Over 4 hours late with very poor communication. We took the day off work for them to come to our place to do a job. Lied about the ETA twice. We know how to tell time. Please give truthful estimates on time frames and arrival. Time is money for all of us.

Find another company! Had a terrible experience called them for a quote for mold mitigation after a plumping leak. Had another company come to fix the plumbing which was fine. Instead of just a quote Luis told us we could keep a dehumidifier and think on it over the weekend at no cost to us. After the weekend we called Monday and they didn’t get back with us till Tuesday and then a month later we get a bill for 1100$. Nothing was said about pay and the manager argued with us that they wouldn’t leave anything for free when we were clearly told we wouldn’t be charged I would have never have agreed to a dehumidifier to be left for 1100$. Scammers and liars. Do not go with this company.

Had to get some drywall tore down and carpet and kitchen floor tore up. They ended up not working well with our insurance company. They double charged us for Labor and for tearing up sub floor in the living room which they did not do. I will never go back to them for anything and I encourage anyone to not work with them

We had a pipe freeze this winter and came home to water coming down from light fixtures in kitchen and into our crawl space. I called Apex Plumbing from web search. That was the first mistake. Plumber showed up and immediately suggested Allphase Roofing & Restoration. After researching a week later I found that this is a common scam from National Insurance Fraud website. Plumbers were getting big referral fees in water mitigation scams. I have no idea if Apex plumber received a referral fee, just see Apex mentioned a lot with this company. I called Allphase Restoration at 8 pm and found that they could stop by. Second mistake. I should have not panicked. These companies want you to panic and sign a one sided contract. Luis from All Profit I mean All Phase showed up with IPad and I made my third mistake by not reading the contract. I signed a contract that had terrible terms. I waived my right to cancel in 3 days. If I terminated I was obligated to pay for services performed along with a 20% fee for what Allphase expected to get for the job. Allphase brought 6 dehumidifiers in. There was no cutting into drywall in the ceiling or walls. After 2 days of reading terrible reviews and hearing from the insurance adjuster and a contractor that the dehumidifiers were not doing anything until the drywall was cut into which exposed the moisture behind the walls and ceiling. I told them I wanted them to leave. They said my charges were $3600 for work performed which is $300 a day per dehumidifier. In addition the 20% contract charge was $3500. Which means that they expected to get $17,500 for just water mitigation which I believe is just running dehumidifiers for weeks. You can get a high end dehumidifier from Menards for $300. Insurance ended up paying me $11000. I was able to hire a contractor to cut all the drywall, dry everything out, fix the bad insulation, replace the drywall, sand and retexture the ceiling for $5000. We did our own painting. I talked with attorneys and filed complaints with the Attorney General to see about getting out of contract with Allphase. I settled $7100 balance to $6000. It is unfortunate that companies like Allphase can get away with this and that consumers fall victim. I believe that water mitigation companies prey on this. My advice if you are in a similar situation. Don’t panic, don’t sign contracts, don’t trust plumber referrals, get price estimates up front. Don’t believe lies from plumbers who tell you that insurance companies will deny claims if not acted on in short order. And stay away from companies like All Profit I mean All Phase.

Allphase is some partner company with Apex plumbing. I guess this is something they don’t really want people to know. When a sewage backup happened after some plumbing work, they paid for Allphase to come clean it up. When they showed up a few hours later, they claimed they did not know it was sewage and would come back the next day with proper equipment. This meant we had to stay the night somewhere else as it was unsafe for us and our newborn baby to be there. They showed up and did a great job.

Unfortunately, we had more plumbing causing a small amount of backup and they called Allphase to come clean it again. We are now on week 2 of trying to get someone out to fix things. It is clear communication is not their strong suit. I would get calls saying to expect them one day and they would text me saying they got super busy. Ok, but when will you come then? No word. I reach back out a few days later. They say they will call them and get back to me. Nothing. I get a random text a few days later asking if I was free that afternoon. I say yes and then hear nothing. No one showed up either. I call dispatch again just to hear that someone had marked my job as completed. Get a text the next day with a, “sorry. We will be by tomorrow morning.” That morning is today. I text at 10 am to see when they are coming and I get a “I will call them”. One hour later and no response. I’m officially done trying to get them out and will likely clean the mess up myself at this point.

