to do so was very smart. We even asked if they would be willing to add insulation between the beams in the back roof (which is above our historically very cold kitchen) and they were happy to do so. Ultimately, both roofs went on relatively quickly and look beautiful on our home. If we ever decide to put metal roofing on the main roof, we will absolutely reach out to Cavalier again.

I was in desperate need of a new roof. Jeff and his team were efficient and knowledgeable. We ran into a snag with some old piping and Jeff handled everything. Cavalier Roofing was doing a metal roof on the house across the street last week which is how I met the owner and his crew. I have done some metal work before and had a metal roof installed in 2009/2010. Due to injury I never finished the trim/fascia work on my house. After seeing what a fantastic job the crew was doing on my neighbors house I decided to ask Jeff (owner) if his crew could finish the work on my house. He agreed and the work is top notch. I have been around construction in my earlier years and know somewhat what to look for. Not only is the work on my house outstanding I now have another beautiful metal roof to look at in my neighborhood. Jeff is one of those guys that you can tell really cares about his customers whether the job is large or small. He was at the jobsite everyday with his crew and always took time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. His prices are great, his crew is outstanding and you wont find a nicer person to work with. I was very impressed and I have worked with 100s of contractors. If I ever need any future work I know I will be calling them. Go metal! Go Cavalier! You wont be disappointed!

Absolutely recommend! Very communicative and attentive. We had several issues spanning across our whole roof from the previous company and all our issues were addressed. The work and craftsmanship look amazing and the new roof changes the whole look of the house for the better. Highly recommend getting textured standing seam. You can’t go wrong with Cavalier! Original installer of the roof did an improper job with the flashing on the chimney. Had water leaking in and had to replace a bunch of drywall. Called cavalier and they literally were able to see the problem from the street as they were pulling up. Repaired for a good price, and no leaks whatsoever. Thankful for the good quality service!

Cavalier was amazing. Jeff did a great job explaining everything, and even took the time to do a walkthough with me when it was done. The crew was extremely friendly and very professional and always went out of their way to say hello and see if we had questions. And the finished product is 100% worth it!

After researching several standing seam metal roofing companies in the Central Ohio area, we decided to go with Cavalier Metal Roofs and we couldn’t be happier with that choice. Being in the fine dining (formal dining) business for over 30 years I have spent my entire life dedicated to three things: Quality products, impeccable service, and attention to detail. So, when a microburst hit my block this summer, I was faced with the unexpected task of getting a new roof. Since this was my first roof buying experience, the stress was a bit overwhelming, so I compartmentalized this in three stages.

Stage one: Being overwhelmed

Right after the storm I was inundated with companies wanting to sell me a new roof, I counted at least twelve companies in one week! I did some extensive research on my own and narrowed it down to five companies based on three categories: the highest priced, mid-level priced, least expensive (the ones that charged what the insurance was willing to pay). I also decided that I may want a metal roof and would compare the prices of metal vs traditional shingles in all cases.

Stage two: The interview

Wow, this didn’t take long! The first two were clearly shady so I dropped them immediately (the ones that ONLY took the insurance amount, the least expensive). I’m SURE once they got that money, I would never see them again! I then spoke to a well-advertised metal roofing company that had “good reviews and four stars”. However, they wanted to set up a one hour sales appointment with me! When I told them, “I don’t have an hour” they actually said to me, “well if you don’t have an hour for us maybe you should find another roofing company”. Ha! So that’s what I did! I’m sure If the customer service is that bad, the rest of the company is just as bad.

Finally, I was down to two companies, Cavalier Metal Roofs and Able. I choose Cavalier Metal Roofs. I do give a shout out to Able, they were very good. I asked a lot of questions; they gave good information; they were professional and followed through up until the end. If I had an issue, I’m sure they would have fixed it and the warranty for the roof was exceptional.

Stage three: The Decision

The ONE company that rose above everyone else was Cavalier Metal roofs. First, they gave me the option of both metal and shingle roofing side by side and walked me through EVERY step of the process. In fact, the actual owner of the company (Jeff) personally showed me the materials, making choices with me, showing me how I could save money and where I should spend money it was incredible. They also got back to me quickly with each text, email or phone call. I knew this was the company for me and felt extremely confident about my decision! I also knew that if I have a problem, it will get resolved quickly, and the warranty was exceptional. When it came time to installation, it was fast and efficient with no materials left behind. Finally, the detail, UNBELIEVALBLE!!! I couldn’t believe it was the same house.

My ‘line’ in life has always been: 'In the end the cheap man pays the most'. Cavalier Metal Roofs wasn’t’ the cheapest nor the highest priced roofing company, however the VALUE (that’s the key here) of their product was UNMATCHED. I got an incredible product, incredible service, and a roof that was perfect in every detail! You can drive by house and see the difference yourself, just ask them for my address.

Since this was my first roof buying experience (and hopefully my last) I fully endorse Cavalier Metal Roofs and would personally recommend them to anyone looking for quality, honesty and value in a new roof. Bravo, great job!!!

As a contractor last thing on my mind at the end of a long workday is to work on my personal home once I get there. The installers that showed up to finish my metal roof, very professional. They paid attention to detail at the metal transitions, which makes all the difference when installing a metal roof.

Mr. LaFramboise was as very knowledgeable concerning my old soffit, roof, and facia. I had a leak and it was decided replace the whole roof in green metal. I couldn't be happier with the results. When I'm entertaining friends they always ask who did that work.

Cavalier paid attention to detail and did quality work without taking any shortcuts. The siding installation and soffit / fascia repair was done by talented craftsmen. Jeff was a great communicator and generous with his time. I will definitely trust Cavalier again.

He was prompt at our first meeting. Inspecting the roof from the inside out. The roof needed more than Storm damage and everything was completed in only 48 hours.

I had new gutter and downspouts installed. After the job was completed I had a few questions. Jeff took the time to came back and answer them for me. Would use Cavalier metal roofs again.

Great service and good experience. We needed to replace our old asphalt roof that was old and leaking. We decided to go with a metal roof and solicited multiple companies. We decided to go with Jeff and his service because he was the one that took extra steps to inspect our roof and properly scope all the various elements needed for an accurate estimate. This even involved going up on the roof in the middle of the summer where it was very hot. That meant a lot to us because it showed us he was willing to take the extra steps to make sure we would get what we needed even if it was inconvenient. None of the other companies went near that far. We decided to go with Jeff even though it was not the cheapest bid.

The overall experience of scheduling the work and installation went smooth. The team worked well and they were able to get done on time and without any changes in scope. That step to scope our site resulted in an accurate estimate and no changes in scope. Our roof went on well and has not given us any issues. Many of our neighbors were impressed and also wanted a quote.

We didn't quote for gutters initially but because of the excellent work we later decided to go with Jeff to get matching gutters installed that were also high quality in terms of materials and workmanship.

We had a black standing seam metal roof installed with matching gutters and it's looks amazing! Jeff is very knowledgeable about metal. We liked his professionalism and he took the time to answer all our questions. They were more affordable than the other two estimates we received. The installers worked hard and were polite.
