We recently had a new roof, soffit and gutters installed by Crawford Restoration and they did an amazing job! He recommended we contact our insurance company and so glad he did! They stay in contact through the entire process. Definitely recommend!

Matt Young met with us , helped us thru this from start to finish, sent updates on project start and when materials were delivered, was on site for installation . We were very pleased with there work and would highly recommend there company.

I had a small leak around my vent stack, and Phil and team came out, used a drone for the initial inspection, diagnosed the issue, and quickly repaired the issue the next day. I appreciate their responsiveness and follow-up. I would use them again for repair or replacement and would recommend to others.

Hands down the best repair/remodeling company I have ever worked with and a steadfast advocate for the complete and TOTAL storm damage repair. Phil Crawford and Jake Dorne both worked to ensure very little mediation between me and my insurance company, for two at home workers that was very much appreciated. Had it not been for the both of them I feel I would have had to deal with substandard work and let's be honest, this is a home AND an investment. These two were great and would gladly recommend their company for future work.

Crawford Restoration did a fantastic job on replacing 12 roofs on the condos at the Villages of River Oaks in Heath, OH. I can’t say enough about this wonderful company that replaced a number of roofs that sustained wind damage in our condo community. The Crawford team worked tirelessly from early morning until sundown in order to complete the roof replacement on our four unit building in one day! Project manager, Jake Dorne, did a great job of facilitating the work and keeping it moving in a very organized and timely manner.

The crew was very efficient, and their cleanup was quick and complete. The finished product was beautiful and professionally done. They even installed new vents on the roofs! It’s rare for something to be done absolutely perfect the first time, but what I think sets Phil and his company apart is that they will continue working with you until you’re satisfied. Phil is very responsive and his team did great work. Very impressed with spencer, if you’re looking for work to be done ask for Spencer. I personally wouldn’t recommend working with Anthony, he does not represent Crawford’s team well. Will be using Crawford Restoration for future projects.

I would recommend Crawford Restoration for replacement and repair of your roof. They helped me work with my insurance company and made for an easy replacement process. Jake was quick to communicate during the entire install process and was able to accommodate a last minute schedule change for us. The install crew did a great job and the cleanup was spotless.

Not much to say other than great professional service. Phil was amazing to work with and helped me with numerous options to solve my home roof and gutter issues. Did not feel pressured to take the most expensive option and when the time came to fix the install teams were on time and clean.

I had some damage to my vinyl siding + gutter from a windstorm. Crawford literally came out same day to get me an estimate and help me understand what options I had with insurance, etc., which was incredibly helpful since it was my first time with a home repair like this.

Spencer came out when we scheduled a time for the repair and he was incredibly nice + professional. Was able to wrap the whole job up in a few hours and it looked brand new. I'm a very particular person so for me to be impressed - its saying a lot!

We used Crawford Restoration to replace an old gable vent. The vent was an odd shape and size, and was hard to find. It took a couple attempts to find a vent that would work, but Phil worked super diligently to get the job done at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again, thanks!

Our entire experience working with Phil was excellent. From the first call to come and examine the issue, through a total roof replacement, and working with the insurance company, he was always available for questions, provided detailed overviews and options, and kept us informed. He worked to ensure we understood the process, explained all of the issues, and set expectations around each step. He and his team were diligent in working with the insurance company to ensure we were getting everything covered that should be covered to ensure we were put back to normal. I called Crawford and Phil answered was very kind and understanding came out same day and checked out our roof. Set up a date for a small repair and great service. Highly recommend! Didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't needed! Hope I won't have to use again. But definitely would.

Phil replaced my roof. The insurance company was only going to pay for a small portion of the replacement even though it was the result of a storm because it was an older roof. Phil was able to work with them, providing documentation and identifying missing items from the adjustors list to get the company to make a better payout. He was a great communicator and super responsive. I am very happy with the roof and his team's work.

We actually didn't go there but they were hired to replace our roof on our home. They did a great job at a reasonable rate. In one day they tore off all the plywood and replaced several rafters. They then shingled the roof and added new ventilation. When weather breaks they will add all new gutters. Scott was very helpful explaining everything that they were doing. I highly recommend this company for any restoration.

Phil stopped by and gave me a free inspection of my roof and gutters. It was such a simple and quick process; I didn't even need to be home. The next day I received a detailed email, (with photos) explaining to me my roof was in good shape, but my gutters needed replaced. I now have brand new gutters with gutter guards, and I have never been happier. I will never have to clean my gutters again! The company was on time, reliable, clean and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend them!

He worked with the insurance company throughout the process and it got approved. They installed the new roof within a day. They did a great job. Great communication and easy to work with. I honestly never thought at the start of the process a new roof would be approved by my insurance so I'm glad I connected with Crawford Restoration to assist me with this issue.

Crawford Restoration replaced our roof after weather damage. We had multiple assessments and estimates but this duo —Phil and Scott —was in a different league. They are very knowledgeable and dealt with the insurance company directly without us getting involved. Because of their assessment and photos our insurance covered everything except the deductible. The roof replacement took only 2-3 days. There’s a huge team that comes and works very sufficiently. We were very satisfied and would go with this company again if we have any roof issues. Phil and his team did fantastic work. He came out and inspected our issue and had us a quote in a few days. We signed the doc to agree to his service and he scheduled for the next week. The web based signature system is easy to use.

Their work was quick and efficient. They did such a fantastic job that you can't even tell that there was a repair. They ran into a few other spots that needed repairs so they fixed those while on the original job. The price increase was minimal and well worth having the job done right.