I had no complaints about the work when it was done, but had I not been on maternity leave, I would have had to planned when I could get off work to let them come clean. They have wasted so much of our time by not being able to schedule us in or communicate effectively. If you reach out for work and they don’t come within a day or two, I say cancel and try your luck with someone else.

If I could give this company 0 stars or negative stars I would! Do not be fooled they are not going to work with you for payment! After destroying your house they will 100% expect you to pay ALL 10,000 at once or they will go straight to put a lien on your property! They will also go straight to seeing you for your bill and request wage garnishment. They act like they will give you options and work with you on a payment plan but they don’t. Do not let these people work on your home!!! And extremely rude and unprofessional! Screamed at me interrupted me on the phone and wouldn’t even let me talk! I told these people I don’t have that kind of cash to pay for this work and was unsure how I was supposed to to pay when they first came to look at my home! They then instead of figuring out payment first pushed me to let them work and insisted they know people don’t have that kind of money and have options and help available. Yeah no! They don’t! They do not work with you! Unless you wanna wind up in a law suit don’t use this company! Save up and fix your house yourself they’ll screw you!!! Not to mention they trash your home!! They leave crap in your yard and all the place they tore out doors and our bathroom literally left it all in my yard! Toilet door all of it! And didn’t clean anything! Then charged me 10000!!!! Rip off! They prey on home owners with unfortunate disasters in the homes. They act like they care they don’t! They are doing it to rip you off!

Very unprofessional. Came to work on our house for mold in the basement. Did not finish the job. Apparently the guys who completed the labor were fired, and completing our job got lost in that. Said they would waive the final payment as an apology, and then acted like that never happened and threatened to send us to a collection agency.

Took them 2 years to try and finish a second story porch and then they never completed the job correctly. The new rubber roof they did not run under the door threshold, they first ran it over the threshold so you couldn’t even shut the door. Then they cut the rubber and so the ceiling below is now leaking again because they refuse to run the rubber roof properly under the threshold. They know exactly what they need to do and still refuse to fix the problem so I will be taking them to court.

The drivers do not have very good business etiquette. For 5 days in a row, I had to ask them not to park at the end of my driveway, they should be parking in front of,or in the the driveway persons home they are serving. All of the trucks need to be maintenanced, as they left oil stains on the street. So be careful.

BE AWARE!!!!! They charge for EVERYTHING and never mention that!!!
I met with a rep and made it CLEAR that I had not heard back from my insurance adjuster YET to advise if flood damage was covered. I thought I made it CLEAR that I didn’t want to do anything that will have charges since the damage may NOT be covered!! The Rep said he understood and said we would get mitigation started and that there would ONLY be an estimate without a charge! I heard back from the adjuster who advised the same day that the flood damage wasn’t covered. Right at that moment, I immediately unplugged the machine and called AllPhase customer service. I told the customer service girl to send someone asap to pick up the equipment because it’s not covered and I am not paying for that since I have to replace everything out of pocket. They NEVER PICKED UP THAT DAY!!!
They finally came the following day late late afternoon like 5-6PM-ish !!

Then…… they sent me a bill for close to $11,000!!! I emailed saying “NO WAY will I pay this for a 5 hour dehumidifier rental WHEN I was only supposed to be getting an estimate”! I told them I refuse to pay that and to send my bill to collections! Then they came back and said “Oh ok. Well then it’s going to be $1,734.16”.
Ummm wrong!! I am NOT paying close to $2,000 for 5 hours of dehumidifier rental! You can BUY or rent them cheaper than that!!!! So THEN they came back and said “they spoke with the team and the correct amount owed is $504.57. There is a charge of $342.18 for the equipment rental and $162.39 for the service call”. I’m so disgusted with them! I will NEVER do business nor will I refer them to ANYONE EVER!!! They did absolutely NOTHING and are charging me $500!!
Who does business like that? I feel like they 100% took advantage since I’m a single female in a complete crisis situation! My house was completely flooded and I had NO HELP! I wouldn’t refer them to anyone EVER.

Such a horrible people to work with. They said the problem is between us and our insurance company but if that was the case then why did your agent took the initiative to say not to worry and the insurance will cover everything after he received the claim back from our insurance. If he doesn’t know how to understand what it says on the insurance claim then why give a wrong information to your customer who doesn’t speak English. The translator job is to translate and not to ask questions so it’s your agent’s fault to take the responsibility to have me translate that the insurance will pay everything. They keep saying this is between you and the insurance company but the truth is it’s your fault for reading the claim that came from insurance and instead of saying your insurance might not cover everything they said it will cover. I spoke with Kevin Groves and he was doing well with customer service but turned out he’s even a horrible person who’s not willing to bring that agent to the picture and says it’s our own problem to find the agent when I asked to talk to the agent who was there to communicate throughout the whole process. Not just this, when I asked to speak to a legal claim he said he will try to find someone to speak to but hung up the call. I thought the call was cut off by mistake so I wrote an email to Kevin to get back to us and it’s been days and he haven’t replied back saying anything. He only replies within a few minutes to collect his money and to keep his agent hidden. They take advantage of people who don’t know much and never willing to help saying you can only talk to me and nobody else. As I read someone’s review here, just like us they said at first that they will work with the insurance and the insurance will take care of everything and later when they ask us for the payment and we tell them well you guys said the insurance will take care of all, then they reply with this saying it is between you and your insurance instead of taking the responsibility to admit that they spoken their words and if it’s really between us and our insurance then why even tell the customers that we will work with your insurance and we will take care of everything instead of saying we cannot determine whether the insurance will cover everything or not. They even explain the claim wrong and end up saying it was my job to file a claim with my insurance when they own agent came and said I will file it and they did file it for me after I gave them the information of the insurance. They are a fraud and a shameless people.

I found Allphase quality, honesty, and customer service severely lacking. Their subcontractors were reckless, causing significant damage all around my property. When I reported the issues, Clancy and Hannas either attempted to fix it with poor quality/ wrong materials, denied responsibility as preexisting or dismissed my concerns as unreasonable, like restitution is asking for too much but in my case I got all 3 at one point or another. Clancy will also try to charge you for extra material that wasn’t used but he did at least adjust it once called out on it. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a company, AVOID Allphase if possible.

Highly over price. To remove carpet and two deep freezer and a couch and set up machines to dry out a basement was 9700. When I ask why it was so much they said it's bease of how long the equipment had to run and that the equipment was expensive to run. There equipment ran off my electricity.
I didn't even get a quote which I guess it was my fault but still I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Below you will see a reply to my review asking me to call so we can discuss my issues with their company. They was not at all prepared nor did they Direct me to somebody in charge. They had no intention of taking my call.

Had a large garage fire...standing water, burnt junk everywhere, walls burned.
Patrick, Ryan and Moe came in and did work and knocked it all out down to the studs...cleaned up the kitchen wall smoke damage, put up the air scrubbing machines to get the smoke smell out and took tons of pics snd documented everything for insurance purposes to cover me on that end. Fast and efficient and great communication. Highly recommend for ANY house disaster and they handle "All phases" of the cleanup and even reconstruction that will begin next week.

Extremely Unprofessional:

I had a leak in an upstairs bathroom and needed to have a section of subfloor replaced. They came out and drew up a quote, agreed to replace a 2’ x 6’ section of the subfloor.

I agreed to their quote and they scheduled for a 6/11 install, arrival between 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. I waited for them and they never showed. At 11:00 AM I sent an email asking if they were still coming, and was told they had someone pass away and would come tomorrow.

They sent someone over the next day, after he had been working for a few hours he sent me a text saying he had purchased the wrong size toilet flange, he would need to get a different one and come back tomorrow to install it. I texted the manager and told him that on second thought don’t worry about the toilet flange, I would install one after the new flooring was in because I wanted it flush and didn’t want to risk anymore leaks. The manger told me he couldn’t take the charge off because they had already purchased the toilet flange, and I showed him the text from the tech saying he purchased the wrong one, so he agreed to take it off.

When I went to inspect the work, I discovered the tech had installed a 2’x4’ section of subfloor and then tried to level the rest with .19” plywood overtop the old compromised subfloor. The result was uneven and very wavy (pictures). I sent these pictures to the manager and requested they replace the 2’ x 6’ section with one solid piece like we had discussed. He agreed to send the tech back out to replace it.

Then he sent me a payment request, and texted me that I could use the link to pay by card. I asked him if he removed the toilet flange install, and he said “yea” but the payment request was for the original quoted amount. (So he didn’t bother to check when I asked) Then he sent another payment request for $160 less, but the toilet flange install line item was $321, I asked why it wasn’t less the full amount and he said because they removed the old one… but there is already a line item for removing the toilet flange: $63. So he sends a revised invoice, but he had changed the line item “Plumbing labor minimum” from $96 to $356….

He tried to call and “explain” why this new total was correct, and he was very argumentative. He claimed the reason his tech originally replaced the 2’ x 4’ section was that if he went all the way to the wall they might have damaged the wall and then I would be paying for that too, and that “he never promised they would replace the whole section.” I told him he can take me to small claims and we can let a judge work it out. Eventually he claimed the plumbing labor minimum change was a computer error because “it’s an automated system” and sent a link for the correct amount. I paid it just to be done dealing with them.

I can’t express to anyone who owns a home or is in real estate to how far you should stay away from this scam. They literally came into the house, said to give them the $6000 insurance deposit as this would be covered by insurance, and they would work with the insurance company to get resolved. This was back in November 16 2023. They plug in a fan. Then leave. Basically ghost us for the next month or so. Finally insurance reaches out mid December saying they won’t do anything. Try contacting all phase to get our money back as that was for the insurance claim. Nothing. Can’t reach them. Then I call another company to come out and then email all phase stating no harm no foul but we haven’t heard from you and I have to get this fixed with 3 children running around. requesting the money back as they have not started and they refused. Said it was there’s now. So with the straight up refusal to give back out ( what we were told was an insurance deposit) but was in all actuality a part of their bait and switch scam. After I begged a couple more times for the money back and they refused again, I guess I had two choices. Take them to court which would be how much longer or they come in and did this quality work for the $6000. Put up plastic that all fell down everywhere they put it , scratched up our wood floors, left broken tile all over the bathroom floor even after they left, can still see it in pics, put painters tape floor protection paper over the heater vent which was extremely hot ( glad that dry paper didn’t catch fire and basically ghosted us again. It’s February 7th 2024 now. RUN!!!! I have never reviewed a business before but I would feel horrible not getting the word out and another family with kids like mine going through something like this. It’s been a huge nightmare and I would hate to see you go through it. Again. RUN!!!

To respond to your comments all phase. My concerns are not with the denial of the insurance claim. My issues is with your lack of communication, lack of quality workmanship on the job as I believe any contractor could see, you bait and switch system in which you enter a persons home and take their money, stating it’s going to be covered, and after speaking myself to insurance and them stating they and most insurance companies cover punctual leaks and not this type of leak. And trying to inform the public that you as an owner, who work with insurance companies all the time, told me you know the issue of the leak as you as the owner just stated, decided to scam me, take my money, knowing insurance wouldn’t cover, because of the bait and switch situation as you knew the situation we were in. Your contractual obligation stated this work would be completed in an emergency situation. Agree or disagree on what was done. I think we could all agree 3 months to complete what I and I think any license contractor in the state of Ohio would think one to two people could do in a day what took your company 3 months to complete which actually just cause damage and delay to myself. No point in going back and forth with you because of all the times I have had a concern it was never addressed or responded. And you as the owner never stepped in to deescalate, try and work with me. At the beginning all I wanted was my money back from the scam. You had completed no work and insurance was not going to cover and you decided you were intitled to my money anyway because you had a signed contract by a non owner of the home. Not worth arguing with someone with your level of customer service as I know where this is going. I am just trying to inform the public of the type of business owner you are and they are free to make the decision if the work shown in pictures is something of the quality they are looking for an a company like yours.

Honestly, the best part of your response to my review, is the lack of any concern with the pictures I posted of how you left my house. If you feel right in the situation that’s fine, atleast people know what to expect from a service side of your company

I scheduled an appointment for one of my rental properties and gave Allphase the tenants number to contacts while onsite.

They never called the tenant upon arrival to enter the property.

So the inspection never occurred.

I would not recommend using this company. Poor communication and now I have to reschedule.

I will be using a separate company moving forward.

To the entire staff at Allphase from the young Lady I spoke with to verify they were a real and reputable Co. to the Coordinator who called to ensure the time and date of the build and to check on the build and especially to Mr Mike Logan and his assistant Devante Cooper for doing the inspection and estimate of the build for my new roof Mike and Devante were courteous and thorough going over the build and the coordination of what needed to be done and it's cost wit my own insurance adjuster to ensure nothing would be left out and right down to the Men who actually did the work they were timely and completed the build in one day excellent work and the clean up impeccable I cant thank you enough for making it an easy and effective repair of my roof I thank you all again so much,Allphase is whom I would recommend when you find yourself in need of a new roof you can trust in their service and courteous respectful work ethic I can't thank you enough I highly recommend Allphase the Co. to call Mr Mike Logan and Devante Cooper thank you Allphase and for not going over the cost of the insurance allocation.Blessing's from Keith Edwards and Family Happy New Year.

My basement completely flooded with raw sewage (poop and what not). The plumbers came quickly came and fixed the issue and I was left with a poopy mess. Then came AllPhase. Wilson Remy and his crew came quickly (within an hour of my call for help). Wilson surveyed the situation and gave it to me straight. It was a cat 3 situation and my walls had to be cut out and my floor stripped away. He told me what had to leave and what could stay. He was kind and educational and gave me clear and specific next steps.

My entire basement was dismantled within a day and completely disinfected within four days…and this was between Christmas and New Year when one would expect delays.

Thank you Wilson Remy and his entire crew for the excellent and knowledgeable service.

I cannot speak highly enough of ALLPHASE and the work/time that my man Davante Cooper has put in to help my family and I get a new roof.

I am not even sure where to begin, so I will just say that if you are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, responsive grinder of a human being, look no further than Davante. He drove back and forth from Dublin, OH to Marietta, OH 5 times to make sure that my first experience with a roofing company was an excellent one.

Being my first time, I wasn't sure how the process worked so he walked me through each and every step. He told me that he would work tirelessly to make sure that my damaged roof (windstorm April 1 that rocked OH) would get taken care of through insurance. Well, that process was not easy, no quick, but Davante stuck to his word and here we are!

I can't thank both him and or the foreman and his crew for the job they did on the roof. If you are looking for some help throughout the roofing process and you are in the Columbus area, you don't have to go very far to get quality help. ALLPHASE will take care of you.

A major amount of water damage was found in my house and AllPhase was one of the first companies I contacted and was able to get someone out the next day. Luis came to my house, saw the damage and wanted me to get prequalified for financing immediately. I told him that wasn’t possible before I spoke to my husband and we set a call scheduled for Saturday at 11am. He never called. He never texted. It is now Wednesday 10/25 and he has yet to reach out. Thankfully found a company that would help.

A truly terrible, 6-months long, psychologically exhausting experience with mulitple errors and revisits, that ultimately led to an aestheticially displeasing roof I'm stuck with. I was patient and understanding throughout, but finally feel it's right to share.

We chose Allphase becuase they marketed themselves as a do-it-all mold remediation and roofing company. The two internal business were hardly sychronized. The miscommunication resulted in incorrect work being done and many phone calls. I could share some of my excessive notes from interactions with the company, but it's easier to summarize my recommendation: find smaller, specialized companies for each problem you're facing.

I'm not rating my experience 1-star because I genuinely valued the indivduals I interacted with. But, Allphase managers are stretched thin and the company's execution will reflected that.

I hired AllPhase for water mitigation and restoration, but we only managed to do the mitigation portion. While their technicians were professional and punctual, communication within the company is horrendous. Each technician gave me conflicting information about what was happening and what the next steps of the process were, and it was impossible to get into contact with anyone who could answer questions. Every time I called CS, all they would do is take my information and tell me a manager would call me back within the hour, which never happened. 24-48 is their response time, which doesn't work when I'm trying to reschedule an appointment same day or next day. When it came time to schedule the repair portion, I had to call three separate times over a week because the manager never called me back to schedule. The CS rep told me each time that they would call me back within the hour, but again, that never happened. The manager finally reached back out to me 2 1/2 weeks later, but I had already hired a different company. Save yourself time and frustration, and go with a different company. AllPhase doesn't seem to care about your business.

All was fine except, they could have done better pulling up the carpeting and relaying it. The carpet was installed 12 months prior to the water entering the basement. Some of the seams were damaged and not replaced well.

We were in the process of selling our home and it came to our attention that we had hail damage to our roof. Our insurance company sent AllPhase Roofing and Restoration out to assess the situation. We worked with Brooks who informed us of what was going on throughout the process. Brooks was very patient with my picking the color for the new shingles and brought out samples for me to choose from. Once the process started, the workers were very efficient. They paid attention to details in replacing the roof, I even saw one worker sweep the bare roof. Another group came and quickly did the gutters. Brooks is a good and prompt communicator via text. I should also mention that the office staff was very helpful as well. We are very pleased with the outcome of the roofing job and would use AllPhase Roofing $ Restoration again should the need arise on our new property.

Had water leakage that caused floor and ceiling damage. Said they could get it done a a timely manner. Took 8 days to dry out. Then told will be back after the insurance payment is made for work that has been done. So here I have no bathroom and a big hole in the kitchen. It could take 20 to 30 days for claim to be paid. I hope you don't tear off roofs the wait until paid before nailing your first shingle. Only thing is it's about being professional and honest. Witch you are not.

Very unprofessional. Their best manager Luis (in their own words) showed up to the job site with his belly hanging out of his T-shirt on multiple occasions. They left the job site unsafe. No caution tape was used whatsoever to prevent anybody from falling through the floor. One of their technicians actually did fall through the floor. It has taken them over a month and a half to do about 2 days worth of work. I own a small business and took a half day, which cost me hundreds to be on the job site. They showed up six hours later than what I was told. I had to drag my toddler out of the house at 9 PM when they were supposed to show up at 3 PM They failed to even show up one day. They went as far as to recorded that they did show. I have cameras inside and out of this entire house and nobody showed up. The pictures I have attached is the “completed and clean” job site. No mold prevention spray was used. We are going to handle putting in the subfloor and flooring ourselves but there is still wet insulation everywhere, bubbly sub flooring, the walls were never checked, the other room on the opposite side of where the water leak started was never checked either. All of this is costing us $10,000. Do not get involved with this company. Run far far away.

I forgot to mention that the drying out process that they were hired for was half done by my brother. We used a bunch of our own towels and soaked up all of the water. We also used our own dehumidifier, which is also still pulling out loads of water Also, I understand the conditions that they’re working in but your manager sits in the car all day so he can put on a shirt that properly fits him. I am a bigger person myself, so I know it’s possible to find a work shirt that’s not three sizes too small. The quickness to defend your name should be the same quickness you use to fix peoples properties. On multiple occasions I had to be the one to reach out to ask them when they were coming back. The pictures speak for themselves.

I can't say enough good things about Allphase! My house took quite a bit of hail damage after a freak recent storm. Allphase was recommended by my insurance agent. I texted Jeff the morning after the storm and he answered right away, inspected later that same day. From the time of my insurance claim till the time my new roof was on.... 7 days (5 days after the claim paid)!!! Jeff has really been there every step of the way and answered every single call or text I made. The install crew was fast, clean and very thorough. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a little easier!!! And let's not forget, the roof is BEAUTIFUL!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Very shady and they're trying to charge us so much more than we ever thought. We kept asking for a quote and never got a quote from them!!! We requested that they come get their equipment out of our house and they did not do so until another week and half and are trying to charge us for all of that time we were not using their equipment.

I had Jeff come out and look at our Rodent situation that climbed up our siding, ripped out the insulation and ruined our shingles.
Jeff met our claims adjuster through our insurance out here at our house and everything was handled very professionally in a timely manner.
Roofers were on time and cleaned up everything nicely. Would use Allphase again for any roofing problems.

The work itself seems to have turned out appropriately, but communication was lacking and often incorrect. It was very difficult to get a response from anyone with answers until it was time to bill us.

- The day after our leak, the initial technician reviewed, measured, and did a nice job explaining the required process. Because a plumber was coming that same day, mitigation was planned to start the next day. We were reassured that starting mitigation early the next morning would be soon enough and that we would be first on the next day's list. Late the next morning we called and were informed someone would be out by 3pm. In reality the technician arrived between 3 and 4pm, much later than we were promised.
- On two occasions our dry checks were canceled for other emergencies. While this seems reasonable, it likely prolonged the project overall as removal of the finished floor to allow drying did not occur when scheduled.
- After being informed that moisture readings under the kitchen tile were "fine" and would not require removal, we were informed that the tile must be removed the next day.
- The subcontracted tile demolition crew arrived several hours later than we were told to expect. They removed the tile only and not the backer board, which was also needed to allow drying. It is unclear where this miscommunication occurred, but it led to another potentially unnecessary day of drying services.
- I called and asked to speak to account management about the status of communication with our insurer on 3/6. I left a message with the department and was promised a response later that day. I called again on 3/8 and was given an email address to contact instead of voicemail. No acknowledgement of either message was received until 3/21.

Maybe our experience was unique, but it was definitely frustrating and left us wondering who to believe with contradicting information.

I had a great experience with Allphase regarding my roof replacement, from the initial roof inspection to the actual roof installation everyone was professional, puctional, knowledgeable, and available whenever I had any questions. I would recommend them and plan on using them in the future if the need ever arises. A++++++

On May 19th, I experienced a leak in my home. I called Allphase. They gave me an estimate of 5-7 thousand for mitigation. I told them I was not comfortable making any decisions without speaking to my wife. They offered to put in dehumidifiers free of charge and stated I had 3 days to make a choice. I called them four hours later to remove the dehumidifiers. They refused to do so for three days. I immediately asked for what I signed. They refused to provide anything for two weeks. There was no mention of any cost for the dehumidifiers, as I thought they were making a good faith action in an effort to win business. In what I signed, it says I am allowed a written estimate, which I was not provided.

I was misled by the individual who answered the call, Luis. I was misled by his manager, Keith, who said they would remove the equipment in Saturday. Luis specifically used the phrase “free of cost”. No amounts were discussed and I was clear in being noncommittal. They charged me 1,500 dollars for a service I asked to discontinue within four hours. They intentionally ran the clock to get as much money as possible, refusing to provide any documentation. This immediately felt like an attempt to bully someone in a vulnerable position.

I woke up to water actively flooding my basement, briefly looked at emergency water cleanup companies and unfortunately chose AllPhase. They were quick to respond but the customer service was subpar, workers were unprofessional and did not respect my home, and they charged an outrageous price for the little they did (ran fans and pulled up carpet). I asked several times and never received clarity or a breakdown on the prices quoted to me. The manager I spoke to was condescending and unhelpful. Don't make my mistake - use any company other than AllPhase!

Edit: Contrary to the company's response to this review, I have yet to be contacted by anyone from AllPhase to "make this right". Cannot recommend this company in good faith.
